As a Brampton raised kid, I lived there from 97' till about 2023, I'm caribbean and we have a large indian/muslim/hindu population too on our island. (Trinidad) and the issue with Brampton is: Indian people will gladly intergrade, but Canadian borns won't welcome it. Walk with me- I'll use food for an example. Every other grocery store is middle eastern/asian/african in Brampton and its becomes harder finding more western style food. I love international food, I cook it often but if you're used to burgers and pizza and only know how to make spaghetti it feels like a 'take over' These people want what they want and even though all these places are free for you to also enjoy they don't like it cause it's too 'foreign' to them. It doesn't mean there isnt still a No Frills or a Walmart or Metro, but because the african and halal store are closer and more frequent it seems like more of a convenience to others and not to you. When people say we're multi-cultural, they mean 'yeah he's brown or black but he keeps it to himself' They aren't going to go to that Sikh temple giving free food, and only go to the church at the beginning even though they're welcome to both. It's the same for Diwali and other things, white people dont care to be interested in those things, and just wonder why they get to have it at all. I do agree with that indian lady at the beginning though, with lax immigration you come in feeling like you don't need to do anything to assimilate. They're doing themselves a disservice by only helping themselves. I hate stereotypes being perpetuated onto people but like that Pakistani guy said too, you live in a bubble and you don't pay attention to that. You can go days without speaking english to someone. You can't immigrate somewhere and shut out everyone already there. I get you may not feel welcome by the white people like the ones in the beginning and so you dont mess with them, and its easy not to. But there needs to be openness with helping everyone benefit from multi-culturalism and not just some of us. There are issues with immigrants not wanting to go outside their bubble and for canadians not to want to either, It'll be hard to (with the current issues we're facing as a country) to actually blend together more.

As an American born Punjabi, I used to visit Canada when i was young (90's) and it was a beautiful place. Now I dread going there because the Canadian culture is lost. It's over run with Indians and they don't share the same value or even cultural norms as Westerners. I see this problem in America as well but it's nto just Indians. In America, it's every country in the world that comes and interacts with their own community and there's no assimilation. Even as a second generation American, I still feel like a guest in this country and I am grateful for the Americans to have allowed my family to come here to live with them. Citizenship is just a piece of paper though. I know if I didn't assimilate, they could send me to India even if I know nothing about it. It's just basic humility.

So sad what Brampton has become. I left Canada entirely despite being born and raised in Brampton. Now living a better life in Australia

This is a horrible situation on both ends and the fact that its all 100% administration failure is sad. Its not fair to anyone not even the immigrants. They keep bringing in more people then the economy can afford to live here I frankly find it ridiculous. I want to know whats driving these policies to continue. My parents came to canada 25 years ago, they payed thousands of dollars to get status here. Now people are getting in as cheap labour that can't even afford to live here so they dogpile 10-15 people in the same 2-3 bedroom apartments or houses and the infrastructure is still being built on the logic of single families when in the reality thr opposite is happening we have sudden crowding because rent is unaffordable due to the massive influx of people, including canadian born nationals that are forced to live in these environments if they don't have support- Its crazy why not close your borders stabilize rebuild infrastructure then slowly work on immigration policies again when the housing market and job market are stable again. Theres absolutely no reason to cite labour shortages when theres an unemployment rate and homeless people everywhere- close the borders- get homes built, throw heavy incentives to join and get educated on any productive field that has a shortage upto and including providing shelter to canadian citizens that decide to pursue these fields and are homeless. Have a fast track rotating incentive down to the year along with guaranteed on job training for all occupations. Such a simple solution so stupid we can't execute it. Too busy squabbling liberal conservative baseline rhetoric that we made ourselves blind to the human cost in our own borders.

Indian's look at Canada as a very easy to fooled country when it comes in immigration policy, all Indian's work together the one in India and the one who lives in Canada, opening a fraud school to sell course acceptance letter to be approved of student visa. They come not to study but to work and then later on apply for PR. Why do you think Indians are over populated in Canada? they flood the food bank and employment that is no longer available for the Canadian born youth. They are everywhere because they are preferable by greedy employer for cheap labour, the reason this people flood the food bank, theyre wages is not liveable in Canada. Canada becomes a joke since Trudeau took over the government, open border for fraudster to come in. Immigration policy will never be fix until the Liberal is kick out from power. I'm a white guy born in Mississauga just south of Brampton. I've been living in a tent for over two months. Youth stand near the woodlot where i live and shout "Indian go home" The news and researcher-academic classes tell us we didn't want to work and we were unqualified for work, and now they tell us we are racists if we even blink wrong.

I was born and raised in Brampton (but of South Asian descent via the Caribbean) and it pains me to see how the city has changed over the past 20 years. I was raised to be a proud Canadian and to be grateful for the opportunities that this country has afforded my family and I. I am a Canadian first, and Guyanese/Indian second. The issue I have with the city is that you have enclaves of ethnically homogenous people who refuse to assimilate - I once went into a Tim Hortons at Peter Robertson and Dixie, and was laughed at by the cashiers because I could not speak Hindi/Punjabi (despite being brown). There is nothing wrong with immigration - it makes the country stronger. HOWEVER, that only happens if the immigrants work to collectively advance the interests of the country and accept the rules/societal norms of the country they now call home. Instead, they find ways to circumvent/exploit the system - they are less interested on making society better, and more interested in individual advancement. I live in Professors Lake, which historically was one of the more affluent areas of the city. Now, there are several houses on my street that have essentially become boarding houses, divided into units of four with 10+ people living inside. I fully understand why white Canadians are feeling displaced, and it pains me that anti-immigrant sentiment has soured the way people look at me (despite being born in Canada).

I was born in Toronto in 1985, it was a very different place and a city I was so proud of. Now its garbage, everything of interest has been removed and replaced with condos with people crammed into them. Iv now moved my family (wife and 4 kids) repeatedly to escape immigration. We not live in Peterborough Ont which is about 80% white. Town reminds me of the place i grew up in, but I'm sure we will have to continue further north at some point.

Hard truth. White people became spoiled with their lives. So many would rather live and burn through their desires in their youth than bother with getting married and having children. The drugged and homeless are generally not immigrants but white Canadians, why? Brown families revere family, communal bonds, and dedication/loyal to kin. Will work hard, will be resourceful and they will network very efficiently amongst themselves, whereas Tim, Doug, and Mike from Canada want to drink, frolic, live out their s3xual desires and the few children born to such people end up like these or worse. Short answer, Canada needs taxpayers, Canadians need to have large families again and start having children, which also means taking marriage seriously again and perhaps becoming more religious. The decay of the western man is primarily due to the vices of feminism and liberalism which are horrible and dangerous ideologies, coupled with corrupt politicians and economic turmoil and atheistic mindset. The governments need workers, taxpayers etc and white Canadains are drowing in privledge

Why wouldn’t they be there. Their country is filth through the majority cause their institution has failed miserably with keeping up with the infrastructure as a whole , they are born into overpopulation out performing their systems capability to keep up and or invest in which is at Lack!, also India has the Cast system which most of these Indians are considered lower class in their homeland, so the opportunities abroad come considerably easier, am I right? I don’t know but I’m right to think so, But hey they move abroad but still live within they can’t escape them selves.

I am a born and raised Canadian. I have 3 boys that are 30, 25, 21, my 30 yr old recently went blind and is dealing with that in another province. My other 2 live at home with me, because none of us can afford to live on our own as we rent, and they can't find work anywhere. The government needs to fix the problems they have before bringing in new people. If your own people can't survive, why the hell are you bringing in more people. Up goes the crime rate, up goes homelessness. The worst part is most homeless people are born and bred Canadians, while the immigrants get jobs and housing pretty much handed to them. I don't think the prime minister should have been able to make the decision to bring more and more immigrants here with out asking the people.

Yeah this is disgusting. Unfortunately this is not just a CANADIAN problem, but it’s happening all over the world (by the same people). I’m black but I easily feel like a double minority within the community even though I’ve been born and lived here for 25+ years. I’ve seen my entire neighborhood change (which was diverse in the 90s but still had that comradery and friendliness) change. It’s very isolating now.

Well...we all see it, we all live it, we all know what the problem is, we all know how it came about, and we all know what has to happen...An example, can be seen, by looking to the South.. We know it takes us goin out to the poles by the millions, to vote, in order to elect, who we think is best for the country,..but then we expect small groups, of only a few100, to be capable of affecting change, with such major, post electoral issues, as this. Make no mistake, this, Canada, has already become a completely different place,..it's no longer the home we knew and loved, as it was. All those aspects are gone. And this is just the beginning. Wars Will Happen, in our cities.. Yes I'm just some guy that was born here in Canada, 61yrs ago. What I'm saying, is what I've been seeing, for decades. Rules and guidelines, and laws, need to passed. If you come to a foreign country, to live,..you practice, and learn their ways, and become one with them. None of this Social Separation B.S...If you want to live as you did in the country you left, find a secluded island, or go back to where you came from. It,s not just illegals that are being a problem.

I am a Canadian born and bred. I ask these questions, could we, as Canadians, go to India or China or any other country to live and act the way these people do, say the things that they say and get away with it. Do you think I, as a white Canadian, could go to India (for example)and demand they change their traditions and religions because it doesn't suit me? Everybody knows the answer is no. I would be jailed or kicked out of the country quickly. So why do you expect to come to my country and change our ways and our traditions? It's ridiculous.

I am disgusted by what Canada has become. The government has allowed a free for all to take place without checks and balances for their own profit…whether it’s votes for political mileage, money that is being invested by certain people groups that will help enrich the pockets of government or whatever the reason - has caused this country to descend to the dumps st a rate faster than it takes to say ‘Oh Canada’. As an immigrant, I have seen the degeneration within the country (particularly Toronto & GTA) in 10 years. Sometimes it feels like you’re in a different country, with a different language other than English or French, individuals who refuse to adopt the traditional Canadian lifestyle, who are allowed in with little value for system and order, allowed to procreate and ‘raise’ children who don’t appreciate the Canadian values, both born and immigrants using crime as their currency to their warped perception of wealth and an whole history of issues that impact the lives of the average law and culturally abiding citizen. Oh there’s so much more that can be said about the state of this nation, but if there are bold-faced chants about who will be ruling Canada by 2060, those that have the power to do something need to pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION. That is not just wishful thinking. That is a threat that will come to pass if a blind eye and a deaf ear is turned which, the government seems bent on doing. A word to the wise is sufficient.

It’s sad being a born Canadian and watching the land I love turn into an income battleground. Nobody wants to hire someone with the thought of training. They want people with experience but won’t give the experience to those who lived here and need it. They’d rather hire someone from somewhere else that has experience and then fails to follow through as the born and raised person given the opportunity would. The amount I’ve seen white people fight to work and work fighting to keep their job burning themselves out when they’re easily replaceable by someone for a fraction of the cost and needing 3 people in their place since most immigrants are extremely lazy, especially after getting the pr. I’ve watched so many eastern Indians start to work full time. Hardly do anything until they get their card then drop off the map of actual work being done only to move to Ontario. Meanwhile I apply to countless jobs and don’t get one call back in 2 years with experience. Don’t even get me started on housing..

I'm a Canadian, I was born here, who knows what generation Canadian I am - my ancestors were here long before Canada was a country, later they fought for the British (one naughty son fought for the "rebels" americans and was in jail for 5 years), the monarchy granted them 100 acres in the Niagara region which was farmed by a line of my family until the 1980s when the last of that direct line sold which is tragic. blah blah - Canadian. ANYWAY - I love other people, other cultures, every immigrant that spoke in this video I welcome with open arms, would befriend, share a meal with etc. I grew up working with many people from Pakistan and India who were escaping really scary situations, worked their butts off to be part of this country, learn the language, save for a home - live a safe and happy life. Whether you're a first or 50th generation Canadian - you come here and you adapt to our wonderful way - you're a freaking Canadian. That's not happening right now. Like the video said, it's a math problem. One of my largest concerns is that now all these wonderful Canadians who have been here for a long ass time, worked their butts off to be part of the family will now be subject to violence, harassment and racist comments because this population bomb has misrepresented their intentions entirely.

Per yr) I worked for 30 yrs and never made that amount. So bankrupting our pension funds because pretty sure that was done decades ago purposefully. Immigrants get way more than a persons pension which is no longer enough to live on and if you get sick you can opt out of life. Globalists are a death cult. You can see it in the decline destruction of so many countries, how they go after children, the men and women born to their countries, how they cause division, how they laugh in our faces. So immigrants if you think that you have it made don’t be surprised when they come for you. Trump is the only leader who is taking these people out. He has people behind him protecting him. He has been in a war with the globalists since he was first elected president. Before Trump there were people fighting against the plans of these elites. They feed on fear, hopelessness, anger, despair, so do not let them put you in that low vibration. Be hopeful, loving, joyful, peaceful, show strength protest the government, the judiciary look into common law as opposed to maritime law. We have been lied to about history, medicine, natural medicine they demonized, religion, education, etc Think critically, and pray get close to God.

This haplened over decades of bringing in millions of immigrants a year .. last year they brought over half a million immigrants even though we have a housing crisis .. once again due to mass immigration .. just stop bringing in temp workers just because they're subsidized.. send the shit immigrants back home .. we will have more jobs for the people that are actually born here .. there will be places for our citizens to live ... all these things our citizens should have .. It just needs to stop Canadian women need to spread their legs and produce more kids .. but can't do that because no one is able to support another person .. because we cannot even support ourselves due to the lack of jobs and places because of immigrants

As a Canadian, I am so sick and tired of being told that i have this bullshit nonsense, non-existent " white privilege," which is a load of shit. I am terrified for my little girl when it is time for her to get a job because my little girl and I are white, so we are put at the bottom of the list for being employed. And on top of that i am expected to bow down and not have a voice or an opinion about anything when it comes to immigrants and that because my daughter and i are white so we are automatically considered to be racists colonizers and forced to pay the price of something that happened long before i was even born and had nothing to do with just because the color of my skin . God gave us all our skin color and made us all . I had no say with being born with the color of my skin. Canadians of all colors and cultures are suffering so badly because we brought in so many immigrants who demand we change everything and pretty much bow down to them and told that we all have to change . Stop trying to change Canada and the Candian people . I refuse to bow down to anyone who tells me that i dont matter, and my opinion doesn't matter because of my skin color and because i am assumed to have bs white privilege. The only people i see having all of the privileges are the immigrants coming in trying to force us to bow down to them while starting protests to change Canada . I will fight against these immigrants who are trying to force Canada to change to their ways, which won't ever happen . If you want to change Canada to your way of life and culture, then just stay in your own damn country . We need to get rid of these protesting immigrants who do this crazy shit . It's pretty pathetic and sickening that Canada lost it's back bone and allowed angry immigrants to come in here and take over everything and try to change the country and laws and treat the Canadian people as if we are less than them which is sickening. As far as i am concerned, any immigrant that came here that are fighting and protesting against Canada to change Canada to how they want Canada to be while treating all Canadian people as second class citizens plus destroying the country and destroying nature while breaking laws and demanding that all Canadians give in to their demands need to be kicked out of Canada and never be allowed to return . It will be a cold day in hell before i bow down to any of them who try to destroy my country and tell me that i am white so i need to be silenced because i am white and a colonizer so i dont matter . And white people have a hard time finding work . My daughter is sick, and so am i, so when it takes 2 years to see a gynecologist or take 6 weeks to see a doctor, it is insane. This situation is so bad for all Canadians that we need to grow a pair of balls and take back Canada and stop sending our money to other countries and stop allowing immigrant terrorists destroying the Canadian people and Canada and it's nature . If Canada doesn't start to fight back, we will all be screwed even more in the very near future . And it kills me to say this because i love my country, but if Canadians are not going to stand together as one and take back our country and our lives and fight for change now then we might as well become Americas 51st state because we lost our Canadian pride . And it shows that Canadians don't care about Canada anymore . 💔

Born here too and yes Canada has changed for the worst I'm not racist either but I do notice there is less jobs and less homes and dirt messy places too! Like Vancouver not the island even Burnaby has changed it uses to be peaceful and now it's full of crime and I was born there! I no longer live there and everything has changed my old home gone😢 the beautiful trees gone😢 and like you said the issue with the price hike freaking killing us on disability, my family all adults have to buy noodles which if you have heartburn issues is a no no but it's cheap and the 1 thing we can afford but iits cause us to need the doctor to give us medication for heartburn. The good food like rice is almost 3 dollars a bag in knorrs that gives you 1 meal.. we can't afford that, hence why we go to snack isle because you could get a 3 dollar snack that will last you way longer than the other.. I'm always worrying.

The biggest problem is they come to our home to escape a hell in their own country. But then they try to turn our country into the one they ran from. They try to change the ways we who were born and raised here are aloud to live our lives as we always have. My first job ever was tim hortons. Now im watching teens unable to gain independence unless their parents i Know someoneone who can hire them meanwhile no one can understand the person taking their order at tim hortons...Canada is to expensive now and we dont have the means to support these people anymore. Its costing us more with what they have done to our economy . Some of these people have zero care for human life ether they drive like A holes and cause accidents that cost lives. Canada is no longer a welcoming happy country. We are exhausted from busting our ass to keep a roof over our head leaving us unable to afford other things even food. Its not that they are all awful people (some are) but we CANT support them anymore we need to be able to support ourselves again !! The last 2 prime ministers are also to blame in reality. As an albertan i dont even care about anyone east of manitoba because they chose to vote this reality to life. I wanna see western canadas money stay on the west end of this country. There is a video on how a Canadian citizen should leave Canada and come back as a refugee new immigrant! As a multi-generational, born-and-raised Canadian citizen. Recently, I have been unemployed for 1 year and 2 months, which is the longest I have ever gone without a job in my entire life. My EI has run out, and during this stressful time, I have only had 4 actual interviews with real human beings. I am also a caregiver for both of my parents, and working remotely has been my profession for the last 7 years. Remote work allows me to both care for them and bring in a full-time income. Despite having 30 years of customer service experience, I find myself being overlooked. Many companies now use AI to prescreen resumes, so if your resume isn’t ATS-friendly, it often never gets seen by a human. Even if you make it past that stage, there are endless AI-driven assessments before you even have a chance to speak with someone. And when you finally do, it’s often yet another layer of screening rather than a real interview. I know I bring value — I consistently receive compliments from customers across cultures for speaking clearly, precisely, and making their experience enjoyable. Yet I find myself competing with younger candidates who can work longer hours, or new immigrants that companies often prioritize, sometimes with government incentives. At 55, I feel like I’m being overlooked despite my proven skills and professionalism. Right now, I live with my retired parents and should be caring for them. Instead, my father is helping me pay my bills so I don’t ruin the credit I worked so hard to build. If I don’t secure a job soon, I fear I’ll lose everything else I’ve managed to hold onto. The stress is overwhelming — I cry daily, and on top of everything, I also face health issues of my own, but I have no space to focus on them because survival takes priority. Canada today feels very different from the country I grew up in. Since the pandemic, things have become harder in every way — jobs, housing, and simply living. I am a Jamaican descendant born Canadian and I am homeless living on the street. The irony is, I am great with money and have been working since a child at 13. I haven't taken vacations or time off. The system has failed me tremendously. I was denied second stage and transitional housing 3 times with out reason. I was discharged from shelters where I was the only one working on my betterment while others continued with poor habits such as depression, laziness and addictions. My mother came to Canada in 1965 with her family. She learned how to speak english by watching kids shows on TV. She had 4 girls by 1979. She could speak fluent English by that time. We lived in low rentals with other immigrants. It was all about one another. The many different cultures came together and shared. We were all dirt poor, but we all accepted one another for who we are. No one was better than another. Every kid I grew up with was a tried and true Canadian. Every single one became a citizen if they weren't born here. We all learned from one another. This Canada? It's not the Canada I know. I was born in Ontario. I'm a immigrant, came here without any English, but learned the language. I was born in Brazil and I watch more Hockey then soccer. I always do the best I can to be integrated within society, helping and doing the best I can so anywhere I go and tell them where I live to represent the county and show them how respectful we are!I feel sad watching people trying to change the culture instead of adapting to Canada's Culture. About 15 years ago, my sister in law wanted to bring her father here from South Africa; however, immigration said "no, because he was acriskbto the Canadian health system". They couldnt even bring him over even with the promise to pay out of pocket for healthcare should it be needed.
