Came to Canada from Kuwait looking for a better future. Big mistake, shouldn't have flapped my gums at work, i had a decent banking job with a career and a future. Now im stuck driving a effin truck with a bachelors degree to make slightly above average with 0 appreciation from the public, and a middle finger to say thank you for my 70 hour work weeks. I see my bed once every 3 days. I sleep next to rats and roaches in truck by the ports. Belittled by port workers and customs agents. Barked at by everyone down to a forklift driver. Looked at as lesser of a human because of the colour of my skin. What a horrible life :( My sister has already left and she was a dentist in Toronto. My mom went back ages ago. My dad is the only one wanting to stay to take care of his elderly patients, many rely on him. All i do is pay taxes and hide my money in the business, what a corrupt and horrible financial system.

???? Canda is just for truck drivers now. Drive truck and live in truck as well. Thats why many Punjabi wants to go there. Iletrate and ediot Panjabi go there and just work in factories and do toilet cleaning or at best deive trucks. ???

Punjabi taxi drivers and truck drivers have infiltrated canada in lakhs n lakhs in last 5 years they even come to canada as student at age of 45 & 50 and once here drive cab n truck \nStudent visa just a gate pass

Chorkor, blessings! This is inspirational. I watched your old video where you advised that if someone wants to take the truck driver path, it’d be wiser to even take a truck driving class in their home country. Even record videos of themselves driving the truck, loading goods etc. I took notes on that video. I’ve been seriously planning on taking a truck driving course and getting a licence or even heavy equipment operator license. Now here is this gentleman telling the same exact story. This is really inspiring! Thank you!

About the truck driver job, will someone be trained by the company before allowing to drive the trucks, I mean for those that don’t know how to drive trucks before?

I would've considered it 30 or 40 yrs ago, no way not now, most people are good but the USAs government does nothing but lie, no matter who's in power. I do not mean to be negative here but anyone of you who is well settled outside Canada, don't come to Canada!, unless you want to do labor work. I know people who have done Masters in Software engineering are working in a Pizza shops. If there is one job opening there are 10 thousand applicants for the same job. Companies showing fake jobs to satisfy govt. pressures. Automated refusals replies of your job applications are common.\n People get hired on sources and within companies. Racism exists, results are killings every now and then. Go and watch news channels like CP24. Thieves are here. Things do get stolen. Recently mass graves are found near schools in multiple areas of small children of indigenous people who were tortured and killed by white supremacy in the past. Recently a whole family is killed by a maniac. No capital punishments so killers, rapists walks free after 10-15 years tops.\n\nAshir sahib is being a little dramatic. I guess the agony of Pakistani bureaucracy has influenced him so negatively that in his mind he is comparing Pakistani life with Canadian life. He himself was driving truck initially. may be now a days retired or staying home or may have sufficient funds. But don't get too excited with his kind words. He is only showing the good side of Canada in some sort of excitement. \nThe bitter truth is that unemployment rate is too high here. Govt hides the truth. They couldn't even handle the pandemic properly. Alcohol is cheap marihuana (Hashish, Charas) is legal now. Every 3rd person is smoking weed. Drunk drivers kills innocents on roads often. Every region have different rules and regulations and policies. I moved to Niagara region and they charged me $200 deposit for water $200 deposit for hydro plus monthly bills separate. $1800 to $2000 is the rent of one bed apartment. Burlington where he lives has $2800 to $3000 rent monthly for a house. Go check online! Price of buying a home is in millions of dollars. Go check real estate.
