American Nationality is a social construct you either qualify for it or you don’t. If you are stamped for 28 days you stay for no more than 28 days if on a 6 month visa you stay no longer than the visa. \n\nIt is what I would expert if I went to any other country, unless you are invading in the armed services of a country and you would be seen as an invader by that country, anyone who enters a country illegally or over stays their passport time is an invader and should be treated the same way and expelled.

I think this is exactly what Trump is aiming for. To send a clear message out to anyone who plan to enter the US illegally should be afraid. There’s a difference between the latter and an immigrant that’s cross the border illegally, hasn’t filed for asylum, and are completely undocumented.

This is a much easier fix than what’s being portrayed. We need to make the ability to become a temporary citizen easier than it is. I came from Asia, I came legally. It was difficult to enter the US. I had live in the US for 5 years before getting the right to take a test to be the citizen.
