As someone who works in law enforcement, I can say that from all types of restraints, those are used for longer transports because are more comfortable then the rest. When a person is in custody, per policy they need to be in restraints. Nothing wrong here.

First of all, the video is not showing only Indians but all illegals deported the same manner. And what’s wrong about that?
