We (Americans) who are center-left are with you. Anyone who does the math won’t find a sensible answer; there is none. Average Americans will feel the hurt first. They say there is a backlash, here and there… but these clowns continue onward to the destruction of everything we hold dear.

As an American, I want to say that I have never seen a more toxic administration in my life. Not only are they hurting Americans but they are hurting Americas longstanding allies. Canada has the winning hand. Canada has resources that USA needs to survive. USA has nothing to offer to Canada to survive. If Canada should cut energy to USA, let’s see who is the boss. For say, Canada is the biggest producer for potash, a fertilizer needed for the American fields. Canada will suffer from these tariffs but USA will cash down harder. It seems sad that it took an action such as the one the US government had to do, to make Canada realize that we should work together as provinces and as people. If this were to continue it would pull down every single country in the world. I've always been saying. The so called migration crisis has damaged countries more than wars. Cost of living has skyrocketed. Rents and demand are high (triggers inflation), salaries are low (cheap labor), cultural shocks.. The obsession in economic growth damaged nations irreversibly. My family was a middle-class Turkish, they bought a house, a nice car and i cant even afford to live in Istanbul. Average rent is 2/3 of my salary.. All because of migration.
