But remember that the American economy relies heavily on foreign labour so the process of dealing with illegal immigrants needs to include dramatically increasing the number of immigration officials to get the productive, employed illegals some kind of legal status. The import tariffs are going to cause inflation. Taking away productive workers will further inflate prices.\n\nThen, of course, there’s the illegal immigrants who are entrepreneurs like Elon Musk. Elon had a student visa to do graduate studies at Stanford but he never signed up for a single course. Instead he created a startup. So he didn’t comply with his student visa and he was working illegally. Quite the hypocrite. Should Elon Musk be deported for his illegal entry back in the 1990s? There’s no evidence he committed any other crimes so perhaps not. But if not, then just treat all the illegals with the same consideration.

Mass deportation means there will not be anyone to harvest our produce, so we will have massive food shortages and dramatic increases in inflation. The Republican Party used the border security lie to scare people into voting for their racist ideology. They despise non-white people, even the ones our economy depends on. Everyone should prepare for a major recession and dramatic increases in inflation. These Republican policies are going to crash the US economy. I grew up in Saskatchewan and it was NOT illegal for people other than law enforcement and military to own guns. Healthcare is far more complicated in the United States. Yes, every province in Canada may have slightly different rules, but every insurance company and every plan within every insurance company has different rules. Back in 2011 I came to Canada in search of a better place to live for myself and my family. In 2022 I returned back to Russia because Canada has dramatically changed for worse, especially since 2020. Canada is or was a great country. Super nice people to work with! It is over now. I honestly see nothing in Canada that will help you improve your life because the cost of life is exorbitant. If you dream, Canada is no longer a place where you can bring your dreams to life. Although I am very grateful to Canada and its people for giving me a chance to live and work in once a great country!

Canada's International student program was exploited by those whose real intention were to become economic migrants. Agents in India who signed them up to many bogus collages lied to them and said that it was a path to Canadian citizenship, which what totally false. This loophole caused the number of International students to increase from 230,000 a year to over 850,000, with most of those causing the dramatic increase to be from India. Indians scamming other Indians, exactly like in India. The Liberal government of Justin Trudeau was incompetent in allowing this fraudulent behaviour to continue too long and it's why this whole mess happened. About 500,000 young Indians wasted their money and should have never come to Canada in the first place.

What if their currency looses value?? Currently value of their currency is manipulated by US through currency swaps, just to keep their currency value up artificially, as its a vassal state of US. Value of western currencies will come down dramatically by 2030 along with increasing inflation. After 2030, even a daily wage Indian worker will not prefer to go to canada or UK.?

Indian Immigrants are pricing out Canadian Citizens from the lower and middle class. Traditionally Canada has accepted refugees at sustainable numbers who are both grateful to be in Canada and do not bring family resources that can displace working Canadians. I moved from Canada to the US 24 years ago. When I left I was worried about how expensive the US was, the crime rate, etc. It’s ironic that since then homes are more expensive, job opportunities have not kept pace with the US and the population has exploded. I am unabashedly pro immigration but the issue in Canada is a government that dramatically expanded immigration with no plan to address the housing stock until it was too late. That is ripping through the economy and tearing apart the country. I hope Canadians can find a good way out. ?

I arrived in 2012 originally from Australia. I’m now a citizen and I learned a trade here too. I’m on a decent wage and I can’t keep up and can’t imagine I’ll ever own my own home here. We’re not against immigration but it needs to be slowed dramatically by about 90% for a few years. I’m being forced back to Australia to seek financial help from my family to hopefully purchase a property back there. The Canadian dream is dead and there’s also to many Indians here.

As a Canadian - the immigration tom-foolery that is happening is just as bad up here. Our Prime Minister is a handsome idiot, he was a drama teacher before he became Prime Minister (I know, make that one make sense). He has no idea what he's doing, he's being used as a puppet for more experienced extortionists-erm-politicians. With the help of his party members and a coalition with another party, in less than ten years he has taken Canada from a great place to visit and live to basically what's happening in NY. Crime in our cities has gone up dramatically. Theft is on the rise. Homelessness and drug use is through the roof. Immigration is out of control. And our government also prioritizes immigrants and asylum seekers before born and raised Canadian citizens. As a Canadian who is tired of the nonsense that's been happening in the world this past decade, I wish our government would put on their big boy pants and do something about this uncontrolled immigration. Things are bad here too. Our government seems to keep changing policies and laws to further accomodate the insanity that is happening, I promise, not every Canadian wants these changes to happen. Skilled? Tim Horton's isn't something we need to import people for. We need Doctors. I think there is a plan to turn Canada into the new India. Within 4 blocks of where I live there is now almost 30 Indian restaurants..... Might be a dozen other types. It's one thing to come here, respect the way of life and another to force your way of life on us. I love Indian culture and Indian people. But we have a culture here and i'd like to keep it alive. Immigration is not the issue in a place that has that much room. The reason we don't increase the supply of housing fast enough is so that the people owning homes can see their capital increase dramatically. I don't understand the numbers, i am Canadian and we are only 41 millions in the entire Canada, yeah we did let 1.5 million immigrants in in the last 4 years but the number doesn't add up and second i can see more Chinese and black than indian peoples. Anyway those immigrants will go away after a couple of months when they see in 2024 that a rent for an apartment costs between 1500$ to 2200$ per month and with 100$ of foods we can barely live 4 days

Speaking as a Canadian who have left the country in 2021 and NOT looking back! \n1) healthcare: the quality and quantity is falling dramatically. Doctors are leaving south, healthcare budgets are keep being cut every year by our wonderful government. The quality is very poor. Waiting lines are insane! Ilyou can seriously spend the while day/night with your sick child in a waiting line at a hospital. Average is over 12 hrs already!!! \n2) criminal situation is worsening every year. Even in the best neighborhoods you no longer feel safe. \n3) schools/education: same thing. Teachers are leaving due to low wages and larger classes. Separate tutors for kids with special needs are being more and more limited. \n4) i know you mentioned it, but i want to reinstate: CRAZY food inflation. \nI have no idea how people are making it in Canada. Your video is great but adding dramatics is too much just stick with the facts don’t say $450 a year could make the difference of paying rent or not , that would literally be $37 extra a month and that definitely wouldn’t be enough to make rent for people who are really struggling.

The housing crisis is unbelievable. Last 5 years house prices went up dramatically. Cost of living; our grocery bills doubled in the last year! Health care system is crippled. We moved to another city and still waiting for 2/3 years to be assigned a family doctor! Safety is becoming more and more issue. People used to keep their doors unlocked. Now? No way josey. It is sad. I m looking for a change. Next election, definitely will vote for the opposition party.

Problem with housing is no government wanted to build new homes. It doesn’t matter you choose conservative or liberal. If they build new houses fast and cheap ( which they can ) the whole artificially inflated housing market will collapse. Then existing house prices will dramatically decrease.
