Trudeau is a very nice person when call Trump “ you are smart “ , no he’s dumb as a rock!

I wish Trudeau was our president. I hate what is happening in the U.S. because of Trump and his minions. Putin must be gleeful at the destruction of the U.S. and all of the favors that Trump has given to him. The American people do not want this horror show that Trump and Musk has orchestrated. The Trump cult is bringing the downfall of America in the world. We are no longer the 'home of the free and the brave', and Trump is no longer the 'leader of the free world'. America will diminish and become a small, petty, stupid, country. I am glad for Trudeau, and Micron, and the UK and all of the democratic countries and people. I feel horrible for what is happening to Ukraine because of Trump. Mr. Trudeau, you are a fine and wonderful person and head of your country. I wish that you could help us out of this madness. :(

Under normal circumstances I would be the last person to support our Liberal party; especially Trudeau. His past record speaks for itself. However, his talk today to the American people and Trump actually made me feel proud to be a Canadian. It was the harshest language I have heard him use towards Trump especially after enduring weeks of degrading talk from Trump in relation to calling Trudeau a governor. I hope that the Liberals follow through with protecting Canadians.

I admire you Prime Minister Trudeau! As a person from the U.S.A. I am ashamed that Trump has turned against us as citizens of this country and put the entire world at risk. Thank goodness I didn't vote for him!

I applaud our Prime Minister for holding his ground amidst internal turmoils. It only takes a lost, uninformed person and misguided (?) person like Donald Trump, to sabotage the special relations between Canada and the U.S. \nMr. Trudeau, your eloquent speech depicts your patriotism and passion. While I didn't vote for Trump... The idea that this will hit Trump voters almost makes the financial suffering I may have to endure worth it. They will finally feel the consequences of their stupid choices on a personal level. This is the only thing that will speak to them. Thank you Justin Trudeau. I am not looking forward to this personally. But it's important that we as a nation face the consequences of our actions.

Trudeau was correct to state that Trump’s actions are Dumb. However, he incorrectly called Trump a smart person.

Justin Trudeau with iron in his voice. Thank you, Mr President. As a British person on my side of the Pond, these are welcome and necessary words. Let us all in Britain and in Europe echo Mr Trudeau's sentiments. We want our friendship with America back, intact, but it requires the removal of Trumpism and fascism from the American psyche. American democracy can come back better and stronger in the absence of its current madness and malaise. Trump is not a President. He is a Pretendident.

Trump did a good thing. All you woke, soft hearted liberals don't get the fact that the USA has been allowing these other countries to eat off of us for free. Well, that' stops today. The President/PM of Ukraine will also learn a valuable lesson today as well. Never bite the hand that feeds you. All of our tax dollars have been donated around the world to other people's causes while we are made to suffer. We have a financial crisis right here in America that needs to be addressed. Neither can many of the other NATO countries. So, middle finger to him and any other country that opposes us. It's time stop being taken advantage of and for the USA to start acting like we are the most powerful nation in the world. Many of you don't like Trump's decisions simply because you don't like the person. Get out of your feelings and look at then big picture.

And though we disagree on making Canada our 51st state, because we prefer to have it as our personal Democrat reject dump site.\nThe Stock Market downfall you can rest assured are more of the Democrats boycotting America which we have always known to back stab America every chance they get. Democrats have always been Americas traitors, and we wouldn't expect any different from them now.

Trudeau is personally involved with the Fentanyl trade. That’s why propping up bills and “plans” will never be enough. Trump knows this.\n\nHe’ll never be out of the drug game until he’s removed. Neither will his puppet “drug czar”\n\nWe’re calling for the dismantling of the trade. That’s going to get messy. When we see that, tariffs come down. \n\nUntil they make big busts of the industry portion of making fentanyl and the banks laundering the cartel money the tariff stays.

I am Canadian. Totally disagree with the tariff war. The personal animosity and pettyness between Trump and Trudeau should not negatively affect folks on both sides of the border. Hopefully this stuff will stop when Trudeau finally leaves the stage at the end of the month.

We Canadians are fed up with Trudeau's immigrant invasion dropping east Indian and muslim immigrants in every city, town, village and junction in Canada. There are MILLIONS of them here and we hear talk that some of them are just stopping here before going to the US. Personally, I'm happy at what Trump did. Very happy!

It's much like during COVID-19 when you were there for Canadians at every step, every turn with initiatives and concrete help. Too bad we cannot procure masks and vaccines to ward off Trump-25. You, your Ministers and Premiers are working so hard trying to reason with a lunatic addicted to power and chaos and inform Americans of the facts. With prorogation, there have been no Poilièvre shenanigans to waste time on and your complete focus has been, as always, on protecting Canadians. For this I thank you again and tell you how much you will be missed in our household. Forgive a personal note: I hope you and Mme Grégoire will find your way back to each other when you can be a family without the heavy burden of this job, a job I know you love. And very personally - I shall miss the handsome, capable, well-spoken man of stature and intellect who also happens to be my Prime Minister. Vraiment!

Dumb move, Trudeau. Trump doesn't fear measured responses; he's not a normal person. He only understands if you hit him back much harder than he hits you. \nCanada should NOT impose retaliatory counter tariffs that harm CANADIANS (Or do like China and impose 75% Tariffs on US items Canada can easily buy elsewhere). Rather, Canada should shut the OIL spigot and cancel electric feeds into the USA. RIGHT NOW. THAT would have the required effect and NOT HARM Canadians.

Its a bit of a headscratcher why US is imposing heavy handed tariffs on Canada if illegal immigration and drug trafficking from Canada is not that high. Almost seems like a personality issue - Trump doesnt like Trudeau bcoz he made fun of him or something..
