I am a Canadian and I have seen the sharp decline of Canada over the past decade which makes me very sad. According to many 'experts' they paint a dire picture of the nations future as the rate of inflation spirals out of control and we are buried beneath a mountain of debt. On the ground level, homelessness is an epidemic that the powers that should not be seem to want to sweep under the rug, while they race bait and spout off about woke ideology. They are more worried about transgender rights and castrating children while with anyone with eyes to see are witnessing the very breakdown of their society around them, people are dying in the streets from fentanyl overdose. My wife volunteered at our old church which catored to the homeless and I have known many that are no longer with us, nobody wants to acknowledge it because they do not want to face the fact that they are fellow human beings. In the end no one is better than any one else, it is all vanity.?\nIt would seem like we are run by lunatics with severe cognitive dissonance by the fact that we have mass immigration while are own \npopulation is suffering, I admit that mental health and addictions are potent variables that constitute the crisis, I am not niave to those facts. I myself have had long term Sobriety. But it is odd that only a decade ago, homelessness /addiction were problems confined to major cities like Vancouver and Toronto, and now we have tent cities in almost every town with a population of more than 20 thousand people. It would seem like utter stupidity to keep pouring water into a bucket that is overflowing. I suspect that their is an agenda and the destruction of our nation is a part of it, it is a well known fact that the Trudeau government is in bed with Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum. I don't care if you call me a racist, that is a luxury for those who live in gated communities, who create the problem and want to muddy the waters. These elites like to accuse others of what they are guilty of, they are anti human bigots, eugenicists who are ideologically captured, any one who bandies the around words like racist and homophobia, Islamophobia etc. are either those operating with an agenda or a useful idiot.

It's a disgrace how Canada has been governed the last 8 years. Government debt is through the roof and that burden has been passed directly to the once so called middle class now the working poor. I am leaving Canada as I can only see life and standard of living dropping considerably. If they stop the idiot policies now, it will take a generation to recover, but i hardly see that happening. The climate activists, gender activists and health fear mongering is controlling policy and brainwashing children. Canadians will accpet things. They will suffer and just accept what leadership is lying about. it is sad. once a great country and a beacon of hope for many around the world, that has been corrupted.

Well, you have to ask yourself. What are the incentives of staying in Canada? It is unlivable pretty much 8 out of 12 months, so that is more than half of your year spent suffering. Plus, you pay high taxes and high cost of living while your Government steals and give your tax money away to foreign countries. Plus health care is pathetic. Only idiots will stay and be slave to the Government. Life is too short to be staying miserable in this country.

Honestly I feel so bad for any immigrant trying to escape the harsh life on the other side, hoping you'll find peace once you leave, it hurts seeing these people, most of them just want a good life, to be able to give that to their kids, Mexico has gone to shit, the rich don't suffer like the rest, they have protection, while the rest have to suffer from idiots who want power, their president doesn't even care about their people, it's horrible, it's not safe for them especially the children, I hope one day they can be happy.

Homelessness is an economy that supports bureaucrats and their crony friends. These bureaucracies steal working peoples money via social taxation. Mental health treatment is idiotically complex and difficult for a suffering individual to receive and maintain.

As a Canadian I find this utterly terrible. These migrants will either add to the chaos of the mass housing crisis, crime and antisocial behaviour Stateside which will ultimately spill onto Canadian borders. We just shut down Roxham road a few weeks ago yet these ILLEGAL ALIANS KEEP CLIMBING ACROSS CANADA US BORDER. CANADIANS AND AMERICANS NEED TO UNITE TO KICK THESE MIGRANTS BACK TO WHERE THEY CAME FROM. WE DONT HAVE HOUSING OR THE SOCIAL ASSISTANCE THEY REQUIRE AND WE DO NOT WANT THEM AS ILLEGALS. IF THEY WANT ENTRY APPLY LIKE NORMAL HUMANS AND STOP ACTING LIKE RATS. IM TIRED OF THESE REFUGEES COMING INTO CANADA TAKING UP ALL MY TAX MONEY YET I, A CANADIAN BORN WHOS FAMILY IMMIGRATED PROPERLY INTO THIS COUNTRY IN THE 1940 HAS TO SUFFER AND TAKE HOME LESS THAN HALF OUR PAY CAUSE TAXES EAT THE REST THAT GO TO THESE IDIOTIC MIGRANTS. I'm Aussie and love all about Canada. The landscape, the people, the food,hockey jerseys and snow. Canadians I've met here seem to filter out idiots but with persistence in time do open up to others who have intelligent views. Meaning I feel they don't suffer fools. There is lot of emotion in this piece, but not very much context or fact. Indigenous people suffer from addictions and mental illness more than the rest of Canada due -inter generational trauma, and resulting loss of dignity. While racism exists today, even if we were to eradicate entirely, indigenous people would still need help due to the damage done in the past. The solution is not fomenting more bitterness and resentment. This is not an easy fix and indigenous people need to be part of it. We need to find a solution where they can rediscover their identity, foster healthy norms within their own nation, while also being part of this nation. Look up Durkheim. Defunding the police is an utterly idiotic idea. Police need more training, and hence more funding, to help them do a better job.

Good, because until Canadians get upset enough about these sort of things, they'll never get anything done. If you never do anything about an idiot, you'll just stay suffering indefinitely.
