Trump did a good thing. All you woke, soft hearted liberals don't get the fact that the USA has been allowing these other countries to eat off of us for free. Well, that' stops today. The President/PM of Ukraine will also learn a valuable lesson today as well. Never bite the hand that feeds you. All of our tax dollars have been donated around the world to other people's causes while we are made to suffer. We have a financial crisis right here in America that needs to be addressed. This is the start, and in the long term, we will prevail. Canada is like a little sister to the US. Trudeau is talking about fighting and they can't survive a war without our help. Neither can many of the other NATO countries. So, middle finger to him and any other country that opposes us. It's time stop being taken advantage of and for the USA to start acting like we are the most powerful nation in the world. Many of you don't like Trump's decisions simply because you don't like the person. Get out of your feelings and look at then big picture.

You absolutely should give a damn about how it is spent.\n\n7. We are not the World Bank. If other countries need help they should raise their own finances. Nations trusted the USA, but in just a few days under Trump that century long journey to world leadership has been fully undermined.\nThe most known Statue Of Liberty quote of “Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.” was the old America, a much different time than today. The poem under Trump's policies should read “Take our tired, our poor, our huddled masses yearning to escape persecution”.

As a South African Indian, I am frequently embarrassed by the raucous and immature behaviour of many tourists from India. South Africans have learnt discipline, Indians from the subcontinent appear to have missed this lesson. Apart from their clannish nature and biased view of other people of colour, Indians need to learn humility- not just preach it, but practice it. It may appear like a minor issue to you, but it certainly portrays you in bad light. The world has become an intolerant place. Having money doesn’t make you more tolerable. Thank you so much for this. In spite of being born in Ontario, I learned a lot about Canada! My entire family was born and grew up either in Toronto or in the then-small towns closeby. My father moved us to upstate NY in 1957 when I was 9 years old, me kicking and screaming all the way. I was devastated to be leaving Canada, and now at 77, I've decided this life-long yearning to return to my birthplace has to become reality. I've started the process, hoping I may gain some points because I'm a former citizen :) . I still have lots of family in several provinces; people I haven't seen since we were children, and some of us are great-grandparents now. I live in Germany for about 6 years, moving from Bosnia and didnt have any of those problems mentioned, excluding the bureaucratic hurdels. Granted, i do speak German natively since ive spent my early childhood years here. To be fair i do think that learning the language of the nation you are moving to as fluently as possible should be a no brainer.\nWhat people arround the world need to understand is that European countries are NOT the USA. I came in Germany five years ago, learned the language perfectly, finished my Masters after dealing with unbelievable stress with Ausländeramt, got a job finally in a IT field, will receive my unlimited residence soon, and im looking forward to live in another country in Europe or in the world. I came to Germany in December 2022.\nI work as an unskilled worker.\nI graduated from university, but I did not apply for a qualified occupation because my German is not B2 or higher.\nFor the first 6.5 months I shared a room.\nDuring those 6.5 months I applied for apartments and collected money. I found an apartment with the help of the application.\nI was separated from my family for 14 months, but we managed to reunite. We also found a place for our son in kindergarten.\nMy German level is A2. When I needed to, I used the English language in government offices as well. People also understood my level of German. None were angry that my language level was not higher, but I managed to finish everything so far.\nI can say that all my experiences so far have been positive, I tried to respect my appointments.\nIn perspective, it would be beneficial for Germany to use English more because a qualified worker, if he has to choose between a country with English or Germany with German, will choose English first.\nThe German language is wonderful, but the world simply works in English and that's how it is.\nAlthough it would also be useful for those of us who came to Germany to learn more German for better business opportunities. Investing in knowledge and openness is beneficial for all parties.

Mexico #1 form of legal GDP is the money that legal and illegal immigrants send back to Mexico that money never returns to the USA economy. They also affect supply and demand. So things cost more because there is a higer demand with less supplies and thats simply based on population. I voted Blue , but things like this is why Democrats lose the election. They need to be honest about the long term affects of illegal immigration. And to bring up the cost as if we aren't sending hundreds of billions of aid and resources to other countries that frankly we shouldn't be doing at the rate that we are anymore because the world has benn mooching from Americans and their citizens good will and charity for too long. So this can be paid for without adding any debt. Trump is an idiot but he and Republicans are right on these issues. Democrats seen to treat this issue with kid gloves. The center Democrats like Obama have to return. He deported more immigrants than any president in history, quietly. He didn't start a war or send troops but he dropped more bombs than you can imagine...Quietly. Democrats should have learned a valuable lesson. Why do Indians prefer to live anywhere but India. If you think about it…it’s really sad. Imagine not wanting to live in or contribute to your own country. I’m referring to the talented immigrants. The Lawyers, Physicians, Politicians, Businessmen, Tradesmen and the like. Why not take what you’ve learned and put it into practice for the people of India instead of people in America/Canada/Pretty much everywhere in the world but India.
