I’m not a racist by any means, but I am a very protective Canadian and I love my people and my country and I will help do whatever it takes to protect my country from immigrants and them thinking that they can push us around, intimidate us and try to act superior when they are the ones pretty much INVADING our beautiful, peaceful country. I'm disabled. I live off of $850 per month. That has to cover food, clothing, bills, household needs, medical, laundry, and transit. Yes, I had a working life before I became disabled so I paid into the system which I now need. I have uncovered medical needs that I can no longer meet. (Very rare solar allergy which also includes reactionsto certain lights on the visible light spectrum such as blue and white light) No vacations, no cable or internet, second hand clothing, no outings, no funds to have food delivered. I have to take the risk and use public transit which comes with medical consequences every time. I've had food poisoning three months in a row. Each month becomes harder. I feel like I'm drowning. My son can't find a job either. Canada is collapsing.

I have never felt more proud to be a Canadian, it’s a good feeling, I was almost brought to tears earlier thinking about it. And it’s interesting to note that it is overriding the fear of the consequences of Donald’s actions. Here’s where I can’t help but think of you, our fellow North Americans. The good people of the USA, I hold you in my heart. For you don’t have that boost that comes from feeling proud of your country. I can’t say I’ve ever known what that is like. These tariffs are not about policy differences. They appear to be personal. Trump is settling scores.
