it is so disturbing how people are being brought in to be exploited for labour, legally and fraudulently, and also simply refusing to leave on temporary visas. or even buying their way in. living conditions cramped, bad pay, buying their way. LMIA scams. meanwhile quality of life for all goes down. we need healthcare and hospitals and education and jobs. basic infrastructure is crumbling. can we fix this before we keep bringing in more and more people in to a country that is in a polycrisis please? if you are thinking of coming to Canada right now please spread the word, resources are spread thin here.

As someone who is born in Canada as an Indian. This is absolutely sad to here. I want the best for Canadians who are born and raised here. I have 10 years of experience working in the nation I was raised and I am having some people have my job who aren't even fit for the job. It makes no sense to me. Our wages have stalled due to international students for a better life, but at the end I want money just like other Canadians who have been here for ages. Also we need to end why our government allows lucrative hiring contracts overseas for cheaper positions in certain degrees and diplomas. In addition, why are all of our call centers placed all over the world. From Africa, south east Asia, South Asia. Those jobs can be available here. We can have a decomcratic country if our country didn't care about just "growth" we didn't need more immigration. We needed systematic change in government, schools, common sense, I could go on. I think us as Canadians don't know how corrupt the world really is. Look at other countries and how they work. It's lucrative essentives to benefit only certain people. I would rather have our tax payer money be used to fix the system. My dad's been here since the 1980s and he is sad for everyone. This is a loss on both ends. We didn't create new universities, new highways to support the population, no hospitals, new schools. I remember when my class sizes were 18 to 20 kids. We need change, not radical because we were never that. Let's do what we do best and be Canadians for us first.

Indian's look at Canada as a very easy to fooled country when it comes in immigration policy, all Indian's work together the one in India and the one who lives in Canada, opening a fraud school to sell course acceptance letter to be approved of student visa. They come not to study but to work and then later on apply for PR. Why do you think Indians are over populated in Canada? they flood the food bank and employment that is no longer available for the Canadian born youth. Ok the migrants are the ones from India, that they came to Canada and brought their way of leaving here. I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! Here's the root of most of the problems, its gov. policy, you take in a million new people a year, give them everything and your dollar ends up losing value, so even though your working hard, you cannot get ahead in this country. So you end up going into a debt that you can't pay off and the problems increase. Taxes go up value of the dollar keeps going down, so in the end its a no win situation for most of the general population and its the same when you retire, you get an income that's not enough even to pay for rent in the city you were brought up in. This is a very serious problem and gov. does not seem to do anything about it, food banks are overwhelmed along with medical staff, food prices and rents have gone out of sight as far as prices are concerned. We have a national debt that never gets paid and a gov. that spends more money than it takes in in taxes. And a dollar thats going to H in a handbasket. Too much crime, too much violence, too many traffic jams and too much drug use. I have written to this liberal gov. and told them how to fix these problems but they don't listen, their agenda is with the WEF, you will have nothing and you will be happy, right, no. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. Our kids don't know the national a them they stopped that. They don't know the Lord's prayer they stopped that. The schools are changed to not make other nationalities feel bad. Stop immigration for 5-10yrs and hire a dept to verify ALL student visa, biometrics, overstays, etc. Start a dept to do surprise visits to all work establishments for documentation of all employees. Stop giving money away to refugees unless 100% verified to be actual refugee. Don't bring your culture to another country if you left your country. When you leave you adapt to the countries way of life. Canada is not for you of you cannot respect Canadians way of life.. We don't want your cultures, we already have our own Canadian way of life.

The points system is why Canadians have a good impression of immigrants. When you let in english or french speaking well or over-educated new citizens, people will have a good impression of these hardworking people. When you let in gobs of just anyone.. you end up with Brampton, Ontario, or Sweden, where foreign nationals have brought their own opinion of how life should be to a previously high trust/well functioning area. Like the opposite of gentrification. Basically slumification, a reduction in trust, an increase in crime, an increase in corruption.. Who would have thought there would one day be new Canadian citizens calling for Sharia Law in Canada? That is when immigration "jumped the shark", and the system needs fixing. And Canada already has the fix: Limit immigration to economically well off migrants who meet the points quota: ie, they are educated and speak english or french. And greatly restrict refugees... we have enough homeless and economically useless people, we do not need more.

Losing millions in immigration will actually help Canada after over-inflating immigration. It will better control the housing crisis, food crisis, healthcare crisis. Pausing immigration so the numbers correct itself will fix a lot of the issues Canadians face.

Greetings from California! I stand with all of our friends in Canada, Mexico and China! I did not vote for this catastrophe but am definitely feeling the pain of these horrendous tariffs. My heart is with our friends up North and I hope you understand that many of us here in the US did not want this. We are plagued with a complete nut case for a President who was given the ultimate power of house and Senate majority plus the Supreme Court so there is no fix for the nightmare in the near future. All I can say is I am sorry for what we all have to endure now.
