I'm reading through the comments and one thing is very clear. We need to impeach Donald. He's not serving the interests of Americans but rather treacherous dictators like Putin, by hurting long standing and mutually beneficial relationships with our best and closest allies.

I'd love to read comments from the MAGA cult...

Read these comments, quite ridiculous…. This man has destroyed Canada… his poll at one point reached single digit… as a result, he pretended to resign in order to delay the election… currently, the parliament does not function even in such critical moment, coz his ‘resignation’….

The more I read the comments of different news articles, the more I realize that we as a world, and a species, want to be united as friends, hand in hand but our leaders are trying to keep us divided. I hope we make it through the next few years alive. And when this nightmare is over, I look forward to the world coming together, be they people of Russia, Ukraine, Mexico, Canada, and America.

We all know it had nothing to do with fentanyl. It is Trump's agenda. Reading all the comments I am also proud of Canada but we need to do something about Trump! Are we just going to keep letting this happen? Him screwing us all the while his wife and buddies and himself making money for themselves??? I'm ready for the next Revolution!

Was reading these Comments wondering how everyone was siding with countries that don’t put America first. Then I seen I was watching a video by fakeNN. Makes sense.

I have no idea if Prime Minister Trudeau reads any of these comments or if his team does, but as an American, I am ashamed of our current government. We have a narcissist for a leader who is a bad businessman and a puppet of Putin. How refreshing to see a real LEADER who actually cares about his country and not himself. I support Canada wholeheartedly. I suspect many Americans will be hurt badly by these embargoes and (justified) retaliatory tariffs - but so be it.

As I am the 27,000th commenter, I know this won’t be read…but the REAL reason DJT is doing this is to knock us (Canada) down and weaken us so he can come in and take what he wants afterwards. He knows he can do this, just like he did a few days ago with Ukraine. You are not our neighbours; you are not our friends. You are the new world predator country.

Reading as much as I could of the comments below, it is with great respect that we as human can still care for one another even when we are from different countries, continents, backgrounds an so one. Evil will always try to do it's thing and we must come together to abolish it. Being from different countries in this situation is not much we can do. Maybe stop importing from America, at least till this administration is gone in 4 years. The way it's going , America will lose a lot of it's allies and unless tyranny and dictatorship follows, we will vote the so called politicians out of office and claim our rights to a better way of life. Because now, America suffers and other countries will follow. And it is just the beginning. Learn how to become stronger and don't vote for convicted felon that is doing Russia's bid. Not sure how the followers can say with a straight face that what Trump is doing is for the betterment of our country . God bless us all.

I was born and raised in Siberia, occupied by Russia. I believe that America was and will remain the guiding star of the free world. Free people will not allow their country to join the club of dictatorships. How did this happen? I am looking for sources to read the comments of those who still believe that Trump is not destroying America, is not extinguishing the guiding star of all free people on earth. Where can I find them?

I have read many comments expressing support for Canada and assurances that the writers didn't vote for this administration. Until now, something like this could only be seen in totalitarian countries, it was the Russians, Belarusians who explained that they did not support Putin or Lukashenka, that they didn't want to be associated with the actions of their authorities. Now i see the times when Americans are ashamed of their administration in front of their allies.

Reading the comments, people are quick to forget how politicians operate. They say some good things to keep people from hownding them, but dont follow up with actions. Saudi, most of the gulf actually, jordan and turkey etc they say things they know ppl would prefer to hear, but they say it to keep ppl off their back. They are all helping israel in different ways. Shame on them obviously, but shame on those who believe their lies even more.

Reading all the comments and thinking if the effort of staying permanently is worth it! I am from Iran, have been studying here for 2 years, and reading all these disappointed comments makes me think deeply! I think it would be wiser to compare the Canada to other countries “now”. Comparing Canada to its own past and thinking of moving to another country because it’s better, doesn’t make sense. I am sure many countries are going through the same situation !

I’ve read many comments urging Canada to reduce its exposure to the us. It’s reasonable but that doesn’t happen overnight. Refineries, for example, are custom built - they can’t process all crudes. They’d cost several billion to build and at least 3-5 years; plus, you need railways and port infrastructure to ship out oil or its byproducts. This should have been started in 2017 (trump’s 1st term). In the short term, free trade zones within Canada and Mexico may alleviate some of the tariffs.

I'm reading.\n Some of the comments. I know my opinion may not matter. But it may eh inside some people. I hope I guess the way that I would look at this is being in their shoes. It's completely different than ours. We are given opportunities from birth. Basically to common deer, the life that we would like to have well, at least most of us are. In the United States, people from degrading. Or degraded countries are not giving those opportunities. So I would imagine over the years. Any type of hope that they had for a great country is depleted. Solidarity in countries like that is not accepted it would be suppressed. It would be stormed on and smashed out by the you. See an opportunity to better your life and your children's life. And it's the fourth quarter and there's 2 seconds on the time clock. And you've only got one play to make. We all go for what the big hell, Mary and I think that's what these people are doing and God bless every one of them. That are good people. I feel sorry for this situation. I wish the world was a better place, but unfortunately it's not all we can do is pray for these individuals that hope that they find solace in what they're looking for. This will not prevent service members from doing their job. \n\nNot having a vaccine greatly increases the probability of spreading a virus. I am fond of Ms Palki,s presentation.But she is more indian without justification. I have read most of the comments. What she will tell about visa rejection of the Bangladeshi by India. For such rejection and restriction students can not apply visa for the countries which visa centres are in India. Its tit fir tat.

Totally unaware of the problem and why they are hated so much. He obviously doesn't read comments or watch the videos too much because the major reason they are not liked is that their attitude and lack of wanting to assimilate into Canada is the problem. They have been caught cheating the system and hav8ng no respect for others which is very important to Canadian s. They don't try to even learn English. I know of children born here in Canada and don't learn English till they go to grade 1.

From reading many comments about this 'Canada attract (trap) immigrant' and 'Canadian refuse immigrant' stuff , all I can tell is both of sides (already Canadian and new Canadian) are in misery and none of both sides are the cause of eacy misery.
