Canadian here who 100 percent supported trump going to office making America great again but I never thought he would try to come at us Canadians like this. The reason for this 'trade war' is not about 'trade'. It's about 'creating chaos' so that president Trump is the 'centre' of world attention. A malignant naracistic individual apparently cannot have anyone seemingly to be 'doing better' or being more successful than he is. Canada ?? is a very successful nation and because of its economic success it is creating envy and apparently hatred in certain individuals who view the success of Canada ?? as a threat to themselves. Presidents and Prime Ministers come and go. Once their 'term is over' they simply 'walk away'. World leaders need to be men or women of integrity and honesty who 'do the right thing'. With 'great power' comes 'great responsibility'. You only 'give responsibility' to someone who has the wisdom and expertise and understanding in order to both 'hold' and 'govern' wisely and without fear or favor. Maybe its time for others in positions of authority in other institutions to step in and 'take control'. You would never let a child drive a super car on the highway so how much 'damage' has to happen before a world leader is not 'held to account' and his 'hands removed' from the steering wheel before there is a motor accident so large that the freeway is rendered unless and has to be totally shut down your. You cannot have total power in the hands of individuals who apparently do not possess the necessary skills knowledge and experience and wisdom that is required to fulfil the role they were elected to fulfil. Canada and Mexico are not responsible for the people in the US who chose to use drugs. In fact, it's the United States job to keep illegal drugs and immigrants out of the US and they are doing a poor job of it and need someone else to blame. Mexico could retaliate in a way that could flood the US with illegal drugs and immigrants and refuse to repatriate its citizens back into Mexico. The rest of Central and South America could do the same in support of Mexico. They need to get Trump out of office before he ruins America.\nI remember the press conference with the USA (Trump), Canada and Mexico when signing the new trade agreement during Trump last time in office. Trump proudly stated that this is the greatest agreement in the history of the United States. Last week he wanted to know who in the US agreed to the terrible trade agreement. He is losing his mind and cognitive function is deteriorating at a rapid rate. Re-negotiating contracts after the work is complete is how Trump ran his businesses. He has bankrupted many small businesses by not paying them knowing that they do not have the money to go to court. He is only rich because of daddy's money otherwise he would have never survived his many bankruptcies. Thats why no one will loan him money. I can't wait until he screws over the government of Saudi Arabia with one of his shady business deals. Anyone remember what happened to Khashoggi for just authoring a bad article on Saudi's Leaders. If look at another perspective, if Trump did not impose tarrifs, then Canada will continue to sell the cars back to US for high profits. Trump mentioned about this, he is not happy. Actually I can understand Trump and what he is trying to do. If he is not harsh, Canada will never change taking advantage of US, not spending on own military.... Etc. US empire is declining fast, and Trump knows this. He is desperate to make his own country great again and stop the decline even though what he must do is going to be very unpopular among all americunts' friends and allies. Little Trump is not a president nor is he a businessman. He’s a scared little rat a draft dodger and think America if he was afraid to fight in the war then what makes us think that he would protect us now he’s a scared rat. He’s afraid of his own shadow. The family kids and the grandchildren are the ones that are going to feel the damage he will do to this country in four years. I feel so sorry for our men and women in the military now and our veterans are taking a pounding very sad . He’s only doing it to benefit for his own greed. Very sad human being. Yes, there are illegals from Canada, but almost 100% of them are from overstaying visas rather than crossing the border unlawfully. So let's talk about fentanyl. \n\nMost fentanyl in the US originates from China, often in precursor form, and is then processed in Mexico before being smuggled into the states. But it's typically trafficked in small, high potency quantities, often hidden in legitimate shipments or through mail, and only on very rare occasions is it being brought in by individuals crossing the border. It has _never_ been documented to have shipped in as part of large scale commercial imports, so a 25% tariff on legal trade with Canada and Mexico doesn’t directly target the black market supply chain at all.\n\nIf we take Trump’s reasoning at face value, the argument seems to be that he wants to exert economic pressure on Mexico and Canada as a means of having them crack down harder on drug trafficking networks. But the issue is that fentanyl simply isn’t coming in through mass import channels, so all this looks like is a punitive measure without a clear mechanism to actually achieve its stated goal. And the implications? Drastically higher costs for consumers in the US, Canada, and Mexico, with absolutely nothing to show for it.

Donald Trump claims to be a Christian but what he is doing to other countries and his own country by firing people from government jobs is totally against God God gives life he don't take it and he would never have sent people to the streets just because some politicians created a job for the people this is going to cause people to lose their homes vehicles and their livelihood it is totally evil. And then placing these tariffs on other countries is no less than say I want your country he wants Canada he wants Panama, he wants Ukraine's lithium. And he wants to take it all and he is wrong in that because he is affecting people's lives and God Almighty will not put up with Donald Trump giving into the spoiled brat Elon Musk and his dictatorship attitude. Both Elan and Trump have no heart for the poor or the hardship they have placed on these people but God Almighty has a heart for the people who have lost their jobs and their livelihood because of Donald Trump and Elon Musk. In the book of Isaiah God said to the people that were coming against Israel, you have pissed on a wall. And everybody knows that when you piss on a wall it's going to come back on you and that's exactly what's happened. They didn't do it to the people that lost their jobs they did it to God Almighty who loves all people and wants them to have their wages. Maybe Elon Musk knows everything about technology and space craft, but the man ain't got a lick a common sense he has exactly zero wisdom when making decisions. But his greatest lack as he has no heart for the people who are going to be disrupted by losing their jobs he doesn't feel a thing he has no heart he needs to read the Bible because that's where your heart gets developed and you know right from wrong. And you know what God approves of and what he doesn't, and I'm telling you right now God Almighty does not approve of what Donald Trump and Elon Musk are doing. I voted for him, and now I am ashamed that I voted for him because he never mentioned he was going to do all this horrible horror to the very American people that voted for him. Now I pray for God's divine intervention because what he's doing to the American people and to other countries is not right

WHY DID WE CHOOSE TRUMP? Why do we keep choosing a party that has NEVER shown they were for the people? And of course, we knew what Trump was going to do. He was already president and we said 'no more'. He told us what he was going to do, we knew he was going to do it but many said 'oh he's not serious'. If you voted for Trump, you voted for this. If you are a democrat and didn't vote for Kamala, or vote at all, you voted for this. You voted for higher prices, less benefits for regular people, bigger tax cuts for the rich and a larger national debt and the US no longer a leading country.

As a US citizen, who voted for Trump three times, i never thought id agree with Trudeau. \nThe US cannot win a trade war, the US versus the world. It's simple mathematics, and in the geopolitical realm, What Trump is doing is going to push countries away from US influence. \nI'm all for putting the US first, I'm all for cutting the federal government fat, and I'm all for making sure we the people come first, but I'm also smart enough to know that anytime the US has gone into isolationism, it's led to global conflict.

This was done because of his tax cuts for billionaires the first time around. He wants to extend the tax cuts but he has been warned what it will do to the deficit. So tariffs are his plan to put back into the US coffers what will not be going in from billionaire taxes. The Red Hat Club has been stupid enough to buy the tariffs have anything to do with immigration or drugs. It's so easy for Trump to use these trigger issues to commit his crimes and then excuse it. The cult never questions if they're told it has something to do with hating immigrants. Tariffs are paid for by the US citizen. The little guys. It allows the US government to become a middleman in every transaction. Getting a cut when it has done nothing to deserve it. It is the way Russia runs things. Trump is always using the Russia Playbook of how to dismantle a democracy. It is the opposite of free trade and capitalism

Go Trump GO ... The company's are already coming back home and even some that never where here are coming to the U.S . Soon there will be more then enough work for the American people . Its time for this country to work for the American people instead of worring about the rest of the world . We have plenty to take care of right here at home first
