Surprise, surprise! How many fuc…. Indians do you allow to move to Canada and filter into the US, before you realize, there are 1.6 BN of them, enough to make real Canadians a minority in their own country. The US will soon crack down on the hordes who take advantage of Canada’s completely loose and ridiculous immigration policy, to use Canada as a spring board into the US, their real first choice, to make money, and eventually bring more Indians as soon as they can. Liberals sold Canada to the Chinese, and the Indians or any other immigrant with a bag of money. How desperate was the Government for more revenue, after they take the lions share of working Canadians, but over spend more. Crazy, that they need more money for Immigrant freebies, and beneficial programs, while they tell taxpayers, immigration is a solution for their constant shortfalls.

Canada has always been a country that welcomes immigrants. Throughout our history we have averaged around 250k immigrants per year and this was sustainable. The issue now is that the Liberal government has broken the system by allowing almost 1 million a year especially when you factor in international students. Our systems and housing are overwhelmed and the government doesn’t seem concerned about Canadians and communities that have been changed within a very short amount of time. Canadian here with what I hope is a level headed view.\n\nI would say that the biggest issue and problem is to be laid at the Liberal Party's feet. Both Canadians and Indians are Pawns in a political game of Chess. Trudeau and his administration are using the Imagination community for votes. This also means that so as not to offend Immigrants new to the country, Canadian ways, traditions, lifestyles, ect. are targeted by the Liberal government.\n\nAs an example, If I went anywhere in the Middle East, I would be expected to respect and adhere to the laws and traditions of the country I am in. BUT, here in Canada, it is becoming no longer acceptable to celebrate our heritage, traditions or even holidays as it might offend Immigrants.\n\nThat's an idea as to the bigger picture.\n\nThe smaller picture is stupid things like an Immigrant the his or her diet doesn't allow the ingestion of Pork/Ham/Bacon.... but say orders a Bacon Cheese Burger then makes a scene because he or she isn't allowed to eat pork... and eventually is given the meal for free. Or in one case the restaurant offered to pay for the entire meal in which the 5 immigrants at the table drank $350 in Alcohol. Yes I have witnessed both. \n\nThere are also cultural issues which cause friction. The language barrier being one major. Especially when an Immigrant tries to claim he or she cannot speak the English or French but holds a valid Driver's license. The license could not be held if the individual doesn't speak English or French. \n\nRegardless, individual issues are small when confronted with a government that treats everyone as Pawns.

It is mostly the fault of the incompliant and corrupt Liberal government for the massive influx of unskilled India workers/students. Under previous sane governments, there were manageable caps that controlled the influx and allowed for proper immigration of vetted and skilled workers, but the Liberals stopped properly vetting people and basically opened the flood gates. For a Canadian company to hire foreign workers, they used to have to prove there were no Canadian workers to do that job, so foreign workers were mostly used in seasonal agriculture work, but due to very shady government deals with big corporations Trudeau approved paying wage subsidy and turning a blind eye to Canadian workers so Singh Hortons (and many other big businesses) could have workers for a cut rate and the government tax dollars paid up to 70% of wages and welfare. Also Foreign workers think they can stay here once their visa's expire, refusing to leave. There is simply no need for Canada to bring in over a million Indians that are in hard times in their own country. Our welfare or culture can't stand it. Not sure if you missed it or not, but India's foreign minister at the start of summer, thanked Trudeau for taking all their criminals, and low caste people. But People need to follow proper immigration policy, and not buy a ticket to Canada from a India scammer guaranteeing citizenship, which has been the case as well. Getting immigration back to sensible levels of skilled workers in the next step, and not just massive amounts of one culture. Diversifying the diversity. Canada's International student program was exploited by those whose real intention were to become economic migrants. Agents in India who signed them up to many bogus collages lied to them and said that it was a path to Canadian citizenship, which what totally false. This loophole caused the number of International students to increase from 230,000 a year to over 850,000, with most of those causing the dramatic increase to be from India. Indians scamming other Indians, exactly like in India. The Liberal government of Justin Trudeau was incompetent in allowing this fraudulent behaviour to continue too long and it's why this whole mess happened. About 500,000 young Indians wasted their money and should have never come to Canada in the first place.

I am an Indian and I am disgusted to see what fellow Indians have done to Canada! They come here with their total lack of civic sense! I was born and raised in Calcutta as we navigated daily through filth and dirt on the streets - not only because of the poor on the street - but bec of everyone else who walks around and thinks nothing of throwing their garbage on the streets, spitting and blowing their noses on the streets and even in buildings - stairway landings, or peeing in the open - in public spaces or against building walls, etc.. Narcissistic, selfish drivers who cut people off, break the traffic rules, grab parking spots, etc.. They come here and make every effort to Indianize Canada - to make this into India instead of respecting this country that has generously and (ignorantly!!) allowed them in!! If they want to live their Indian culture in an 'Indian environment' - then for goodness sake - GO BACK TO INDIA and clean up that country your call your 'matri bhoomi' - your Mother!! The presenter is right - Indians (and Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis too included here - all with the same mentality!) have dragged down the customer service experience in stores and restaurants. Indians are usually polite but they are not good at maintaining a high standard of customer service! Employees in Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons (especially!), etc., are seen standing around, chatting with each other in their Indian languages instead of being professionally attentive to customers. The shopping experience is not pleasant like it was 25 years ago!! Your remarks are not harsh and Indians NEED to take it personally and be embarrassed into doing the necessary to make the changes they need to. We immigrated to Canada not to come to 'another India' - we came to Canada and would like to live in this country to appreciate it's uniqueness and contribute to maintaining it the way it has been! I understand peoples idea of leaving Canada. That's okay, you can do that. I'll never leave Canada. It's my home, it's gonna be my home. No matter what yes, we're going through some tough times right now but I can tell you right now. The whole world is going through some tough times it isn't just cand to blame everything on Trudo. Is not right. The conservatives have just as much in this game as anyone else. All these governments have basically fought amongst each other and did nothing to do anything good for Canadians. The thing is we have to voting. Governments that are actually going to do something to make things right agand we now have a world economy. It's not just a Canadian economy. I've read Poilievre's policy. He will not help Canadians. The best he is promising is to allow Canadians to apply for some government jobs. Conservatives are just as much the enemy of Canadians as liberals and NDP. CPC does not have my vote.

Twenty years ago I left Canada and boy am I glad I did so. The country has turned into a disaster unless you're rich. The obsene house and rental prices are obviously the result of gross mismanagement. I mean, the government employs economists who should be able to advise that too many buyers and too few houses is going to lead to major trouble. A rich country with so much land should not have this problem. When it comes to gas prices, Canadians have to drive some of the longest distances in the world and are forced to pay such high gas prices. Since there is almost no public transportation, what choice to people have but drive. Regarding the grocery situation, allowing a handful of massive companies hold Canadians ransom is complete bullshit. This is where the government needs to do something to rein in this behavior. Obviously people need to eat but allowing these companies to rake in obsene profits because of this basic need is a crime. I hate the idea of a PC government, but the Liberals have definitely failed.

Sadly Canada's government markets the country as a utopia for social programs, and garners international support and migration from liberals and people looking to take advantage of loose requirements on such programs. There cannot be productivity when there are no incentives to open business ventures in a country with small population that cannot sustain a strong enough market to profit from. Ad to that a climate that demands a huge bill in energy to keep you warm and with lights on during 8 months of the year and governments (Liberal and Conservatives alike) more focused in allowing foreign products to inundate the market instead of pushing for domestic industries, and last but not least the obvious fact we must import a huge percentage of good simply because there is no way to grow stuff here unless you spend millions of dollars in greenhouse harvesting that will be destroyed by the cheaper price of the same product being imported from anywhere in the world because we want to have strawberries, avocados and kiwis in February, right???

But, in spite of it being patently obvious to any halfwit that, mass-non-discriminatory immigration programs have destroyed the cultures of the host-societies, politicians in Britain, Canada, NZ, and of course, Australia, are totally committed to perpetuating large scale immigration intakes.

Many people might ask how the Liberal government issued so many study and work visas to young Indians, who don't have any particularly outstanding qualifications. It is because they allowed colleges to accept students and some of these colleges were created for the sole purpose of collecting high tuition fees, which wealthy Indians gladly paid for as it gave them a chance to live in Canada and apply for permanent residency. Trudeau (like Harper, incidentally) wanted to win Brampton and the surrounding areas so as to be able to form a government. These ridings could easily flip to Conservative, unlike others in Quebec or BC. Voters in these battleground areas were believed to be willing to vote Liberal, if they could have some representation in Ottawa, especially in cabinet. Even as a member of this diaspora, I think courting this population like this was a huge mistake. \n\nIn the post-war II period, the immigrants that came from Canada, were highly qualified, scientists, engineers, architects -- you name it, that had jobs waiting for them at universities and tech firms. If they were students, they came into Ph.D. programs fully supported with stipends. This generation helped Canada tremendously and made Canada a leader in crop science and microbiology research, just to name an example. Today, many here on student visas are working at Tim's or delivering Amazon packages, or even driving trucks without proper training.

Canada needs to limit newcomers to 250,000 a year and put an end to the international student scam. Both Liberals and Conservative governments play immigrants off. They allow Asians to enter without having any education and bringing in drug money into the country without any questions. Meanwhile have a second set of expectations for non-Asians. Asians are discriminatory against South Asians, Black, Islamic, and Indigenous and prevent them from getting jobs by working as human resource personnels. Asians act out discrimination and government at all levels remain silent.

Even before the Liberals ruined it, and even before they threw Christianity and the Lord out of school here, governments exercised their insatiable greed to spend and hob nob internationally like celebrities, Trudeau being the worst. The education system made no sense and served only to divide the intelligent and the less intelligent, never actually producing intelligent people but simply to go through the rigors of separating them. The Corporate greed in this country is astounding. The rich really get rich off the depravity of the rest of the people. The gap between the rich and poor now is terrifying. We allowed cowards for politicians and the LGBTQ rights lobbyists to separate us from Jesus who is God and then from our prosperity because the Word of God condemns them together. Canada is a veritable hellhole with no future. Do not come here without millions of dollars or be prepared to lose everything you brought with you from your native country.

The immigration thing that you said is not valid , Canadian government doesn’t allow PR Twice to the spouse of Native & doing that is also not possible as it becomes suspicious henceforth. Secondly The main route of immigration and settlements is Contractual marriages and Mexico border which is called as Donkey Route in Panjab , N no of people enter United states and Canada Via Mexico border and then Buffalo Milwaukee Border . Canada is a great country if you wanna be a dependent slave to the government. No guns, free speech is policed and your children can be taken away if you dont agree with them taking hormones and having their genitals mutilated. America isnt perfect but id rather the US then living in a country run by far left wing idiots. Also Canadian healthcare is very overrated. Sure its free but you might die waiting for life saving treatments because the government doesnt want to allow any form of private healthcare if its already “provided” by the government. Most of the gun violence in the US is in the lower income neighborhoods and at least you’re allowed to defend yourself. In Canada if you defend yourself, straight to jail. If you have evidence of self defense youll be ruined by the legal fees. Canada does more to discourage start ups then encourage them. Canada is a terrible country to try and start a business which explains why so many exploit the house market, which in turn has made a complete mess of affordable housing for Canadians. Foreign property investing was suppose to have been stopped but the Liberal government changed their mind and decided to allow foreigners to continue buying up properties and driving the house prices higher too the point properties are empty because no one can afford the rental prices. I guess that's why the Federal government introduced a new tax for properties that are vacant. Oh Canada

As a Canadian here are my views on the problems here:\n1.Government waste/spending\n2. Insane taxes, we literally pay taxes on our tax here. When you add it all up the lower tax brackets after their 15% gst pay about 45% of their income in taxes alone. Provinces like Nova Scotia are disgusting when it comes to the tax they pay. \n3. Easy immigration, we should consider immigrants based on what they can do for Canada, we don't need hundreds of thousands who can't work or refuse to work. It's a strain on the system. The immigration also artificially increases housing costs.\n4.Government corruption, it's part of why the taxes are so high. It's also part of the recent hyperinflation Canada has suffered. Just look up Trudeaus WE charity Scandall or SNC Lavalin Scandal, some even say Trudeau was getting kickbacks from the vaccine which I have yet to see evidence of but I personally believe it. \n5. Politically illiterate voters and propaganda, here in Canada the government likes to keep it's people uninformed and how they do it is through propaganda. The Liberals have every major news source in Canada in their pocket and in order for you to get news that isn't influenced by them you have to specifically search for them by name, those include Rebel News, TFI Global, and True North. Almost everything else is incredibly biased, they selectively report the news and in many cases outright lie. This causes extreme political illiteracy in it's population.\n6. Housing rules, here in Canada there are some really stupid bylaws like the main floor of your primary dwelling must be 900sqft in some areas, plus building codes prevent cheap construction of homes. You could have a tiny home on piers and it wouldn't cost much but because of our laws and codes it's impossible. You need a proper foundation, footings, building permits, ad in order to get a permit you need to submit blueprints, etc. You can't just buy a prefab building set it on piers and live in it. That'd be too easy, that'd make housing affordable and the government wouldn't like that. \n7. Woke indoctrination centers, The public education system here is all about putting in regular kids and pumping out future Liberal voters. It's a mess.\n8. You can't defend yourself, In Canada you aren't allowed to carry a weapon for self defense. If a criminal breaks into your home you are supposed to do everything you can to escape rather than defend your property. Criminals have more protection under the law than the law abiding citizens. \n9. Low wages, because of immigration wages are low compared to the USA for most jobs in most locations\n10. Thigs cost more in Canada than the USA after taking into consideration currency conversion rates, even things manufactured in Canada\n11. The cold. Nobody likes the cold for the 4-6 months of the year that the higher populated areas of the country have it. The more densely populated areas also tend to be the warmest. \n12. Fascist leaders. It's no secret Justin Trudeau and the Liberals are fascists\n13. Governmental links to the WEF, you'll own nothing and you'll be happy or so their add said. The truth is Canadians can afford less and less under Liberal leadership which is no surprise since Justin Trudeau and Chrystia are supporters of the WEF.

Canada’s biggest problem is it’s socialistic policies of the Liberal governments. Don’t confuse things: social programs like education and healthcare are not an exclusive marker of socialism. The balance of government interference in the economy IS. Nobody in their right mind would start a business in Canada today. \n\nSecondly, running a business means buy and resell, manufacture and sell leaving a profit. But the business of running Canada is losing money. The formula of running the country doesn’t work. We go deeper into debt every year, now to the point where it’s impossible to grow out of debt. As we allow massive immigration to counteract an aging, non-productive population, because of that negative formula, we just keep going deeper and deeper into debt. But it seems that most Canadians want that because we keep voting in the ‘robbers’. It’s time for Canadians to understand that soon a death tax will come in where all your asset value in taxes will go to the government. But that’s coming and is the only way for the government to pay down its debt.

Canadian judiciary system is a world laughing stocks. Criminals have better protections than normal citizens. The Trudeau Liberals need to be removed from governing Canada. They have allowed the China to open Chinese police stations all over Canada and meddling into the Canadian elections. Weak people shouldn’t be allowed to lead and govern.

They dropped interest rates to nearly zero to stimulate the economy during covid. 3 months in it was obvious that industry wasn't doing anything because covid stopped things. Housing went crazy. After 3 months they should have put interest rates back up. Nope. Instead they kept them down and allowed the most immigration ever in Canada's history. 100% the fault of the liberal government. This is why a prime minister needs to have some knowledge of monetary policy

I'll lay it out for you: Me: typical middle of the road liberal oriented Canadian. Non white, immigrant (I wasnt born here) I worked in a Refugee housing for over 4 years in Ontario. Most were not war areas refugees (Yes I know there are other types of refugees). I only encountered few refugees from war areas. ONLY 1 person from Iraq, about 2 families were from Afghanistan, 1 couple from Pakistan(I doubt they were real refugees they spoke fluent English, maybe political refugee), and a most from African countries. Its too far for real refugees to get here. Its Easier for them to go to other countries nearby or Europe. MOST SEEM TO BE ECONOMIC REFUGEES. Most were coming from Africa. Some are coming from Latin America, which shouldn't be happening. Once they showed up at our doorstep and we processed them into the system, they were immediately in the same class as a Canadian resident homeless person if they were making a refugee claim. We get money to house and feed them (from the government), and they are given a stipend for basics from the government processed through the Social Assistance/ Welfare system (they get less than a resident/citizen I think.). They then have to get their case processed by the refugee board, and most seem to get in. I've only heard of few getting sent back. One person I know at our facility, was given a subsided social housing apartment after a year in our facility. So they went straight from a shelter to a government/city owned subsidized apartment. (Didn't seem like it was a issue for the housing worker...they didn't report it (if they were not the ones that helped the person to get it), they were white, the housed person was Latin. This refugee claimant, and then month or two new Canadian resident person was given an apartment in a prime area of the city, instead of the 1000's of Canadians, those who came before them, and born Canadian citizens on an extremely long waiting list. How this was allowed to happen I don't know. The person was probably sucking on someone's straw. I'm just trying to think the barriers these people have to go through to get a job here. We are far removed from the time of the 80's and 90's., and housing and jobs are so hard to get. Lol the "Canadian government asks them to repay the traveling cost to Canada if they are sent back"....I wonder how much the government recoups?.....more like 0 probably. What a bunch of crap. How do you demand someone to repay their flight cost when they get back to their country?

As a proud atheist, I find all religious costumes to be either degrading, or just plain hilarious. \nTheir minds are poisoned from the time they are born, and that's child abuse. \nWe should be asking why we are allowing so much immigration. The answer - families don't have as many kids. Why? Kids are expensive, and when your giving over half your salary to the government, having no kids may be your best option financially. So the government responds by keeping taxes high, and making up for smaller family sizes by recruiting immigrants from the Philippines, Nigeria, Sudan, etc.. The handful from Syria get all the attention, but they are a small fraction of the total. \nSo either start having more babies, or start preparing for the multicultural mosaic where the liberal values that made this country great will need to be protected, and I would say, promoted.
