I called Saskatchewan CBC news to ask if they knew there was a carbon tax protest happening across Canada. they said they gave it air time on Monday. I asked if they knew there were armed officers with carbines and riot gear at the protest? They said its not worth reporting on.... just poor journalism thank you to the SUN for being impartial and providing us with the news

Alberta is to Canada what Texas is to the USA. Lots of work in Alberta and conservative based. Saskatchewan is a little cheaper, but flat and cold. I was born in sk, but moved to Alberta in my teens and never looked back. So if you love guns, freedom, not so much government Alberta is your Provence

Not gonna lie. But Canadian teenagers feel entitled . They don’t want to work which is a shame. That might be a problem with the parents. But a good portion of 20-35 year old living with there parents are white Canadians. Let me be clear before you all slam me. But it is fucking true. Look at the line ups and tell me how many Canadians do you see. None. The problem is they want a job to pay them big money right off the start. We all started somewhere. I worked for 5.35 an hour that was only 20 years ago. That was minimum wage. Ridiculous right!!! But it actually hasn’t moved up much sense then. Saskatchewan is still the lowest minimum wage in all of Canada ( thanks Scott Moe?). I get it. Even right now with the Trudeau government you really can’t make enough money to survive but you have to try.

Let me make a very serious distinction . Canada is not a monolithic country . The people on the West Coast - British Columbia are culturally very similar to those living in Washington State and Oregon - total left wing granola - flakes and nuts. The Canadians on the East Coast are culturally similar to the US East Coasters- Joe Biden's people . \nThe people on Canada's Prairies - Alberta, Saskatchewan and the west side of Manitoba are similar to the US Midwest all the way down to Texas. Calgary, Alberta where I hail from has the largest annual outdoor rodeo in the world - the Calgary Stampede !. \nWe don't identify with the issues of the rest of Canada - we're Albertan's first and foremost !

There is a share of rude people (more like drivers)in Calgary and Toronto. Both are still considered fast-paced!\nPeople in Calgary used to be very friendly in the 90s, not as friendly anymore! The problem is not the number of immigrants and foreign workers.. it's where all of them want to go.. Vancouver and Toronto. How about bringing them to the under populated cities and towns in Canada to help those cities and towns? In Toronto, you see South Asians driving cars with Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia plates but they're living here.. Immigration Canada needs to address this that's one other major reason why there's shortage of housing in major cities.

It’s been 5 years for me here and I honestly can say I have achieved nothing in my life yet. It scares me when I think I can’t return whatever my parents had invested in me. The fact is you’ll never have a good paying job in Canada being an immigrant. When I say this trust me I mean it. Most you’ll get is a minimum wage job which can make you survive the life here. The thing I will say about housing as someone who lives in Manitoba— housing in Canada is not all built equal. 1 million dollars is a standard house in Ontario, but pretty damn nice if you live in Manitoba, especially if outside of Winnipeg. I’d assume a similar policy applies to western Ontario, Saskatchewan, northern Quebec and the territories due to low population and extremely low population density

That insurance thing according to place of residence is only in Province of Ontario not in all Province. So don't assume whatever he is saying is valid for all of Canada. In Province of Saskatchewan insurance is very cheap.

Have you noticed most of these homless Africans are in Toronto. I have never heard news that they are stranded on the streets of Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yellowknife etc etc. Why Toronto. People need to stop using agents and do some research before moving. Canadians moved away from Toronto during the pandemic they relocated to other smaller cities. While I identify and agree with the overall sentiment of this video, here is the problem Alina. As a somewhat successful tech person who came from nothing, I refuse to move out of a city to a culturally or globally lacking city due to “budget”. I tried spending time in BC and Nova Scotia in the capital cities. I could not spend more than a week in Saskatchewan. I can assure you that someone with decent skills and lifestyle would not be able to sustain their social and personal life, and mental health anywhere in Canada other than Toronto. If I spoke decent French, I’d say Montreal is a decent option. Vancouver is too lopsided as an international real estate haven, even though beautiful. So the problem is that Toronto is honestly the only city someone like me (and most my friends) would consider living in Canada, and we are all unfortunately being forced to move to the US. We are in our very early 30s so it’s still not too late to have a big move but none of us wanted to try out NYC or SFO much later than now. I hope things improve and we are able to move back to Toronto. But right now, unless you make $300k+, it’s impossible. And we are only able to make that money in the US (most of us). Politics is Canadas biggest problem. The idiots in ontario keep electing incompetent people to run the country. If the western provinces (Saskatchewan, Alberta, BC) seperated from Canada and became our own country we would be one of the best and wealthiest countries. We talk about weather daily. I could go on and on how the 70s-90s were one of the best time periods in modern history for various reasons but I wont. There are problems internationally, we live in a globalist world. We still have it good. Go travel and make international friends. This is nothing that we are dealing with at the moment. All I will say though is leave the huge metropolitans like Toronto and Vancouver. Everyone wants to go there because they think 'theres more opportunity' ugh. Theres opportunity across canada but if everyone things like that there will be problems. The idea of Ontario or BC is just a big nope for me (although I go to BC every couple years, love it there I would not want to live there).

We have a leader who seems to be deeply invested in shutting down our oil and gas industry. He shut down oil and gas. Which put hundreds of people out of work. Then he slapped us with a carbon tax. He told us the carbon tax dollars would be invested toward producing green energy projects and manufacturing jobs. So far, the Carbon tax went up again, he banned plastic straws, he’s hitting our farmers with heavy restrictions on fertilizer, because it’s not green enough. \nMany of our indigenous communities have been living for years with contaminated water. He promised he was going to ensure the indigenous communities have access to clean drinking water. He has not fulfilled that promise. \nHe’s bidding $30 billion dollars to hopefully sign a deal to manufacture electric car batteries for Volkswagen. \nHe’s investing in other projects, as well. Unfortunately, he’s only investing in eastern provinces. \nSo far, there has been no investments in western provinces yet. Many of the out of work oil and gas workers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba are still waiting on the jobs they were promised. \nLow wages, high inflation, high taxes and high income housing is bringing a lot of us to our knees. \nOur leader is corrupt. It seems like every week there is another corrupt scandal he and his government are involved in. \nI can’t speak for every Canadian, but I can say with absolute certainty that a large number of us are sick and tired of our current leader. Most of us live with the hope that if our leader can get voted out. Canada may have a chance to go back to the way our beautiful country used to be.

If your experience in the US is only places like L.A., New Orleans, Miami, and New York you have not been to the US. That's like saying the roads in Canada are horrible, the air is piss and menthol flavored, the people are absolute scumbags if you can't speak French. All those things can be said about Montreal, not so much about Saskatchewan.

The CBC is a huge issue in Canada. It’s funded ENTIRELY with tax dollars therefore the government decides what we watch, even if no one wants to watch it at all, and the CBC is 100% in love with the Liberal government and all of their news is blatant propaganda. Why not? The Liberals increased the CBC budget to 1.6 Billion a year of course they want to spin the news to help them especially when you consider the fact that many Conservatives want it defunded completely because they are tired of the spin. \nAnother issue is that some areas of Canada make the decisions for the rest of the country. Ontario and Quebec have large populations therefore when it comes to federal elections they basically always get their way even if everyone in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba disagrees. \nAlso, Quebec gets treated completely differently than the rest of the country. They have special deals when it comes to university tuition and child care, they have their own political party that no one else can vote for, and they force the rest of the country to have French all over the place and on everything which is mostly pointless and very few people in Canada can only speak French and can’t understand the English. I lived in almost every province across Canada. Spent over a decade in Halifax and some of the smaller communities. The crime there is above normal. I have lost thousands of dollars in tools multiple times from break and enters and never once had a good investigational outcome. The last time was in Truro where I lost over 20k worth of tools and household goods. I told the investigating officer who did it. The drug dealing individual was not even questioned because he was an informant for the RCMP. Ontario, Nova Scotia, and many other provinces has a false crime rate. Maybe Manitoba and Saskatchewan has a really bad crime rate because the police actually do their job. You did not mention about provincial taxes, that would definitely throw Quebec under the bus. Even though I was born in Ontario, Alberta has my number.

There will be a huge influx of Ukrainian refugees, One could not get a better immigrant in Canada they are well educated, hard working, industrious and use to the Canadian winters, They build the prairies in the last Russia war migration in 1914 and will be major contribution to Canada. Many will settle in the prairies were Ukrainian language is more common, and Saskatchewan population will significantly increase which for some time has been a downward spiral.

Alberta was the only province to keep its books balanced during Trudeaus tyrannical reign of covid and crime is wayyyy lower than others. Also, yes it is an oil province but it was squashed by Ottawa and still came out on top. It's better living for families, jobs vary in high paying between the two main cities and the people are very down to earth and friendly. People have been fleeing the east to Alberta for its freedom from government overreach as well. So, you're out of touch here by a lot. Alberta has deserts, beaches, more gorgeous mountain ranges than BC, farmland, glaciers that never melt despite the globalists so called maniac calls of global warming, as much sunshine as Saskatchewan, forests with many trails and campgrounds, the list goes on. I was born in Ontario, lived in almost every province but by far Alberta is number 1. If you want the juiciest steaks that melt off your fork and onto your tongue it's world best! It's industry is kept here and not finished somewhere else like every other province. Not to mention, farms sell and produce every food and craft beer/ liquor at their gates! Alberta has survived zero taxing its citizens until federal taxes came into here through NDP and Liberals, education is the best in all levels, and the people and governments are more sane and level headed now more than ever. The best rodeos worldwide and festivals count everyday in Edmonton. Who does that? It's self sufficient on its own and is the crown jewel of Canada. It's got multiple canyons all through the rockies! Wapiti are protected and plentiful in parks and if you want the best fudge, go to Jasper! Candy shops fan their delicious aromas down the streets! The most beautiful lakes in the world are in those rockies! The images from mountains are mirrored year round in those numerous lakes! It's picturesque postcard images! Economy is better than others and although rents and costs of homes vary all over you can still get a pretty decent city dwelling or cabin by one of its many cottage home communities that have more to offer for families than any in Ontario with low fees, outdoor and indoor pools, playgrounds, golfing and more. Then there's West Edmonton Mall where you can spend just window shopping 8 hours of not even going to Fantasyland, Galaxyland and more. \nYou will see men in business suits sitting next to actual cowboys/ girls in bars and restaurants. Edmonton uses goats to trim their weeds and high grasses every summer accompanied by a sheep herder and mosquitoes are ZERO nearly. Then the sunlight doesn't quit until 11pm at night and up again at 5am in summer.\nAlberta has tons to offer.

Every province has its pluses and minuses. However, one thing I like about much of Alberta is the dry climate. Much of Alberta is on the High Plains, and has a semi-arid climate. A semi-arid climate is actually a really nice positive aspect of Alberta compared to the other provinces, especially compared to the very depressing wet and cloudy weather in portions of BC and much of Atlantic Canada.\n\nOne warning about the Prairie Provinces, particularly Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You can get severe weather out there. Now that shouldn’t discourage you from living there. Everyplace has its risks of natural disasters. However, the storms in that part of Canada can get downright dangerous and scary!

An uninformed American making it sound like all of Canada is as cold as the territories. What else is new? Even the territories have a warm summer, so how can the PROVINCES be as cold as you describe in the introduction? The rest of your video says that only the territories, Saskatchewan in winter, and the city of Winnipeg in winter, are insanely cold. Maybe change your absurd introduction? Cold winters are not exclusive to Canada, and you need to stop propagating that myth. In fact, the coldest I've ever been in my life was in either New York or Minneapolis! Do you begin every video about a country in the northern hemisphere with a picture of a guy with his face frozen and proclaim how insanely cold that country is?

Ive lived coast to coast. Alberta in my opinion is overrated. BC is stunning. Newfoundland is beautiful and the most amazing people in the world. Nova Scotia is one of the most underrated provinces in Canada. People are just now starting to slowly catch on to how great it is. Personally I'd put NS, PEI, and NFD above Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan any day

I was born in Ontario, Moved to Manitoba when I was 16, also lived in Alberta and Saskatchewan. As a long haul trucker I've been to Newfoundland to Vancouver. Canada does have many beautiful parts but I chose Manitoba over them all until I retire to Thailand.

I'm from Quebec and i love every Provinces, in 2017 i did a roadtrip to BC and when you see Canada for the first time by road it's just amazing to see how big Canada is: Canola field, Bison, endless horizon, mountains, blue lakes, awesome people from coast to coast, salty water smell when your near the sea of coastal province, beautiful roads apart from Quebec just kidding but not really....My friend and i stop at a A&W in Saskatchewan on Transcanadian Hwy and next to our seat was a group of farmer just relaxing and talking about their day and we would have love to just pay them a drink or something to just listen to their story what they have to say but we were a bit to shy because of the french accent and didn't want to bother them! For me every Provinces of Canada are the best no need for TOP10.

So Newfoundland and Labrador, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and the Yukon, as well as Saskatchewan are just cold desolate wastelands? Try coming to Canada to see for yourself. This is bullshit, it's not that bad, all the immigrants I know love it here, taxes are better in other provinces and pay is better in the higher tax provinces. It's the same stuff in the US. Like British Columbia has a tax of 15% but better pay, Saskatchewan has a provincial tax of 11% but lower pay and it works like that, we let people keep their country and culture here and alot of this is more untrue than true. We want people to teach us their culture and we teach them ours, Canada is a country built off of other cultures and original cultures into 1

We just drove across Canada in July, and agree with your assessment of Quebec, and most of the other provinces. Manitoba and Ontario were in a shockingly run down state, and Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Quebec were our top three. BC is beautiful, but you cannot ignore all the corruption and the hyper-inflated RE market making a mess of everything. We're from BC, and love the place, but it is too difficult to survive there. PEI is in our top three worst provinces, as it's reputation is completely unfounded.

Quebec the best??? Are you nuts? It's the most corrupt and utterly useless province in Canada! Take away the federal handouts and it would starve to death! Yet many want to separate from the rest of Canada! Saskatchewan is definitely above Quebec. Alberta is number 1

This attitude is a lot more common in Canada than people around the world realize. \nA lot of white Canadians would say it’s not racist at all, while people of color in Canada are not surprised by this because white people acting like that is not rare here . Also, if your a POC don’t even bother going to Alberta or Saskatchewan. It’s basically the Canadian equivalent to the U.S south ??
