I'm a latino straight from South America and I'm very happy. I REALLY don't get what you american liberals think of us. The only reason we are willing to leave our countries to live in the US is because you have a country where we can thrive. In order to go to the US, we go through the process and apply for visas and the green card. That's being honest. We don't want the country filled with illegal immigrants who jump the border. We left our countries in an honest way and we want the borders strong, so we can still have a country where we can thrive. Is it really hard for you to understand that? We voted for Trump and we're proud of it, so we don't need your false pitty. You guys don't know reality, you're born in fantasy land and you aren't able to see the basic truth even if it's in front of you.

I'll add some context to our government. Prime minister harper who was an economics major I believe started saying no to the aboriginal peoples stopped catering to them. During the election it was a collective that all natives would vote ndp and the liberals were second last only behind the green party. Getting closer to the election Trudeau promised if elected to legalize marijuana and fund more efforts towards missing indigenous women ( that's a whole other story in itself). Trudeau won a majority government. They won't admit it but alot of blue collar people voted for Trudeau because of the legalization of weed. Fast forward immigration grew and new immigrants were strategically placed in certain cities and areas to vote for the liberals. The next election Trudeau lost the popular vote but won based on Canada's version of the electoral college. This time around I don't think he can win I've heard very very few people in this country say they want him so in a year things may get better or the damage is done.

I understand peoples idea of leaving Canada. That's okay, you can do that. I'll never leave Canada. It's my home, it's gonna be my home. No matter what yes, we're going through some tough times right now but I can tell you right now. The whole world is going through some tough times it isn't just cand to blame everything on Trudo. Is not right. The conservatives have just as much in this game as anyone else. All these governments have basically fought amongst each other and did nothing to do anything good for Canadians. It's all fine and well that you want to leave Canada but where will you go that's any better? After all it is your choice. The problems we see happening around the world are a global problem. There are at least 2 major wars going on. Inflation is rampant in most countries in the world and we ARE heading for a global economic depression that will dwarf anything that we've seen in the 1930's. Speaking for myself my roots are here in Canada which is not the Canada I grew up in anymore. Sadly. Used to be a really great place to live until Trudeau and his band of thieves ruined it. I may as well make my last stand here. If I was going to move where would I go. The EU? Absolutely not! They're tanking. America? No effing way! The American empire is collapsing. Along with the FED note. South America? Don't think so. Most S. American countries are iffy at best. Australia? No. They're nuts. New Zealand? No. They're struggling badly and people are leaving there in droves. Africa? No way in hell. So that doesn't leave very much. Antarctica? Little on the cold side. Few amenities. ;) May as well stay where I am and take my chances. Better the devil I know than the one I don't. If you're serious about moving out of Canada be sure to do your due diligence and research about your target country. Grass always looks greener on the other side but many times isn't once you get there. One place that I AM attracted to is the Azores. Beautiful place. Friendly people. Good climate. One drawback is that I don't speak Portuguese. And I would have to be independently wealthy. After a certain amount of time out of the country I would lose my Canadian pension. It's said that where we are is where we're supposed to be. I may as well take my chances, make the best of a crappy situation and stay here. There really is no better or worse place than Canada. The majority of the countries in the world are struggling with their own problems. I'm not willing to jump from the frying pan into the fire. One of the biggest reasons I want to stay in Canada is that if it does come to a nuclear shooting war it would be very unlikely that Canada would be attacked. So here I'll stay. For better or worse. The LIberals won't be in power forever and if people have the smallest amount of sense, so few will vote for them in the next election that the Liberals will lose party status. I fervently hope that happens. ;)

Why is Pierre afraid of the immigrant issue? I think - that they will all be labeled of being racists because they don't want other cultures and more people in the country. That's what it is. OR maybe - Conservatives are trying to figure out a plan to deal with this and aren't showing their cards at the moment. LIberals want the votes and more people to live off the government tit but we need more skills trades, more hands on - more doctors and nurses!! If the immigrants have that background and actually have the education and compassion then bring them in. If not, then sorry, there's no where for you to go. Part-time burger flippers, coffee pourers, cashiers, etc... are excellent jobs for teenagers to learn and earn money and move up from there. Back in the late 70s and 80s into the early 90s, retail jobs were an excellent supplement income for a family and or single person because it was worth it - today, not so much.

The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

Many people might ask how the Liberal government issued so many study and work visas to young Indians, who don't have any particularly outstanding qualifications. It is because they allowed colleges to accept students and some of these colleges were created for the sole purpose of collecting high tuition fees, which wealthy Indians gladly paid for as it gave them a chance to live in Canada and apply for permanent residency. Trudeau (like Harper, incidentally) wanted to win Brampton and the surrounding areas so as to be able to form a government. These ridings could easily flip to Conservative, unlike others in Quebec or BC. Voters in these battleground areas were believed to be willing to vote Liberal, if they could have some representation in Ottawa, especially in cabinet. Even as a member of this diaspora, I think courting this population like this was a huge mistake. \n\nIn the post-war II period, the immigrants that came from Canada, were highly qualified, scientists, engineers, architects -- you name it, that had jobs waiting for them at universities and tech firms. If they were students, they came into Ph.D. programs fully supported with stipends. This generation helped Canada tremendously and made Canada a leader in crop science and microbiology research, just to name an example. Today, many here on student visas are working at Tim's or delivering Amazon packages, or even driving trucks without proper training.

I’m a little late to this video but have a lot to say. As a Canadian of Indian descent, I have always avoided Brampton. There is a stark difference between Indians from Brampton and those of us that are from other cities. This situation is out of control mainly due to JT but also colleges that have setup feeder international schools that cater just to Indian students. I’d imagine Chinese students have something similar to this as well, they’re just more quiet. \n\nA lot of the comments come off as offensive but it is what it is, There are too many of my ethnic people here and they’re not assimilating let alone intending to do so. Chain migration is another problem as it brings in an older generation that has no desire to learn English. Crime is having a runaway effect because of the environment they come from, fights break out at intersections, parking lots, backyards, front yards, etc. This is reckless and embarrassing for all Indians, especially us Punjabis. This goes unreported because of how vindictive these people are because of whichever town/city they came from. There are also rumours that these female students are home wreckers so there’s another layer. \n\nMy solution: \n1) Stop immigration, these people are giving our entire community a bad rep when we’ve worked so hard to get to where we are in this country. Return to skills based immigration, not WEF-based. \n2) Cap the international student populations tied to the census - this opens up opportunities for international students from ALL countries and walks of life. \n3) International students cannot be allowed to work - Canadian students First, Canada First. \n4) After graduation, give students 1 year to find a job in their field of study. If they can’t find one, send them back and learn skills and then that’s their only back to Canada. \n5) if they do make it to immigration, we need a better system than just a simple memorization test - have them demonstrate their command of the English language, look at their value added and potential for the future. \n6) Conservatives need to be a part of the solution. A lot of the comments are just complaints and complaining will get these folks voting red vs voting blue each and every time. That guy commenting about no temples in Timmins will just push these people to the liberals and this is what JT is counting on. We need to show these folks what being Canadian is about so that they leave Brampton and assimilate. I’ve introduced countless folks to Pierre and have changed their outlooks, y’all need to do the same. Show them that they’re being used by the liberals and that’ll get them going, cause no one wants to be used. \n\nAs always, TNC reports it as it is and that’s what I’m here for. Thank you!
