She came as an asylum seeker and stood illegally in line for asylum hearing then green card. I hope she also gets deported
|
| 2024-11-11 | 0 |
A green card is NOT the same as citizenship! You can still be deported. Also, I wouldn’t put anything past this administration to deport as many migrants as possible….starting with those easiest to round up and can be identified…like green card holders and asylum seekers. They are the easiest to locate and identify to satisfy MAGA. He WILL make that a priority.

So its a good thing Melania and her father got their papers due to her marriage to Trump already or they would be deported...such luck! How lucky she was to get in with an Einstein VISA even though she's dumb as a rock, allegedly, while undocumented workers and those who have filed for asylum or applied for a visa have to wait 20 or 30 years to get it, if they get residency at all after paying the last dime to the immigration lawyers who scam them.

Wait until Trump starts Mass Deportations applied for asylum in Canada it's going to grow and once you get them in You will not be able to remove them mark my words!

I believe Trump will deport all Asylum seekers who have not yet been approved by the courts ...at the same time going after the Haitians under the Temporary Protection Status program. Those people are easy targets and can add up quickly so Trump can claim his 1 million.

Do you remember Stephen Miller and what he did to asylum seekers’s children on America’s Southern border during the Trump administration?\n\n*Separating children and babies from their parents. \n\n*Detained in inhumane conditions. \n\n* Cellophane blankets, 24 hour lights,1 toilet for hundreds, little water, No hygiene products, rotten food, toddler’s alone drink rotten milk, etc. \n\n*Children being abused by their unqualified gov. Caretakers. \n\n*Children willfully beaten and abused with Bags placed on their heads while zipped tied in a chair, SR, dying from a common flu. \n\n*Has anyone asked if all the children been found?\n\n*USA gov. Under Trump paid unknown men $200 a day per child. \n\n*Trump is planning to build bigger camps. Don’t think they’ll be deported to Mexico when you can easily torture them in Texas and other Trump friendly states. \n\nMEANWHILE TRUMP HAS HIRED UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRATIONS AND SUPPLIED THEM WITH FAKE GREEN CARDS AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.

This guy is in fantasyland. Notice how he says we’re going after the criminals 1st. That’s because the 15 million who have come through the caravans ARE NOT ILLEGAL. They have legally asked for asylum and they are awaiting their asylum hearings in immigration court. TRUMP can’t touch those. In Texas, many of these people have their 1st immigration court hearings in 2027 & 2028!! It usually takes at least 2 years to get to “trial,” then if you lose, you have 2 appeals and each appeal can take 2-3 years.\n\nEven the criminal aliens they pick up will be entitled to have their day in immigration court. This is nothing new. Bush and Obama deported millions of criminal aliens!! Criminal aliens have always been deported. This has never stopped, regardless of who’s the president. Look up ICE detention facilities. You have 2 big ones in California, Otay Mesa & Calexico; in Arizona it’s Florence & Eloy; in Texas it’s Harlingen. They’ve been operating before & during the Biden administration.\n\nAnd wait till businesses & employers start complaining. ?. Stephen Miller could’ve gone after the slaughterhouse meatpacking industry illegals during the pandemic. They were easy targets because they were the only ones working and ICE had the manpower to do it. Did he do it? Of course not!! America would’ve starved to death. \n\nMAGA nation has been played.

What is wrong with deportation of immigrants that didn't want to stand in line and seek asylum legally
|
| 2024-11-09 | 0 |
Crazy this people lead our government! President is not king! Congress makes the laws! They are not illegal genius! The majority are in the asylum process, a legal process. They are not illegal until they have a deportation hearing! Stop and Frisk! So, how are 1000% percent tariffs, deporting all the immigrants that pick our products and massive government spending on a wall and deportation is gonna lower inflation, groceries and interest rates. No American is willing to pick fruits for pennies, if they demand 20 an hour, a pound of strawberries or fruit are gonna cost 30 bucks! Seems Trump and GOP had no policies just empty promises! Probably hopping democrats or courts to block the polices so they can say we tried. Like the big beautiful wall Mexico paid for! Wait! If Trump built a wall last time, why we need a new wall! Concepts of a wall like Obamacare! I hope Trump supporters are not on Obamacare care or Welfare- y’all will be forced to work the fields.

Canada needs mass deportation og the illegals, fake refugees, fake asylum seekers already in Canada!
|

Remain in Mexico applies to arriving aliens applying for asylum, not asylum seekers who have already been admitted. The latter contravenes federal immigration law, and that's something that a President can't do via executive order. As well, if we deport asylum seekers to a different country, or make asylum seekers wait in another country as their asylum cases are adjudicated, the US government is STILL responsible for providing essential resources and ensuring their safety (this includes providing migrant centers) and the US cannot impede on their right to counsel - and by virtue of making them stay in another country that doesn't HAVE US immigration attorneys, this DOES impede their access to legal council, which is an immediate infringement on civil rights and a key reason why Remain in Mexico was challenged up to the Supreme Court and was kept from fully going into effect.

It will never happen, only the criminals would be deported. But answer me this, does economic woes in your country Qualify you to claim asylum in the US? Because that mean that the whole world will be on the doorsteps of the US and Europe, for infinity, it will never stop, only get worse. You think ANY country can handle that??
|

I voted Democrat but I will support President Trump to deport now. They voted republican now pay. Cancel, all their asylum too. \nI will be clapping and cheering for busses. Let the latinos feel it. Easy to vote difficult to bear the burden.\nSame with women abortion rights. 46% women voted for Trump. They didnt support their own cause. Why should we worry. Made a fool of all liberals

Safe third country.......... Any asylum seeker that comes across the border Canada does not have to Grant asylum to it can deport immediately
|
| 2024-11-08 | 0 |
If we closed the border, scrapped the idiotic asylum seeker program and started mass deportations too this wouldn't be a problem. Also, we'd solve a 100 other problems at the same time.

No asylum for US deported migrants
|
| 2024-11-07 | 0 |
The only people in the United States who are not immigrants or descendants of immigrants are Native American Indians. So it's the height of hypocrisy and arrogance for these people to whine against immigrants. We also have a law that justly provides safe harbor for immigrants seeking refugee protection because they are fleeing their country of origin due to persecution, violence, victimization, etc. It is morally correct to receive them here without any mistreatment or demonization. It is prejudicial, inhumane, and unlawful to turn them away or deport them. Is the administrative system and process inefficient or faulty? YES, obviously. That's not an excuse to be derelict in our duty. Our obligation is to fix whatever is lacking or broken in our system, so that it functions properly, fairly, and rapidly, for anyone seeking either asylum, or ordinary immigration processing and approval.

Trump is going to deport illegal criminals and Venezuela gangs. Why would we let those people into Canada? I read that you can’t seek asylum if you’re coming from a country that is considered safe, like the U.S.

ICE Acknowledges that 647,000 Aliens with Criminal Charges or Convictions are Roaming Freely in the U.S.
\n
\nFAIR Take | September 2024
\n
\nIn a letter released Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) acknowledged that 425,000 aliens released into the U.S. have criminal convictions and another 222,000 aliens have criminal charges pending. The letter, written by acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner, was released by Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales, who received it in response to requests for information he sent the agency six months ago.
\n
\nThe criminal aliens that Director Lechleitner referred to in his letter – the vast majority of whom are in the country illegally – are on ICE’s non-detained docket. That simply means even though the aliens are deportable, they were released into the U.S. (either by Customs and Border Protection or ICE) while their cases are pending. Their cases may be resolved in several ways, such as being approved for asylum or receiving a final order of removal by an immigration judge. However, until their cases are resolved, ICE tracks these non-detained aliens. The number of aliens on ICE’s non-detained docket has tripled since Fiscal Year (FY) 2018, growing from 2.6 million to 7.4 million in FY 2024.
\n
\nIn the letter sent to Rep. Gonzales, ICE made several shocking admissions about aliens released into the U.S. as part of the non-detained docket. Over 13,000 aliens have convictions for murder. Another 15,000 have convictions for sexual assault. If that weren’t bad enough, ICE’s letter contained even more detail: 56,000 aliens on the non-detained docket have convictions related to dangerous drugs, 62,000 have convictions for assault; 18,000 have convictions for larceny (theft); 14,000 have convictions for burglary; 13,000 have convictions for weapons offenses, and 2,500 have convictions for kidnapping.\nSOURCE, FAIR US org

Close the border, end asylum and deport anyone not here legally. Now.
|
| 2024-11-07 | 0 |
Apart from the huge deportation project being inhumane and fascist, why is nobody even mentioning the political prerequisite of readmission agreements? You cannot just dump thousands of migrants back on the countries they came from, especially if these are countries that are classed as dangerous and unlivable. Generally they do NOT take them back and even if there is a readmission agreement they will invoke other reasons not to admit them. Immigrants or refugees can also lawyer up and show that they will face prison, torture , persecution, war or starvation in their country of origin which makes it a human rights offence to deport them. I know this because I often interpret EU meetings on migration and asylum. Most immigrants can never be returned and would rather die or abscond than to return as a failed emigrant or be imprisoned, tortured, persecuted, die fighting or of starvation.

The kind of deportation Trump has been talking about has gone beyond people that are here illegally. Trump has expanded it to include what he calls 'undocumented' migrants. That group includes people waiting for their asylum hearings, DACA recipients and protected status migrants/refugees, and people that have already had their asylum hearings, but are awaiting their citizenship hearings. \nAs for the narrative about 'murderers' and 'violent/horrible' criminals being in our country, it's like....wait...what??? Now, if you KNOW a person is a convicted murderer or horrible criminal, WHY would you allow them into or allow them to stay in this country to begin with? And, you'd kind of have to allow them to stay, otherwise, how the hell would you know how many of them are here?? Or who they are?? You can bet your butt that Pres. Biden didn't allow any people like this, that weren't in our prison system, yet 'known' to remain on US soil. That's not how it works! Not to mention, a large portion of the 13 to 15,000 number that Trump and the Right keep tossing out there, are from when Trump was in office! NOT during Pres. Biden's administration! \nIt's all been a lie manufactured for one purpose: to scare monger Trump's base. And it worked. Now Trump 'has a mandate' to put on an insane, cruel, probably hugely illegal 'show', of him rounding up large numbers of people and shipping them off to who the hell knows where..... whether they were here illegally or not. (he's already vowed to deport the 20,000 Haitians in Springfield, even tho they entered the country, LEGALLY, while TRUMP was president! HE is the one that signed their protected status into law!) Trump's deportation extravaganza is going to be ugly, brutal, bloody, grim and senselessly cruel, to a great many people that more likely than not, have no reason to be deported.

WOW! This lady would be ok being deported as well, not just her family members, but herself. Is she one of the ones coming from an asylum in Mexico, or from a jail? Could she be one of the criminals, rapists, poisoning the blood of Americans, that the orange rapist said they were? ROACHES FOR RAID!

Deport all the temporary foreign workers, asylum seekers and international students. That should return most of india.
|
| 2024-10-25 | 0 |
canad actually isn’t safer period and we should close the borders and reduce immigration to zero for atleast a decade to recover deportation of all undocumented ppl no asylum seeker period i’m sorry now ppl are treating ontario like third world india pooping peeing outside everywhere no hygiene nothing they won’t smite so why are we allowing these ppl in to our country it isn’t the conservatives that are distructive the liberal party did this to canada and ppl are blind and stupid to see the real consequences of the liberals actions
|
| 2024-10-25 | 0 |
Undoing the damage that has been done over the last decade would take a long time. Beginning with a reduction to 25-50k MAX and NO refugees or asylum seekers. Under safe third country, we are obligated to take NO-ONE from anywhere. And, time to start Trump level deportation. Everyone that has committed ANY criminal offense, GONE. Anyone that does not have a job to sustain them and their family, GONE!! Extreme actions are the only hope. And well, to many bleeding-heart whinos around stopping anything useful from getting accomplished; that's Canada.
|

They aren’t slashing they are making a small cut. It’s not going to be enough to make a difference and allowing any amount of people in is only going to make things worse. A Trump election win and his promise of mass deportation is going to bring a flood of asylum seekers that will make what we have seen so far look like nothing. They plan to go after the criminals first so they will be in the first wave. Crime is going to get so much worse that there won’t be any point in even keeping track.
|

What’s messed up is that she’s right, but wrong at the same time. She got lucky to only have to wait in line for days. What reason does she thinks her cousins, nieces, and nephews came here illegally for? It’s easier to seek asylum and work from there than to get a travel visa and apply and then just hope you don’t get deported or rejected. \n\nIt’s very telling when a yankee is interviewed and holds these sentiments- what kind of life they have lived. It isn’t out of the realm of imagination what situations many immigrants are coming from. Best case scenario they just lived paycheck to paycheck in an impoverished area. At least now they can live in an impoverished area where the government is only like 70% corrupt instead of 95% corrupt.

The present immigration system is faulty with lots of loopholes. The system needs to be fixed immediately to make it a fool-proof. Stop taking unwanted refugees and asylum seekers in the first place. Also to ensure that all those who had manipulated and took undue advantage of the faulty immigration system are identified especially those asylum seekers who, after obtaining aslyum PR status, had visited their home countries subsequently should be deported for perjury and falsification of documents.
|
| 2024-09-29 | 0 |
All deceivers and tricksters who had visted their respective home countries on tour/vacation and retuned to Canada, after having managed PR on the basis of asylum should be deported immediately without further scrutiny for perjury. All such cheaters have no place in Canada. The government must initiate immediate action to correct the faulty immigration system.
|
| 2024-09-29 | 0 |
If you apply asylum, then you should be banned from ever being allowed to visit the country you apply your asylum from. I’m sure more ppl will think twice to apply….. and if you apply and your case is found to be fraudulent then that’s automatically denied and you are deported back and barred from ever entering the country again. Problem solved
|
| 2024-09-27 | 0 |
Its bonkers. Came here as capable student and become asylum seekers. Canada even allowed it. Should be automatic deportation under false pretense.
|
| 2024-09-26 | 0 |
The rules of asylum applications are clear. You can NOT apply for asylum of your here on a student visa. Deport!
|
| 2024-09-25 | 0 |
Why can’t they be deported immediately when they claim asylum if they came here as students
|
| 2024-09-25 | 7 |
Applying for asylum under initial false pretenses is a dealbreaker and grounds for deportation.
|
| 2024-09-25 | 0 |
Incompetent liberal govt. is a target for those wanting to take advantage of and abuse Canada and Canadians.\nImagine the money saved by taxpayers if all asylum seekers were deported tomorrow.
|
| 2024-09-24 | 0 |
The student fraud for PR is coming to an end, so onto the asylum fraud for PR... zero surprise. They should be fined for wasting government resources and deported. I'm tired of paying for the stupidity of this Liberal government.
|

Canadian here. Tell us how it works? Do I need a passport? Will I be instantly deported? There is a strong case for asylum in the USA. Canada is a joke under Trudeau and dangerous
|

Why canada taking workers from outside because skilled workforce are not sufficient to run the businesses at canada. In between May 2024 to Dec 24 nearly 536505 work permits are set to expire who were invited to work under INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY PROGRAM. 70000 temporary permits of students also expired . If government is strict and the businesses of Canada not required these workforces then why they are not deported from canada. Only in sept 24 ,86000 work permits under international mobility program will be expired . After complaint of businesses of pnp provinces expired work permits are now going to be extended. To control emigration government should act strictly. Easy pr for Asylum seekers and refugess are the reasons for this crisis at canada.

Government gives incentives for companies to hire foreigners. TRAITORS. 70k is a drop in the bucket, deport ALL ILLEGALS, asylum seekers, anyone who entered Canada illegally. Stop feeding, clothing and housing them and they will leave soon enough.. We owe them nothing.
|

All these people (Desperate Punjabis and Gujaratis ) who are crossing from Canada to US via the US Canada border and seeking Asylum will be deported as soon as possible back to canada under the safe country agreement between US and Canada. They will never be able to apply asylum in US once they are deported from US to canada. Least they will have an option to file asylum in canada will obviously wont give them any fruits given the houseful condition. ???

i m indian here its a business to send people to America or Canada illegally..i wonder why these countries govt are not deporting them immediately..all of them are economic.migrarnts not real Asylum seekers
|
| 2024-08-27 | 7 |
Indian Punjabis so-called students and those who have claimed asylum, deported immediately to their homeland. This is the only way to secure the future of Canada ?? & Canadians.
|
| 2024-08-10 | 0 |
Its the same law in usa. Asylum can be granted to anyone that enters the country, legally or illegally. Not saying this system isnt abused. There are obviously people who lie and get asylum based on fraud. But to those people who legitimately came to Canada, usa or other western countries based on actual risk to their life from the govt i think its not really a bad thing to welcome them. People who commit fraud should obviously be deported tho.

Some have tried to enter Japan, but could not get in. They didn’t have employment, no funds, no home in to live in Japan. And Japan has a large elderly population. So they have rightly said sorry we can’t take them on. We have an elderly population to look after. The Japanese have said if they can speak basic Japanese, have money to support themselves, a job that is permanent and permanent residence you are allowed to enter. \n You can’t really claim asylum. As you are sent straight to a centre and then deported. I look at Europe and I feel so sorry for them.
|
| 2024-08-07 | 0 |
we need to put an end to unfettered asylum seekers, migrants, and immigration as a whole. We need to focus more on our own needs then those from other countries (not really our problem). Trudeau has caused a fucking huge problem in this country and honestly the only solution is deportation.
|
| 2024-08-06 | 0 |
Meanwhile, i am seeing hundreds of Canadian immigrants making YouTube videos where they are showing off and explaining how they are thriving there. \nCanada its too late. You can't change anything unless you are cancelling the Parmanent residence program and deportation of asylum seekers.

Wdf they should be deported …This is injustice with actual asylum seekers ? if this will be not justified then eventually every Pakistani crew members from now onwards will do the same ….
|

Enablers should be punished equally to the offenders of our asylum laws. If they lost their citizenship, and were subject to deportation, perhaps things would change. I hear there is a big election coming up later this year in America.
