New immigrants are not like the old immigrants. I am native, roots go back hundreds of years before Canada became Canada. My whole family worked in the orchards with Indian families that came here a long time ago, they adapted and changed and loved being in Canada, and these families had respect and worked hard and got along with everyone peacefully. New immigrants, they are here working for half the price for large companies getting kick backs. Why be here if you are trying to change everything?! Adapt like everyone else before you did. And those people have lived here for a long time and even say the same thing! We are losing our grip here people!

I am Native American. At college, I took a welding course just to break the monotony of classes as I was raised using my hands. This immigrant male, asked the rest of the class "why is she here?". I asked if he had a problem with me and he looked at the class to tell me not to speak to him. No one said a word but looked between us in silence. I asked him again, "do you have an issue with me being here?". Again he told the rest of the Caucasian men to tell me to stop speaking to him. I said if you have a problem with me, let's step outside and one of us will walk back in. You can't accept that a Native female is in this class, pack your family up and go home. Don't think of the state's because that's mine too. The teacher walked in and he could see and sense the tension in the room. He removed the immigrant and they went out of the room. A few minutes later the instructor came in and looked at me and said he'll be taking a class with no females. His country doesn't allow females an education yet alone a trade. You're welcome to stay. I have no intention to leave, was my comment back. I'm here to learn. Decades later, I'm driving home from northeastern Quebec and on the 401 is a gas/food stop. My child and I were passed by 4 luxury sports cars. They pulled into this stop and parked across all the handicapped parking spots. Bumper to bumper across the spots. We went in and met them as we came out and met a truck driver of the same nationality. He asked "how is Canada treating you?". They smiled and said "look", motioning to their silk suits. Another pointed to their cars. And another said "they treat us like kings'!". The fourth said "Canadians are easy to play! Cowards!!" A few days later, I'm at Walmart and present my tax exempt (we pay 5% tax) but the cashier looks at it and states "you all think your so special!!" Your paying the tax like everyone else! A customer behind me yelled for management loudly. When management showed, I didn't say a word because it was the customers behind and on the side of me with complaints of the rudeness of the cashier. She was removed and manager took over transactions. Not just mine but those after me. There was another incident with my child. An immigrant (can tell by the long tunic) was trying to lure my daughter away from me. I put her in a cart and requested help from a young employee who wanted me to write a book before calling security. Another employee came over and called security immediately. By the time they found the man, he had exited the store and got into a taxi. A few weeks later at an arena where youth hockey practice was taking place, the same scenario was happening. A man in a tunic was trying to lure children away and when caught, jumped into a taxi and left the scene. To attack an adult who can defend themselves is one thing but to go after children is another. I say stricter policy on crimes are needed.

I like you & your attitude about coming to Canada. I’m subscribing. I feel for the young girl looking for a job. There are tons of jobs on indeed in my city. I apply for both part & full time. I apply for at least 10-20 a day. I’m not getting calls for interviews. I’ve even applied twice to one job because I was not chosen but 2 weeks later the same position was back. I’m fortunate enough to not have to work. I have a husband that makes a very good salary that pays for all of the bills , groceries & vacations. Up until Covid collapsed my 2 franchises & I was sinking more money in than making it I had to sell one for 1/3 of what I paid for it & give the other away. I started a small business at home doing lash extensions. I have my regular clients. But if I want to save my own money it’s not sustainable or steady. I want to work because I enjoy leaving my home not to just go grocery shopping or visit family. That’s even if they are home from work. I like having a purpose. I’m skilled in accounting, cleaning, sales, marketing, customer service you name it. Many might say that I’m very lucky. I am very blessed but it’s also very lonely. Plus I have always worked & had independence. I hate asking my husband to send me money so I can pay my cell, credit card bills. I don’t even go shopping without him for new clothes because I rely on him to pay for those too. Hypothetically we broke up tomorrow I’d be screwed. I worry about if he dies. There’s life insurance but we still have a mortgage to pay & monthly bills. Plus of course I’d make sure his kids got some too. Not to mention I’ve had mental health struggles with social anxiety & agoraphobia years ago. The more I stay home the more I get anxious about going out. Days can get boring & then I find myself napping all afternoon. I need a job. I just want my own money. I don’t want to go to my husband every 3 months & ask him to send me 2000.00 to clear up my overdraft for one business day. I don’t even want to have to use it. Sorry for the rant but I feel that even when filing out applications many times I’m asked if I’m racialized. In other words is my skin brown.

I worked since I was 14, (A lot of times evenings and weekends, several times, two jobs)! I am now 63, I got hurt at work! First I had to fight compensation for a year, ZERO $$$! Then I had to apply to get Disability Canada Pension because I can't physically work anymore.. (damaged back, head injury, I have to use a cane and knee braces to walk)! I spent my savings just surviving while being forced to fight for MY money from my own government for 5 years just to get a measly $300. a month! THAT'S IT! Luckily my spouse works , we paid off our house ten years ago! But, we still barely get by! Every person I speak to about my case with the government on the phone, can barely speak English and yell at me or are VERY impatient with me, because I can't understand THEM, they usually hang up! When I ask to please speak to someone IN Canada, they hang up, then I have to wait another hour to talk to someone else! (I went to 4 government funded agencies to see if I could possibly get a job working from home, because I have trouble getting out! All sent me somewhere else! One agency who is supposed to help disabled people in WPG, REES, the agent refused to talk to me or look me in the eye, * he got a supervisor to talk to me! Because he's Muslim and I'm Gay! They were continuously hostile/aggressive towards me without reason??? I volunteer at 2 different food banks , I've met TONS of people who have never worked a day in their lives, their family, parents, grandparents have never worked... EVER! Yet they have brand new trucks??? Still go to food banks? AND, several new Canadians who I've met, have never worked a day in Canada... Some with new cars??? Yet everyone else receives 10 times what I receive to live on??? I PAID TAXES ALL OF MY LIFE! We can't afford a car! Yet... I don't blame them! I would take it they offered! I blame our government (NDP, Libs, AND CONservatives) who don't give a crap about disabled and seniors in Canada! Or if you paid taxes all of your life , into a system that's supposed to help when you need it! ALL politicians in Canada just whore out their votes! I've volunteered for almost 40 years, also holding down jobs, helping others, I've never seen so may seniors and disabled people forced to access food banks and soup kitchens than the last few years! EVER! Disabled people have to constantly prove they are disabled enough to get kitchen scraps from sociopathic politicians who are over paid and under worked! Fees go up, taxes go up, housing goes up, property taxes go up, bus fairs go up, etc.. Services go WAY down! We can afford trillion$ in corporate welfare, but not help our own? Seniors can't afford to live in their homes anymore! YOU'RE WELCOME for paying for YOUR golden pensions pig politicians, and NOT helping us when we need it! POS!

I'm a born and raised Canadian, as well as my husband. Even before our country was completely taken over, employment was hard to come by because of the fw's. 8 years ago, my husband had enough with trying to find a job, he stopped counting at over 450 resumes that were ignored, so he decided that we should start our own company, a small delivery company that 2 years later, we added a safe ride service to (driving drunk people home in their own vehicle). I was the manager of a little pizza place, which was run by immigrants, but good ones. I was hired because my husband approached them about doing deliveries, and they wanted to meet me. I had no idea I was going for an interview but they begged me to work for them, their reason; although they could speak English, they weren't fluent in it, so they wanted an English speaking employee who could easily understand the customer's. Within days, I was promoted to manager, and I loved my job and all of them. They treated everyone with such kindness and generosity. I found out just how much support they got from our government, when I broke down one day because I couldn't afford my prescription. My boss was so confused because he and his family got free prescriptions, dental, eye care, etc and they thought everyone got that. My boss paid for my prescription and actually apologized to me for how our own government treated us. He also showed me that they get $2,500 every 2 weeks, funding to start or buy businesses, but if they don't hire other fw's or immigrants, that funding changes to a grant and they have to pay it back. They are given money for housing, and vehicles. He was pushed out of that business by his 2 partners, and the partner's promised him I would keep my job. That was a complete lie. They stopped putting me on the schedule, claiming financial problems (bs), but hired not one but two new full time immigrant employees. I lost it and quit. Our town isn't that big, and word spread fast, especially when everyone found out that I was still owed over $2,000, which I will never see because no government agency will help me. Their business is actually struggling now and I love that for them. As for my husband and I's business, it's going strong but I came unglued when we recieved a letter from the government "suggesting" that we hire immigrants. I wrote back, telling them in no uncertain terms would that ever happen, and it will be a cold day in hell when one of us steps back so one of the government's favored people can take that money from us because we are the only 2 employees and we're not sacrificing a damn thing for someone who already gets everything.

I became homeless after spending over 2 months in the ICU of a Toronto hospital barely walking in was taken to a Toronto city shelter and for 5 years I've been in 5 different Toronto shelters in what seemed like a blink of a eye every shelter became 80% north African Muslim men ,they were given cash allowances to buy their own food $80 a day plus welfare cheques once a month boosted up with TTC allowance $157 clothing allowances and yes they were all given money to buy laptops and smart phones apparently so they can keep in touch with their families back in Africa, in the last shelter I stayed in there was only 6 white Canadian born homeless people living there and 94 north Africans whom we started to notice were being housed only to have the next one take up their cott space housed yes and when we started looking into how they were getting housed so fast when we were apparently on a 37,000 name waiting list for housing with our housing workers telling us it will take 10 years if we are lucky then we found out about the secret housing program that these fresh off the boat immigrants were getting market value apartments of their choice you pick the government pays one African we befriended ( he wasn't a believer in Islam shush or they'll kill him) got a 1 bedroom condo apartment over looking Toronto's Island airport $2,700 a month and the government payed for all his furnishings, so now we knew and we approached the on site housing workers asking why we weren't told about COHB at first they tried to deny it existed but researching we had all the information first these COHB forms were to be handed out to those with seniority length of stay so as to cut out on abuse being that they are worth over $250,000 after ten years of paying your rent as in free housing for life , then we discovered the staff were making false entries on our files claiming some of us lost our seniority for fighting claiming we were kicked out for 14 days others for smoking violations what they didn't think we knew was on admission to any shelter you sign a agreement that they are videoing you and keeping a file on you that also stated we are allowed to have up to date copies of our files then during the 2 weeks we were supposedly kicked out we asked for the videos from that period once they realized we had a advocate working for us who a l so supplies lawyers to us should we need so they got caught then management called us all up for a meeting and that's when we hit him with a bombshell yes the shelters are staffed with immigrants from the same African countries this Hoard is coming from and we have a sworn statement saying they are charging $10,000 for these guaranteed housing forms yes $10,000 that's what our none Muslim African shelter friend payed for his form and why he's now living free in easily close to a million dollar condo and believe me the cars parked there show it, ok so after we busted them guess what 6 whites who were all born in Canada and have lived a average of 3.5 years in a shelter all got housed in apartments of our choosing mind we did get ours fully furnished by the government like all these illegal Christian hating islamists get free housing free food free clothing free medical free dental free prescription drugs and a free huge monthly welfare cheque Rebel news please contact us we want every Canadian to know what's going on and how we Canadians are being left out, p.s just go to any money transfer business at the end of the month and you'll see line ups of these north Africans wiring money back to their wives and families even boxing up all the mountains of free clothing sending it to Africa same what they're doing with all the prescription drugs they are getting for free everything is about making money taking taking taking not putting anything back , now I sleep soundly no one stealing my belongings no more catching a different cold every week no more being called a filthy infidel which seems to be their favorite word COHB look that up and if your living paycheck to paycheck working 2 jobs just get to a shelter say one with 94 Africans who will all be housed shortly leaving you the most seniority easy peasy but remember to keep a eye on your file for false entries or borrow $10,000 to buy one

Welp, about a half an hour ago when I got home, I realized that someone broke into my apartment building and stole my shoes that were infront of my door. SHOES. last year someone broke in and stole my bike. The thing is, this area was NEVER like this. It was safe and people trusted each other. Guess what has changed? The amount of immigration in my city and in this area. I am terrified during the night that someone will break into my apartment since theyve been able to get into the building. My entire life I have always stuck up for minorities and all different groups that have been apparently marginalized. Now, after everything happening in my city, in the world, to the people I love and myself, I have had ENOUGH. I want these people out of my country. Go back to your shitty countries with your shitty ideas and shitty ideologies and shitty everything because you do not belong here. If you do not properly become a Canadian citizen, such as assimilating to our culture, language and so on and leaving your shitty ideas behind, then you are not wanted and you do not belong here. Canada is being destroyed because of YOU and our communist "liberal" leaders. As a former SJW, feminist, leftist, member of the alphabet Mafia, I see the destruction and the deception of these ideologies and they are the opposite of what is real and true and free. Bring Canada back.

American here that has extensive relationships in Canada. We don’t want this tariff war but the tariffs being implemented first by the Trump administration on behalf of US were punitive for violating USMCA and tied directly to the border defects. This was made known in advance and you repeated empty promises. Take your medicine and get well fast. Instead of doing that, you are taking an action that will beget reciprocal tariffs. Implement $30B and Trump will add $30B….add another $125B later and Trump will add another $125B. Heads up….America wants good partners and looks forward to being past this as well. In the meantime, we are prepared to pay more (or live with less) as we get back up on our feet. We have a lot of internal healing and cannot carry any other countries right now. Not sure if that was ever a good thing for either of us. Time to heal our broken ways ….sorry if you got used to our last administration being feckless.

Brown people living in Western countries, never let your guard down. Never let yourself be lulled by the comfortable thought that just because you learnt english, got a PhD , worked an honest job , kept a friendly demeanour, people would automatically be nice to you. As a Brit... I've been to Canada many times (the first time as a soldier in 1981) and of late in the likes of BC, I've fished there. Love, love, love Canada and the Canadians. I've been to America too, and I love it there also. And while I'm not always a good judge of people...I flatter myself I'm a VERY good judge of character. i know Trudeau gets a lot of crap from people, but my god this was a hell of a speech. same with Bernie Sanders' speech. i got goosebumps and also trying to fight back tears simultaneously. my ex wife is disabled receiving social security, medicare, and medicaid due to being in a wheelchair and requiring consistent medical care and attention. she receives, and is expected to survive on, $800 a month and $300 in foodstamps. she lives in campgrounds which is 90% cheaper than rent, and still has to budget, struggle and go without a lot to make life work all while being in tremendous pain and reliant on help from others. Trump, Elon, and all the other billionaires in charge are literally trying to make the ones suffering the most to suffer more while making them even richer. its absolutely disgusting how soulless these CEOs are. the world is ashamed of us and frankly if you are American and not ashamed and embarrassed by what these billionaires are doing with our relationship to not only our country but the entire world....then you arent a patriot, you are a cult follower, and you are part of the problem.

Trudeau, my brother, My words cannot begin to express to you or your people just how genuinely sorry I am for my country's utterly repulsive and inexcusable behavior throughout the last month and a half and for the downright cruel, hostile treatment you've suffered at the hands of the most incompetent, greedy, poorly educated, narcissistic, racist, sexist, xenophobic buffoon to ever preside over the United States. Not only is Donald Trump an overly privileged, pathetic, whiney crybaby who literally folds his arms, stomps his feet, and launches an all out temper tantrum whenever he doesn't get his way or when someone else has the TV remote, he is a dangerously delusional, high stakes risk taker who wouldn't think twice about using his own mother or child as a human body shield if he thought his life were in danger. There is absolutely no value, principle, moral or ethic he wouldn't betray without hesitation if he suspects there is anything at all to be gained - you know, the type of guy who would poison the entire neighborhood in order to hoard all the complimentary tampons and lip gloss samples from his neighbors' mail boxes just to ensure that he got first dibs on everything before anyone else. Incidentally, he is also the same type of guy who pockets all the flavored mini coffee creamers from the gas station and all the paper bed sheets and Qtips from the doctor's office. I wouldn't put it past him to steal the waitresses' tips off tabletops on his way out the door upon leaving McDonald's. In fact, I would bet everything that he steals the donation jars for Jerry's Kids at the local supermarket. I mean, its already a given that he is likely the guy who filed a lawsuit a few summers back against a sweet, innocent littls FOUR year old boy for having a lemonade stand on property not zoned for commercial use. If it wasn't Trump then I'm sure it's only because he was too busy ordering the National Guard to power hose and pepper spray the 30 or so elderly nuns who had been distributing bottled water to folks demonstrating in support of Black Lives Matter on the hottest day of the year. Satisfied in his victorious battle against the nuns - 9 of whom had been hospitalized for critical injuries including the 92 year old Mother Superior who suffered massive brain bleed, swelling and concussion due to the excessive force of the power hose and an 87 year old nun who lost permanent sight in one eye due to the pepper spray - Trump had the nerve to pose for a publicity shot in front of the church while holding a Bible - UPSIDE DOWN - and scrunching and contorting his face into that hideous trademark scowl he does ever so naturally. Yep. This is the man my fellow Americans chose to represent our nation as President - a man who beats up 90 year old nuns and imposes 25% tax hikes to our ONLY FRIEND in the entire world simply for refusing to accept his invitation for statehood. I never ever was on the Trump train. I am an American Citizen and I think he is deranged. I hope those that voted for him are starting to pick up on his madness after these past few weeks. Trump went against the trade deal that he made with Canada and Mexico when he renegotiated the existing deal during his first term. Trump called his deal with them beautiful and perfect. Trump does not keep the deals he makes to other countries or to the Americans who voted for him. \n\nTrump's final push in his campaign was to cut costs for Americans at the checkout, chuckling at the strange sound of the word 'groceries' to him. He has never worried about or dealt with buying groceries. The moment he got back into office, he said that lower prices wasn't happening and that the American people would suffer. \n\nThen he and Republicans began cuts in jobs and government services to Americans as well as others in the world, so that no one can trust Trump --- and in the case of others in the world, it reflects so bad on the U.S. and against any trust in the U.S. anymore. No president has ever done so much damage at home and abroad so quickly. \n\nTrump is the Deceiver and the Destroyer. Trump doesn't care if his voters figure it out. They are no longer needed.
