I understand and agree with you. Everything here is expensive with high taxes that go up just about every year. Europe is much cheaper and there are many countries that are a lot safer. I understand how you feel as Muslims and I have nothing against other religions. You don’t have your calls to and I as a Christian I don’t have the church bells which happen to also be a call to prayer. If I was not 70 years old I would leave. I am not Canadian but I am a citizen, my husband, however, is Canadian, so we stay because leaving would be extremely difficult. You are correct about the government and the ‘woke’ ideology in schools and everywhere we turn it seems which we also do not agree with. When you have a government that does not represent their voters views and does what ever they feel like you have a serious problem.Taking away freedom of speech is probably the worst thing for a society as it lets a few carry the narrative. I have lived in many different countries as a Muslim. I have found the perfect balance of Islam, freedom in my day to day life to do things, finding halal, masjids 10-15mins within where I live with programs for my kids and social/educational events. I homeschool my kids and the laws for it are very easy. I absolutely abhor the government though and your no. 1 reason would be mine to leave. However as I explore other options I don’t see options for Muslim country that is easy to naturalize into. \n\nI have joined groups to make future changes through congress and government and trying to learn how I can help with these efforts. I try to imagine what would happen if all the Muslims left these colonizing countries. Boy do they need us yet make us feel like we are powerless. I try to imagine well what if we unified more and kept working for change? While being able to live and practice e Islam how we want. Anyways. Just mumbling some of my own thoughts. I just stumbled upon you guy's channel by accident, because we are looking to move out of our country as well and Canada was actually a possible option. (not likely now) \n\nI am not muslim, I am just a regular western white girl, with priveleges I never knew I had until a few years ago, and looking at the world with increasing disgust and sadness. \nI completely understand why you'd want to move away from there, and even though I am not muslim, some of the points mentioned here are also reasons we want to leave where we are now (Netherlands). \nSociety is falling apart, people pointing fingers, our government is a ****show and puts the entire world's needs before taking care of our own problems. I don't feel safe and welcome anymore in the country that I once called home. I can't imagine how hard it must be for you two, raising kids, in the world how it is today, where people are using Islam in ways it was not intended and how it has played out to put the western population to turn against an entire group of people that also ultimately like everyone else, want to live their life in peace and safety. \n\nI wish you both the very best, stick to what you think is right! It’s very hard to realize our government and most western governments are supporting genocide. I do see some minds being changed by what’s happening in Gaza and the West Bank right now due to the internet and sites like Democracy Watch Now. \nThe part you said about drag queens telling stories at the library being bad is a bit hypocritical if you are suggesting that we should be tolerant of how others live. Tolerance should not stop at certain groups of people . I doubt that a drag queen telling a story would hurt your children. You could find out, when those events are happening and not go. \nI’ve travelled in at least 12 Muslim countries in the Middle East and there is plenty of things wrong in every country. What is actually causing the problems in Canada is PRECISELY the expectations of a high standard of living absolutely everyone has, including brand new immigrants. Who as if they were owed a palace immediately begin complaining about the work they have to do and the fact they're not immediately appointed the king of Canada. To put simply, we have an incredibly spoiled population, a population that expects low prices for everything and has a terrible productivity overall and does not wish to work in the kinds of jobs that every economy needs in order to fuel everything else. Food production is the so-called inceptive value. The more food you produce, the more people can consume it, and this in turn flows through the economy to enable all the other kinds of economic activity. We have to bring in hundreds of thousands of temporary foreign workers from Mexico just to be able to harvest. In the past, Canada allowed immigration from all over the world of people who were mostly poor, refugees, and those desperate for a new life. They worked all the time doing every kind of imaginable job in every kind of condition. They built this country with their perseverance and hard work. The immigrants today, are selected on a points-based system, and the idea behind this is that someone with two university degrees, or trained in a profession, even if they don't work in their field in Canada because they're all sorts of barriers to transferring your education, are not very likely to be criminals or antisocial types. Criminals or antisocial types. In other words, Canada has chosen to attract high quality candidates on the assumption that they would be less likely to become criminals, while they in turn, having been picked from the best in their society, arrive in Canada with very high expectations, and discover that actually they're going to have to work in all sorts of other kinds of jobs and will probably not work in their field, even though that's what got them the points to come to the country. The country. This is the brilliant system brought in by Stephen Harper's conservatives, which brings in people with high education, and allegedly high skills, especially high language skills, so the government doesn't have to pay for their language training, but it doesn't consider the fact that these are very often people with other choices, who are not willing to work in construction or farming or service or retail or all those kinds of things that we desperately need workers in. The reason why we can't build enough housing has nothing to do with local governments and property values. It has to do with lack of labor. This education system, for some unbeknowned reason, is absolutely terrible, and provides basically no skills, training or education for the vast majority of high school students such that when they graduate high school, their forced to go to university or college. Since they have absolutely no training. In most parts of the world you finish high school and you have a trade, or you have some skill to begin working, the kids here know nothing. Nothing. Other than emotional safety, intersectional language, and wokeism. On top of that, the government has brought in every kind of environmental restriction and regulation on account of incredibly loud, but actually small minority of enviro lunatics, who most of the time use these environmentalism as a cover precisely for protecting their high property values in very luxurious and special places around the country, and they oppose logging and all sorts of resource extraction under the guise of environmentalism. But it's actually to preserve their special privileged position often in some wilderness or island, where they might be the only one or a handful of families who got lucky to somehow own a property. Property and so they oppose everything on account of environmental reasons. But it's just to keep people out and preserve their own privileged place. This country also as most others suffers from the illness of dishonesty and lack of integrity brought about by a culture of marketers where nothing is the way it is said to be. Everything is a fine print. And we have gotten used to this as normal. We've gotten used to having credit cards, charges, 25% interest, we've gotten used to being ripped off constantly by all the corporations for everything, and nobody complains and they just borrow more and they just bottle it in and now it's finally coming out. Out. People are fed up of the enviral lunatics. They're fed up of people who complain and bitch one moment about the pipeline and then complain and bitch the next moment about the high cost of gasoline when the pipeline is temporarily shut down for servicing. The problem with Canada is Canadians.

I don't have healthcare because my doctor is terrible. We get our healthcare from the Americans, then the government takes a dump on it and tries to feed it to us like cornflakes. Im in Alberta even though i was born in Ontario. Ive lived in almost every province and came back to Alberta years ago. My boys were born here the 1st time i was here. I would never live in any other province but Alberta! We are more like our own Republic here anyways and despise Ottawa which is fine by me considering Trudeau is there. The cold weather sucks in Alberta but very little mosquitos, summers are awesome and businesses are mostly privatized and not government run! As an older person who migrated decades ago after protesting in my old country, I encourage young people below 45 to FIGHT for your countries. Fight bad goverments. 7 billion people on the planet cannot move to the few western countries that seem to work and appear attractive on the surface, it’s not possible. The taxpayers in those countries are feeling it. Look at the folks sleeping on the floor in NY! The homeless citizens don’t have places to sleep but politicians are lodging new border crossing migrants in hotels at taxpayers expense, creating resentment! \n\nFight those oppressing you in your countries. Black America “fought” to eliminate Jim Crow so we can even move here. A doctor has a target of about 15 to 20 patients to see per day and rushes you out of his office because the corporation he works for only cares about money and KPIs! You really aren’t allowed to interact with patients and provide personalized service. A pharmacist has to fill anything between 200 to 350 prescriptions, give a certain number of immunizations and see a certain No of patients per day. There is no time for niceties! A corporate professional May work remotely but has to deliver on so many projects he is up till 10pm and only gets up to eat. We have beautiful homes, drive nice cars etc but MUST work like the clock in an assembly line fashion! Most of us pay so much of our income as taxes we end up with less than 70% as paychecks! Things aren’t always what they seem!

The UK is pretty much like Canada, now. There is only room for the 5% who are rich (the capitalists & rentiers) and the 35% of people on Benefits (the 35% of population who live off welfare paid for by the State using the hard-working tax payer's money). The honest, hard-working middle-class (about 50 to 60% of society) are absolutely screwed and doomed, because all they can now do is keep working their guts out till they drop dead, and never hope to have a decent life. The culture of state-funded Welfare has now gotten so bad that I now live in a street where some 30% of the people who live off Welfare have been given State funded houses, and those houses which are bigger and better than mine (all paid for using my tax money). And I have slogged my entire life (I am 65 now) to pay off a large mortgage on a house that eventually has lower value than the houses that people on Welfare are given on the same Street! Worse still, now that I am approaching the stage where I might need to go into a Care Home, my house (which I worked for my entire life to attain) will have to be sold off to pay for my Care Home costs. While my neighbours who never worked a single day in their life (and whose life was subsidized using my tax money) will again get free state-funded Care Home facility too! It utterly beggars belief. \n\nWhen state-funded Welfare gets to a point that doing an honest day's work actually penalizes you, because all you are doing is funding the lifestyles of the other half of society who wish to sponge off State Welfare (due to the high taxes the Government is forced to impose on the working middle-class to support the 35% on State benefits), then that society can never prosper, firstly because it removes the motivation to work hard, and secondly because some day the Government will run out of money to continuing funding the lavish lifestyles of people on State Welfare. And that is very much now the state of affairs in countries like Canada, the UK, and much of EU. It is an unsustainable model. \n\nBy contrast, in countries like the US, China, India, etc. there is a much greater correlation between hard work and reward. Choosing to not go to work and sponging off Governmental welfare is simply not an option. And that is precisely why countries like these will continue to prosper in the coming years - because they have some form of Meritocracy. Unfortunately, I think countries like the UK, Canada, and most western EU countries are looking at a downward spiral, and there are no easy solutions, because their Welfare model has already created these huge segments of society which depend on it and will not allow it to be demolished - but the day is fast approaching where they will all soon run out of money to continue funding it (most of these countries are already facing huge Debt-GDP ratios, and there is no conceivable way of them coming out of it).

This crap pisses me off. I’m all for legal immigration from other countries that have corrupt governments. BUT NOT THIS! Just who in the hell do these people think they are? Every single person who tried to shove their way into our country should be PERMANENTLY BANNED from ever being allowed to enter our country. No other country on Earth would tolerate such poor behavior. They just proved that they’re NOT worthy enough to be here as well. I expect the people who desire to become part of the American dream to behave in such a manner. If they want to act like wild animals and thugs, they need to end this garbage and go right back from where they came. They’re NOT our problem. And the conditions they left behind weren’t of our making. They created that mess, so they can go back and live in it. But don’t go bringing that crap here into our country. If you want to live here in the United States, then you need to respect our ways while leaving yours behind, just like every other country on Earth expects of the people that immigrate into their countries. This is what you’re reporting? Let’s cover the 5 million people plus that have already entered this country illegally, yes illegally since Biden took office. We have two more years of Biden, and I predict a minimum of 15 million people will enter this country illegally, (lots of unknown god always come in the middle of the night, do you think they wish this country well? ). it’s a catch and release program!!!! Then illegal aliens can show up to a sanctuary state and get everything paid for. EVERYTHING!!!! Even a drivers license, voting rights, school. Who pays for that? Regardless people should be filing for asylum in their own country, and should only come to our border when there turn in line comes up. No easy fix, but letting people in with catch and release as the policy, with a court date more than 10 years down the road, is not a way to do it. Not to mention, there’s a lot of aliens, that did it the right way, and all of these illegal aliens are taking cuts. Our border is in complete and total shambles. CNN please please please have somebody down at the southern border every day, at different points of entry, and report on that. There is operational control at the border, but it’s by the cartels not the US government. I live in a border state, I have watched this my whole life. I have never seen it like it is right now. Do yourself a favour and stay in the US. Trust me, you will regret picking Canada. Our shelter costs here are absurd and we have a government that flirts with communism. People easily give up their freedoms for safety. Broken health care system. Chaotic place with a lack of cultural identity, selfish people, divided country. Full of woke virtue signallers. Our young generations hate the old. Western canada and quebec don't even like the rest of Canada. Divided place with crime rates quickly rising, country is quickly turning into a dumpster fire. It's a good place though if you are a boomer because you just keep feeding off the younger generation and the immigration keeps pushing up home equity that you can use as an ATM. They are running towards a different kind of poverty here. Some of the places they are running from (mexico), economically have potentially brighter futures than here. The kids might be kicking the parents for this when they get older and see the places where they came from, have better standards of living than the place they fled too. India included, they have the potential to become an economic power house. We hardly produce anything here, and our government chokes off our natural resource exports. We have too big of government, too many regulations, too many taxes. Who would do business in Canada? Name a Canadian company other than shopify. Blackberry... Oh wait its dead. Canada is becoming one big California with crappy weather. I wish Alberta joined the US tbh.\n\nSummed up. Canada is a big ponzi scheme that relies on the greater fool theory. I was born and raised in Canada and left 30 years ago. I went to Vancouver about 10 years ago to visit family and I also found it ugly. The big glass buildings looked so dirty and outdated. It felt like an old outdated logging town. Like most Canadians, I used to be proud of the medical system but now I've realized it doesn't cure people it just keeps the citizens sick. Everyone I know there is sick and they are all proud of how many operations they've had and how many pills they take. I remember paying 30% in taxes as a University student with a part-time job. It just wasn't fair. The last straw was when I saw how the Trudeau government responded during covid. They hijacking the news stations and brainwashed the citizens. And then, they froze bank accounts of those who dared to protest or even support protesters. I lost a lot of respect for people there who I thought were intelligent and It made me realize how that place turns people into drones. Now I'm ashamed to be Canadian. Most Canadians live in a bubble and think it's the best country in the world but that's because they don't know what it's like to live. Good for you for leaving. I wish you all the best.

Hey. It all about choice. So let’s get it straight. The people who worked hard to build and develop Canada over the last 200 Years and paid their taxes, that’s ok. You however, feel you shouldn’t have to pay your way like Canadians. If you love your Country and the lifestyle, why did you leave it? No one twisted your arm to leave your fantastic Country and and move to this awful nasty boring and expensive Country with such uninteresting people unfriendly people. Gee, perhaps Canadians should move to your Country and not need to work, no medical expenses, no tax, and everything free. No need to work, Fantastic! What country are you people from? It takes me 3 months to get a doctor appointment in the US here in Seattle and I was just told several months to see my eye doctor. Depending on medical plan the insurance means you do not go to the specialist without a referral. So Canadians may not have as much to complain about. My parents were immigrants to Canada because it was easier (my father was in Danish Merchant Marine and was in China Sea when his appointment would come up in New York). They did not have it easy because they did not speak the language and worked hard to learn. Working as a housekeeper was the norm for females and my mother's education meant nothing when she expected to work in a bank. Danes stuck together and helped each other to get jobs, with carpentry (most had apprenticeships like brick laying), to socialize, etc. and this is normal for immigrants. Working multiple jobs was normal and having a great home was their American dream instead of a government apartment. It is true for all immigrants that their kids will do better than the parents. The kids will have no accent if they learn English by age 12. There are age cutoffs on learning a language in child development. During the hiring process the jobs are given to people the interviewer perceives as being like themselves. This is proven by psychologists (I am one). This puts immigrants at a disadvantage unless they have a rare skill without competition. Dad got his house and Mom took my sister and went back to Denmark because of health issues and the US has garbage medical care and social services for the elderly (poor sister didn't speak Danish because it wasn't allowed in case it impacted our English skill). As a daughter of immigrants I worked 20 hours days and weekends almost all my life. I put myself through school and have been successful despite being female and making much less than men. Immigrants need to realize that it will be their kids who make the big bucks and succeed while the parents who immigrated will struggle. As a cultural mix (US, Canadian and Danish citizen because of wacky sexist rules) I have had a lot of confusion over the years trying to fit in and figure out what my values are. I have had to ask my US husband is that behavior normal? Of course different states in the US or going 200 miles north to Canada means a different language to speak (Canadian or Spanish in the South) and different values, ways of dress, etc. so being an immigrant can mean just traveling 200 miles north or to an insane state like Texas or New York. Culture shock is everywhere but most of us move for the money. I am thinking of going back to Canada but my home was Vancouver and that now looks like a hell hole. My husband had over a million dollars in medical care and I really do not wish to lose all my assets to medical costs in the US. So now I am trying to choose between death by earthquake in BC somewhere or death by tornado or perhaps fire storm in Calgary due to climate change.

Just to let everyone know I actually wish fox was fake news like CNN this is nothing new this has been going on for a few years now I live in toronto Canada and it's pretty much next to impossible to get a room in a motel just last week I had family fly in from bc for my cousins wedding and they could not get a room so they had no choice but to stay with family everywhere they went to try to get a hotel was jammed packed to the gills with migrants and my new next door neighbor told me that he came here and claimed asylum and they instantly put him on government social assistance aka welfare and he said his next move is to get a doctor to fill out paperwork saying he can't work and get disability check all he said he has to do is give the doctor 100$

I remember reading about another country that did this. Initially the hotel owners liked receiving government money to house the illegals but eventually ended up regretting it. I wish I could find that article now because I forgot the details about why the the hotel owners did a 360. I remember it was basically a disaster for hotel owners in the end.

This is so sad.. I am just blown away at how political this has become. Obama has deported way more people then trump FACT!\n I wish our military would go in Mexico like we did Afghanistanand revamp their government but we can't.\nHonestly the solution is for these people to stay, form together and fight corruption to the death.
