Canada has unearthed massive fraud in immigration particularly from India. Now, they are opening new cases for those who got PR and citizenship,Sam marriages even revoking citizenship and PRs.

It just show that these people are not right to Canada if they can’t do this while a TFS or students and not following the rules and law this will be a big problem in the future. It obvious whoever take advantage of the trust and hospitality of Canadian government should be penalize for scamming the system. The 'students' are not victims. They knew and agreed to return to India after studying. If they now choose to claim victimhood only a fool would believe them. Canada has always been a peaceful, prosperous, progressive and a good governance oriented nation. In the recent decade, too much of woke, radical left wing ideology has penetrated into policy and public institutions that have led to Canada’s current day crisis. \n\n2. This country has always welcomed talented immigrants who are willing to integrate with the Canadian society, embrace its values, traditions and culture. However, in the last 10 years, too many refugees and reckless mass immigration has put an incredible pressure on the economy, infrastructure and social cohesion. \n\n3. The political leadership has allowed reckless mass immigration without caring to boost the economy/infrastructure to handle the volume and hence the sorry state of affairs. \n\n4. Too many immigration consultants of Indian origin engage in outright VISA frauds (yes, this is unfortunately true) leading to ppl coming in as a tourist and then seeking asylum or converting their visa into a student visa (55 year olds from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat coming here as students).\n\n5. A significant chunk of people coming from India (esp. Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat) seeking a permanent residency in Canada are using student visas as a back door to claim eligibility for PR/citizenship. This is downright abusive and was never intended to be used like this. This has fueled a fake college diploma industry into Canada where “2-room” colleges have sprung up along the highways giving out fake diplomas and certifications for easy cash. Thus, the students, the immigration consultants and the fake diploma issuing colleges are all getting benefited from this scam. The internet is filled with such sting operations by Canadian officials exposing Indian students/immigration consultants. Do check them out. \n\n6. Unlike the past, the recent batch of immigrants in the last 3 years or so, make no effort at all to integrate into Canadian society and abuse the system, create law and order problem, drive recklessly, talk loudly in public spaces, litter everywhere, cross railway tracks like they do in India, steal liquor from stores, shamelessly collect food from food banks (as a way to save on groceries) that are meant for the elderly, disabled or those that are in utter poverty. It wasn’t like this ever before. In cities like Mississauga, Brampton and Surrey, the Khalistan movement + gangs involved in theft, drugs and human trafficking are from Punjab/Haryana and they have mushroomed here like crazy. A good 30-40% criminals in prison or on bail in these cities are of India ethnicity. \n\nIt is behaviours like these by Indians in the recent few years that has thoroughly infuriated native Canadians and now they hate the rest of us that have lived here peacefully and have been good citizens. There is a very serious, very real anti-immigrant (anti-Indian too) sentiment building up here. \n\n7. Lastly, the student protests that you have highlighted here is absolutely ridiculous! These students from India came to Canada under a student visa knowing fully well that they are supposed to go back after the completion of their studies, and now they are DEMANDING that they be issued extensions in work permits and be considered for PR. This is insane! This is because they never intended to return to India in the first place and were abusing the system as a back door entry. They are threatening to go on hunger strikes and what not. Legally, on a student visa, they are NOT allowed to participate in any sort of activism. \n\nNOBODY that comes to our country on a temporary visa (student, tourist etc.) has the right to dictate terms to us and demand that we change our immigration policies based on their preferences. No, that will not happen. \n\nCanada, like every country, has the sole right and privilege to decide who gets to become a permanent resident or a citizen based on our national priorities and strategic interests. Same situation here in greater Vancouver. Surrey, Delta, Abbotsford, and other places completely overrun by south Asian immigrants. Mass immigration fraud (international students, temporary foreign workers, asylum seekers, family reunification, etc) has ruined this part of Canada.

These so called students are frauds, the vast majority of them were enrolled into the scam colleges in Brampton so they could bypass immigration and come to Canada and work for Indian run companies (because those companies do not hire anyone not from India), these colleges offered MC diplomas that were absolutely garbage. Indians used these colleges to get more Indians into Canada and continue to take over our country.

Nobody pays 4-times the tuition of a domestic student just for a degree from Blablabla college. Of course almost everyone comes for PR, because Express Entry was a stable immigration system, but now the system allows fraudulent LMIA holders to go through, and the actual skilled workers are paying the price because NOBODY can score such high score in Express Entry (current draws). The current draw cut-off scores are unrealistic.\n\nThe government allowed 90k unskilled workers to get PR through the TR to PR program (was a mistake), but now have made it difficult for the actual Federal High Skilled applicants. Canadian immigration is now so messed up, it favors the junks of the world and ignores the real skilled people. I myself have a Master's degree in Canada from a top University, have Canadian work experience, have foreign work experience, scores highest possible in IELTS, still I cannot score 529 for express entry. Conversely, a mediocre asylum seeker or fraud LMIA holder easily gets PR. Express Entry is no longer a stable system for skilled workers, it's now a lottery.\n\nBefore blaming international students for everything, you need to understand the real problem. Whether everyone is entitled to PR, NO! But, the skilled workers with excellent CRS scores (490+) should be able to stay to benefit Canada & get a good career for themselves as well. Otherwise, Canada itself will suffer from skill shortages just in a few years.

The worst part of this mass student fraud immigration scam is that it is essentially creating a class of indentured servants in Canada. Where i live, wealthy indians buy a franchise, they then get permits for foreign workers in india, who they CHARGE under the table of to 40k (their families life savings) for the permit to come work in their franchise. They also rent to for or 5 of them ONE ROOM to share, rent being deducted from their pay. They are then exploited and told if they complain they will be deported with no money and shame their families back home...its messed up and it's 100% happening in every canadian city. If you notice the indian worker at the fast food joint isnt too happy, it may be because they are a literal slave. Very progressive!

Until 2020 (pandemic), most lifelong Canadians would have proudly & quickly said Canada is a great place. For multiple generations (young & old). It still is in many ways. Increasing demand and rising prices. Not long after, inflation caused mortgage rates especially to rise. Rent costs soared too. People interested in working in hospitals declined. For example, in 2023 alone, in just one region (Central Canada) around 400 people arrived per day (on average). Ditto for other populated provinces. Also the number of international students SKYROCKETED too. In 2023, averaging around 2,000 per day across Canada. Years 2021 and 2022 had high #s too. \n \nThe majority trying to migrate to Canada recently have been from South Asia. And it's become extremely obvious to Canadians. Even those that are very used to much diversity & many cultures. Plus neighborhoods now know that international students are using schooling as a 'back door' ticket to come to Canada for permanent residency. No one says it in public amongst strangers, but everyone knows because they've witnessed the extreme PR frenzy firsthand by now. To many Canadians it has felt like a tidal wave that has reached all cities and small towns, with a post secondary school. Canada has asked the India government to prevent “ghost consulting”. The new PRIVATE (non-public) colleges are being investigated (including looking for strong oversea ties). \n \nCanadians are meeting students who told Canada they have enough $, but it turns out they borrowed it (some borrowed it for the application process only). Canadian food banks and other CHARITY services have been recklessly advertised on YouTube (by India students in Indian language). Many transit services have launched stricter rules, i.e. lost monthly bus passes registered in your name are now never replaced (unlike before). \n \nThen this year throw in all the Palestinian vs Israeli angry protests happening regularly in cities. Plus the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortion mostly happening in Ontario and British Columbia. Plus the Canadian government also recently launched investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections. All stemming from Asia continent. Hate crimes have gone from rare to occasional (primarily South Asians against South Asians). \n \nCanadians are so so so so so not used to all this. So many, who have embraced multi-culturalism and immigration for decades are now VERY worried and fearful (due to all of the above). Canada is failing a lot not a little. The govt uses immigrants and international students as an financial tool to prop up the ponzi scheme that is the housing market. Every News outlet has reported on massive fraud throughout the system. If they dont flood the country with people then it all comes crashing down.

This is so stupid. There are many people like myself that immigrated to this country and was able to contribute to the economy immensely after graduation. Nothing gets handed to anyone in any country. I don't get this campaign to paint all immigrant students as incompetent, naive, lazy people. Canada is selling a dream to immigrants. Almost no immigrant can afford buying a house in the city. Besides, the city is dirty and expensive; from cell phone data, through food and insurance. It's a fraud. It's only convenient to business owners..\nAnd crime has increased too!\nAnd the media , every now and then, tells you how great the city is.\nAnd a lot of the ppl leaving in the city have a f attitude.. what else!

It's hard for Canadians to grasp but in the current era Canada is a failing state. All of its sources of wealth and income have been throttled by political interference. Pipelines. Mining. Logging. Even breathing, as carbon dioxide is fraudulently slagged as a 'pollutant'. Canada's enemies have done very well. Canadians have not fared well in catching on to the fact that they've been attacked. So, those who can, leave. During the covid fraud when it was 'mandated' (A euphemism for ORDERED) to take the injection, 8,500 health care workers were laid off, most of whom were recruited by Texas and Florida. Our loss; their gain. Yet another 'chip in the wall'. In our business we've even had immigrants from Russia tell us they're going back. Most Canadians don't realize the state their country has fallen to under the Trudeau's wrecking ball.

Big oversight here. Immigration credential fraud was/is a big reason many immigrants have had to re-educate in Canada. The cheats/bad eggs in the past who bought their diplomas or forged their credentials had destroyed a very welcoming country, hence the reason for this in the first place.\nAlso, asking Canadians to send out welcoming committees to new arrivals is another great way to irk Canadians who have always been way more friendly and opening than most.

Not entirely accurate. It's pro-wealthy immigration here in Canada absolutely. It's citizenship for sale. Not necessarily wealthy in terms of really wealthy (like Switzerland) but it's definitely citizenship for sale, so if you don't have money, don't bother. Newcomers with medical and engineering expertise can't get jobs here in Canada, in spite of our healthcare system being on the point of collapse and our supposed hi-tech push. Regulatory boards here have made it impossible. Estimates are around 175000 qualified, internationally trained doctors and nurses who gave up trying to practice here and moved into other careers. Ukrainian doctors, for eg, with extensive trauma experience and willing to staff our emergency departments have been told they have to requalify by going to Canadian medical school to retrain for at least 4 years. Same story in engineering. By IT, our government seems to mean low-paid call center IT work, moving the IT sweatshop racket from India onto Canadian soil. If you can afford to buy a business - I believe the total business investment was 500 000 pre-pandemic - that's another way in. Not sure if thats gone up now. So many of our franchise businesses are essentially being used as citizenship tickets. The reality is that even though you don't see all the homeless people, there are tens of thousands of them in each city, more so in the warmer climates. The UN has already been on Canada's back for the abuse of homeless people and the cruelty towards them and those with mental health problems. Canada is a fraud and has been deceiving immigrants and visitors for over a hundred years. Many of the homeless people in Canada, especially in the past 20 years and from the start of the pandemic, continuing to this day, are now including people with good educations and many years of high-level job experiences, as well as whole families. These people became homeless because of massive job layoffs and lost everything. Contrary to the popular Canadian ideology, homeless people are not lazy slobs who don't bother to work and need to get their acts together. Many of the homeless shelters are filled with dangerous people, bed bugs, and diseases. Many homeless people choose to find alternatives to sleep safely. Many homeless women experience terrible sexual assaults that rarely are reported and rarely ever taken seriously by the police. Most alternatives to shelters are limited and there are so many restrictions that qualifying doesn't always happen. Many have had their ID stolen, so they are unable to get jobs, rent homes, or even have a day to shower and clean their clothes. Most donations of clothes, blankets, and sleeping bags are disregarded because most homeless people don't have the means to carry things. Their nutrition is terrible, through no fault of their own. Many food banks will not give food to those without a home. Many soup kitchens will only help periodically and not for every meal. The crimes continue. In these past few months, a baby was left to die in a basket at a nurse's station in the Misericordia Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta. The mother was allegedly treated like garbage and her child was allegedly called a specimen. But this is not the only case of such abuse of First Nations pregnant mothers and their children. A case over a decade ago allegedly also took place, and the number of these cases in this hospital alone may possibly be much higher, and other hospitals may also be hiding such crimes. An infant, who was the victim of attempted murder by one or the other parent, was put in the care of relatives by social workers, who were totally unaware of the crime, but the one parent, who was put in the hospital's mental health unit, mentioned a version of what had happened, and when the relatives found out, they were allegedly reassured by the hospital that they would deal with the matter. The relatives believed, understandably, that the hospital would report the crime, but it never did. Allegedly the hospital covered up yet another crime. The police in the city, allegedly informed at some point, one of the relatives that no charges could be laid even if the child remembered as the Canadian health services do not believe that children below the age of 4 can remember anything. It was when I heard about this that I realized that the reason Canada has gotten away with the crimes against the 1st Nations, immigrants, Canadians, and who knows how many other victims, through the mandated alleged use of forced assimilation and the alleged Soviet-style education system, is because of this fake claim that children and even infants cannot remember things. I've been hearing about immigration fraud in Canada for decades. It's very common knowledge around the world that Canada has the easiest path to fraudulent citizenship anywhere in the western world. Makes me sick when I hear people talk about it like it's a joke. But that's exactly what it is.
