Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. Our kids don't know the national a them they stopped that. They don't know the Lord's prayer they stopped that. The schools are changed to not make other nationalities feel bad. They get their Holliday's off and our Holliday's off..why? We don't get their off. Yeah I'm just a plain white person who lived in Canada all my life. 64 years. I've never seen this in my days. Never. Everything is destroyed. This feels like India 😢😢😢. We have to stop this. They need to leave. They are not here because of war or danger for their lives. They are here to take the jobs, take over our culture and country. Now we have to be careful what we say or were called racist. I'm white I lived in the hood all my life. With black people. I have alot of black friends even family but this is so damn reducilous. Who are they a d why are they here. Canada doesn't take care of us any more. Or help us people who need it. We are homeless in the streets you don't see Indians homeless, hell no. So Carney step up a x fix what Trudeau ruined. Please. This is not the country I'm used to it's India. Not Canada. I have friends from Ukraine. Now they are brought here because of the war. I get it. But they have their own immigration dr. And they've been here 2.5 years if that and bought their own home a year ago. How is this possible? The first year Canada paid their rent for a year. I live on 713.00 a month. He's a month. I feel for that lady,I'm a home owner, but not for long, I lost my job due to a back injury, I went back to school for DZ and heavy equipment tickets, graduated 7 months ago and unable to find work, I spent all my savings, in 3 years. I saved $75,000 over my 40 years, just to lose it all to the economy we live in today. I eat once every other day. I will be homeless by winter. And I see all the immigrants wearing Gucci, driving nice cars, living the life Canadians deserve. I'm ready to burn this government to the ground. I'm about to lose everything and there's nothing I can do to save my life.

I agree with over percent with what the white women said at th e beginning.. The part that she actually does have to hear and accept is the truth..Her ancestors were and are colonizers, those are basic truths.. But the Government must turn the taps down on immigration right away, it is totally out of control.. Things are at the point where no one Zero more immigrants from India and Pakistan should be allowed to enter the country, for at least the next few years , until the government can get a true handle on things.. I really don't think the government officials have any idea of the pace at which Canada is rapidly changing.. It is mind boggling the rapid changes and that's from every single nook and cranny of this once beautiful country you will see new immigrants.. There are places i went to as a child with my folks, where you would never have seen nothing but white people, maybe a few native people, a couple of black and oriental folks and that was it.. Now there are car loads of east Indians running around some actually living in those communities.. I am not a racist person, but that's my own observation on the ground.. I think every single Canadian in this country would have the exact reaction..

Im tired of wanting to move out my apartment but i cant cuz foreigners are buying up property and jacking up rent prices. And yes i am a daughter of an immigrant. And i see student housing being built and the rent is cheap! My rent has gone up twice in 2 years. Nothing is available under 1300 unless you rent a room. Nobody can change my traditions because they are mine and dont affect anyone. Groceries are unreal. I dont have a car anymore. I dont have children or a partner. Social time or entertainment is this. Youtube and my 2 dogs one of which now needs a leg amputation as she has cancer in her paw. I have a gofundme but its slow. But i see other pet owners that have them and because they use their pet as their unpaid actor they have made the money needed in days. Im just offering paperwork,proof,photos,making beaded collars,to try and make more. Im trying to open my own business doing nails. But callbacks from offices are not happening. My mental health has suffered since I was 18. I am gen x. Being a minority doesnt mean i get whatever i want either.

The sad reality is that if our government wasn't taxing our young Canadians to death from the moment they get started at attempting to build a future for themselves, the young Canadians would actually be putting thought into having children and starting families. But the reality is they can't afford it and everyone knows that our young Canadians don't make the list of government handouts. As a child immigrant to Canada, I am absolutely disgusted with what we've turned into and how easy it is for today's immigrants to come here, it's like spitting in the faces of immigrants like my parents and many others who had to work their asses off to be here and make a life for themselves and their kids. Every older generation immigrant I have spoken with says they feel like all of their sacrifice was for nothing. When we immigrated here, we kept our traditions, but we also embraced Canadian traditions and I passed our traditions onto my child, but she was raised Canadian and she embraces both. Our whole family has been proudly Canadian since the day we came here and it breaks our hearts to see what our Canada has become. It does work… In the end, after 10 years, the liberals won again. I don’t see any reason for them to change their ways if it brings them success in our democracy. The new immigrants make a powerful voting block and as your numbers increase, their power will also increase… And I do think Canada is a very attractive destination, given all the government subsidies… Healthcare, dental care, child care, Pharma care… Subsidized, housing… To say nothing of the special refugee and immigrant programs…

I won't miss those new immigrants from south Asia. They completely change once clean cities. They post illegal advertising signs everywhere, on traffic lights bus shelters, at the sides of our streets. Who post on traffic light? meant to get attention of motorists. It will be difficult for Canada because we are a consumer country, we manufacture almost nothing. We absolutely need to change our habits, we should not support a country that wants to see us fail.

As a British person never have I disliked America as much as i do at the moment. I effectively spent a chunk of my childhood in America with relatives. I treasured these memories, but now all the feelings of wonder and happiness when thinking of my visits to America have faded. You know I’ve been killing myself working non stop for like a decade trying to hold it all together because of all the increased prices of everything. As a result I have not been paying attention. Historically, tariffs have been imposed to support production of American goods. Think cotton, steel, other raw materials the U.S. used to produce in past centuries. For the past several decades, America has not produced many raw materials because it's cheaper to buy them from countries who can pay their workers less to keep the cost of production low. It's impossible to quickly begin producing these things here, so Trumplethinskin's tariffs will do nothing but piss off our trading partners and dramatically increase the prices Americans pay for a long list of essential goods. I see a major recession coming soon. If your goal was to close American car plants because the parts are too expensive and make it impossible for U.S. citizens to afford to feed their families, you've achieved it, King Donald ?

Thank you, Canada! As an American, I am appalled at the hellmouth this administration that I did not vote for has dragged my country into. Nothing I see suggests to me that the people we've entrusted with enforcing our laws and our constitution will come through for us against this coup that has broken with democracy and simple decency. So you do whatever you have to do to protect the interests of your own citizens, and I will have to hope that ultimately it will help topple these monsters who have taken this country hostage.

Yeah, what he wants is that Canada becomes the 51 state of and then once it becomes the 51 state Canada no longer will be making decision in anything and then everything that the Canada has worked or owns will be his for his own purpose haha. Turn off the lights in America! It can be done….Canada provides electricity to most of northern America. Every crisis in America has been helped by Canadians. I see this as nothing less than Trump wanting to do to Canada a slightly more palatable version of what Putin is doing to Ukraine. Trump has openly said he wants Canada to become the 51st state, even though this is a huge ask as Canada has a population larger than any US state (California is close in population size), Canada has a land mass nearly the size of the US and, including water mass, Canada has a larger overall area than the US. Trump also wants Iceland to be owned by America. He has become power crazy during a war because this is his only chance to stoke his ego to undreamable levels. Trump wants to be America's Putin.

I am a US citizen and I am terrified about everything that is happening in this country. I am horrified that there are so many hateful and greedy people in this country that allowed this orange moron to hold office not once, but twice. I will never understand how he is being allowed to get away with the things he is doing, so many of which are illegal. Where are the US leaders who will stand up to him? As an American, there is nothing I want to see more than countries like Canada who hold their ground and do not allow Donald trump and his government bully them. Hopefully this will end soon and the damage can be minimized

This has nothing to do with Canada or the Canadian people. This is a pure transactional move because that is how Trump sees things. He needs the money to finance his agenda and he has been told that the money does not exist in terms of what the US Congress can provide. They won't cut military spending and they wouldn't dare touch SS or Medicare. Therefore, Trump is resorting to the only available option which is to have the American people pay for it all and that is what he is doing with these tariffs. He doesn't need to worry about reelection so he couldn't care less how much pain he is inflicting on the very people who voted for him. Elections have consequences.
