People who don't want to talk to us, understand us, do business with us, rent to us. but the same people want us to assimilate, Convert, stop talking to each other and stop doing any business and pay better taxes to contribute better.
Sorry to say, we love white people. I myself had to spend 5 years, put in efforts to make white friends, chinese, japanese, arab, black friends (in order to learn canadian culture and try to adjust myself in it, without compromising extremely on my spiritual beliefs and positive aspects of my culture). quite a few are very good friends and discuss my problems and share theirs while others behave like they are somehow supreme than me...
6.5 years in Canada, worked hard to assimilate and now, Federal Government backstabbed me for PR along with a minimum wage paying, but expecting $30 results employer (white-canadians)...
So, I guess, people who are not trusting them knew something that I didn't...
I never worked cash
never tried to misrepresent myself to IRCC and this is what I am made feel... while 100s of people did cash jobs, saved money and today are getting PRs...
still I am trying my best to stay legally, without exploiting loopholes... but, I feel scammed by the canadian dream.

3:38 you see this Pakistani has the guts-- Indians would never admit to just simple truths. NO wonder CN is dying the way it is--while immigration is okay, "one-country-based/focused/biased" leads to ugly results.

I lived in Canada for 11 years, 2008 - 2019, went to university and worked in Toronto. I come from an upper-middle class family in China, went to a top university in Canada, landed good jobs and I speak English like a native. I got my PR in 2015 and I remember the painful uphill battle I had to go through just get that. All the bureaucracy, redtape, unnecessarily rigid rules, high cost and long wait I received from CIC/IRCC felt like a humiliation to me. Every document was scrutinized and every step had obstacle that fealt unreasonable (my TOEFL examiner ask me why I had to do the language test required by CIC, and I had to visit a notary to validate my Chinese national ID card). It felt uneasy but I understood that these were the rules that everyone had to go through, and moving and integrating into a new society was never meant to be easy.
I went back to Canada in 2021 and 2024, and it was evident that the country I once called home had gone down the hill. The streets were screaming crime, unemployment, inflation, drug and filth, it's total social rot. As someone who went through the whole immigration process (and many of my friends who went through the same have left Canada for good, like myself), I attribute much of this to failed immigration policy. I cannot help but feel confused, angry, betrayed and humiliated when I look at the recent immigration policies of Canada and their results, and compare with what I had to go through. The feeling sums up to: Canada penalizes the hard-working and law-abiding people, and rewards the undeserved and the cheaters. Example: when the US creates wars in the Middle East, why does CANADA bear the cost of bringing in refugees?
I never regretted moving back to China and East Asia, and I feel bad for those who still truly think of Canada as home, as I am one myself. When the leadership of a country deviates from pragmatism, reason and common sense, and instead embraces idealogies, hypocrisy and political optics, this is what happens. The prices are paid by everyone, immigrant or not. For this, Trudeau deserves a court trial for his incompetence and dereliction of duty; and the people of Canada need some honest and serious retrospection. I will share some words of wisdom by the late Lee Kwan Yew: “Whoever governs Singapore (LKY was the PM and founding father of Singapore) must have that iron in him. Or give it up. This is not a game of cards, this is your life and mine. I've spent a whole lifetime building this and as long as I'm in charge, nobody is going to knock it down.” I hope the clownish weakling politicians in Canada (and, in much of the western world nowadays) can be enlightened a little bit.

The whites people of Canada have decided;
1. Not to bear enough children to expand whites population
2. Embrace LGBTQ ideas which among others things results to depopulation.
3. Due to above two reasons, Canada has to promote immigration in order to avoid depopulation which may harm the economy.
4. Since immigration is promoted, it has opened door for Indians, arabs, chinese.
5. Canada is changing because whites did forgot that they are required to bear enough children to preserve their identify and race.
6. Whites can change this trend if they decide. How? Every whiteman should mary and have enough kids (two kids and above).

we need to break out of this narrative that Trudeau brought them here. He might be the lead clown in the circus but this immigration flood has been going on for 50 years, the only thing is that it is turned up to 11 in the last 5 years and the results are inescapable now. White flight is impossible now.

To be honest the problem with Canada is that they are not having strict immigration checks like the USA which has in turn resulted in non-qualified people coming from India to name sake colleges over there . A lot of people just used to drive trucks or do odd jobs over here in India . I really think Canada's welcoming nature has been misused in the wrong way.

Two generations ago (50-60 years ago) the Indians who came to Canada, with no family in Canada had excellent qualifications. They had to come with jobs waiting for them in universities, engineering firms, architectural firms and hospitals. The students were Masters or Ph.D. with full scholarship. They went on to build the country but they were minorities fighting the occasional racism on the street (as the woman in the green t- shirt says). Today, as a result of Trudeau's naïveté about the level of corruption in India, there's a huge influx of relatively unqualified Indians arriving and not being able to assimilate into Canadian society because they do not have good job qualifications. They end up living in ghettos and turn to crime. We must fix that by being much more selective of Indian immigrants.
As someone of the Indian diaspora, I'd also like to say that there are those Indo Canadians ("brown folks") who want nothing to do with the Brampton or Surrey ghettos. Many of us are completely secular, having no religion and share nothing with these people fighting around temples and yelling at each other in Punjabi or Hindi. We speak English and French and vote in the elections.

I think immigration would result in assimilation if you had small numbers of people from all countries. But many countries around the world have millions of immigrants from only a few countries like India etc.

immigration as the US shutdown is active times frame result of politicians desperately seeking new voters, always always the shame game, these politicians never planned to do good for the immigrants, they dumped them in the country for votes!

Canada has changed significantly in recent years, and I believe our post-COVID immigration policies have played a major role in the challenges we’re facing today.
Here’s how things went off track: Many individuals who couldn’t pass the IELTS (English proficiency test) entered the country on visitor visas or through spousal sponsorships—some of which were questionable or fraudulent. During that time, the government was converting visitor visas into work permits with little to no scrutiny. Background checks and rejections were rare.
Meanwhile, colleges rapidly expanded their intake capacity—understandably so, since international students pay three to four times more in tuition. At the same time, due to inflationary pressures, the government allowed international students to work 40 hours per week instead of the previous 20-hour limit. This created a new, ready-to-work labor force in just a year or two, heavily impacting the retail sector.
As a result, a large portion of retail jobs shifted toward a single ethnic group, while many Canadian citizens found themselves sidelined. One key factor was flexibility. Many immigrant communities—particularly Indian—were more willing to accept irregular hours and last-minute shifts, often adopting a more compliant, “yes sir” attitude that employers found appealing.
However, I’m already beginning to notice changes in the retail landscape, likely due to the government finally tightening immigration rules.
Going forward, we don’t need to close our doors—but we do need smarter immigration policies, with proper checks and balances, to ensure fairness and sustainability for everyone.

We don’t feel now living in Canada. It looks India as a result of issuance of too many student visas to one specific country.

Its not just diploma mills. I did an MBA at Schulich School of Business in Toronto from 2021-2023 and about 80% of students were from India. Of that 80%, about 50% barely spoke english and had experience that was substantially less rigorous than the domestic students. I'm glad the government is starting to address this but their scope is too narrow - it is not just "diploma mills", institutions we once thought were reputable are also being diluted and the quality of education is decreasing precipitously across the board as a result.

the hindus don't denigrate anybody.
...except those untouchables over there. they're subhuman filth.
i think most canadians aren't pissed off about the immigration, exactly, and are more annoyed by the shift in resources. it's a pretty big country with a lot of empty space. they set up in a small town and didn't bother anyone. that's roughly in line with canadian values. however, during that time, we've seen a lot of cuts to systems that were intended to help people born in canada and a shift in resources to help people born elsewhere coming into the country. white canadians are correct in noticing that the government has picked a side, and is shifting it's resources to helping this one group at the expense of the other, and it's had visible results that you're helpfully documenting. it's relatively clear that, whatever the merit of that initial shift in resources, it's had some unexpected effects, and that policy needs to be reevaluated. it's relatively clear who needs government resources in brampton in 2025, and the answer is not the same as it was in 1995.

Dude, you could show something bad as a result of this. All you showed are some disgruntled white people.
Like, how is this having a negative impact? So far the biggest complaint seems to be “they trade among themselves”. And that “themselves” include anyone who trade with them as the Pakistani guy said.
So white people used to trade among themselves and having a system tilted towards them was “great” but brown people doing the same is bad? So just pure and simple xenophobia?
Or is it “bad” in any measurable outcome? Economy, crime, employment?

White-societies have a tendency to externalize blame for their decline onto others immigrants/racial minorities etc, without looking into their own systems. The collapse of family farming in Brampton or other part of Canada for instance, was not caused by immigrants but by corporate consolidation.....which since its being made into a race argument ...is driven largely by white elites. Declining white fertility is likewise a cultural product of hyper-individualism, consumerism, and high divorce rates, lack of kinship-based safety nets, where individual entitlement takes precedence over collective responsibility....and not simply demographic replacement by the brown immigrants.
White societies have historically exported systems of domination and resource extraction, destabilizing the very regions whose immigrants they look down upon. What you are witnessing is not the result of immigration, but the unraveling of a culture built on exploitation, entitlement, and disposability.....one that is now collapsing under its own design. None of us are perfect, but folks keep framing this economic crisis in terms of immigration problem, rather than wealthy elite minority vs dispossessed majority, you are never getting this fixed.

The definition of madness is doing the same thing multiple times and expecting a different result. Nowhere to rent. No houses under $1mil. Skyrocketing gas and grocery prices. Overall cost of living is skyrocketing. Wages are painfully low. But we'll keep voting for the same governments that have made the choices that have led to these problems over and over again. Madness.

While the end result is the actual "immigrant", you can tell these new immigrants all day and night to go back to their country...
The immigrant themselves will be looking at you like... Huh? Why? Not understanding why people say that to them. Folks, the Trudeau/Carney Gov was the problem all along. Trudeau's campaign on bringing 500,000 a year made this a field day for everyone around the world... Furthermore the campaigns they would have in other countries to literally sell the idea for them to apply to become an immigrant in Canada. The libs are 100% responsible for what is happening now... For me to tell an immigrant, the he/she is not wanted here is not relevant... The government sold them the pitch to come here for a better life....
Trudeau allowed other loopholes to happen too.... Migrants through applying to colleges and universities, migrants through the liberal foreign work program and the list goes on.
Now we have a problem and everyone sees it.... The question is what do we do as Canadians...
I exercised my vote for blue...but we still had a majority of liberal supporters which was not just surprising but it seemed that people think Conservatives are bad people who are racist and want to follow trumps steps... i begged to differ.... I think what many of us are aiming for is a cleaning up of liberal policies...
And stop immigration from ALL PLACES. Allow Canada to re-coop, reestablish and redevelop what it always was.

And these immigrants (all of them) must come to Canada after a very rigorous vetting screening process, bring their own money to support themselves during their entire stay in Canada, pay out of their own pocket for their medical expenses.
Nothing should be paid by the host country...NOTHING.
I don't have any recollection of ever going to a restaurant or hotel/motel and the country that im visiting is covering ALL OF MY LIVING COSTS DURING MY ENTIRE STAY.
SO WHY SHOULD CANADA PAY TO HAVE THESE IMMIGRANTS IN THE COUNTRY, TAKING OUR JOBS, YET WE AS TAXPAYERS PAY FOR EVERYTHING FOR THEM. UH-UH, NO WAY, THATS NOT RIGHT.
THEY should not have (or require) an interpretor in court, government office, at a traffic stop or anywhere.
If the roles were reversed, Canadiens going to their foreign land definitely WOULD NOT RECEIVE ALL OF THE BENEFITS THAT THEY RECEIVE FROM OUR COUNTRY CALLED CANADA.
People MUST VOICE THEIR opinions about their own lives and how these immigrants are raping our country for everything it has, and yet true Canadians get to lose more and more of their precious homeland.
Ive seen muslim women and their children make some makeshift porter-potty curtained up where the deficate, and urinate in a hole dug into the sand ON THE BEACH and when they're ready to leave, they bury up the hole in the (BEACH SAND) sand, remove their tent and walk off the beach leaving behind them (I guess for Canadians to enjoy their presence on our soil) their little disgusting biohazard ☣️ waste in a public place where everyone walks bear foot, and use their bare hands. Thats simply revolting.
JUST IMAGINE THE NEXT DAY, THAT A CANADIAN CHILD DIGS IN THE SAND TO PLAY WITH THRIR TOY CARS ETC. WHAT DISGUSTING MESS TO FIND AT THE BEACG. WHAT SICKNESSES DO THESE MUSLIMS (OBSERVED LEAVING THAT MINI SEPTIC SYSTEM THE PREVIOUS DAY) HAVE, AND WILL GET THE TRUE CANADIANS ILL AS A RESULT OF THEM IMPOSING THEIR FILTHY CULTURE WITH THEM.
Frankly, as for myself, i can very well do without their presence because they do not respect our beautiful Canada. They're violent, rape and gang rape our young girls, attack our Canadians, won't assimilate to the ways of this country, wont speak our 2 official languages, wont follow our laws, bring with them the criminal element of using guns and knives and unspeakable violence.
Please government of Canada; SEND THEM IMMEDIATELY BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY NEVER TO RETURN.

WEF Globalist Indoctrinated Liberal Politicians opening the passive fascist leftism flood gates in the form of so called inclusion Policies and in turn fraudulently changing the process of immigration to cater to cheap labor , economic exploitation, and foremost to expand the votes for the Liberal and NDP Parties with out first making sure there is infrastructure to support such expansion whether it be housing , health care , or employment .but no instead Canadians are being overtaxed and displaced to cater to all these unfettered political migrants who have not earned the right to come to Canada . they are all being used to disrupt our countries culture and values ??? add to it all the new lax criminal laws , and harm reduction enabling hard drug profiteering and the very no consented public LGBT alphabet queer theory being shoved down everyone's throats trough distorted and immoral laws an policy changes perpetrated by a corrupt self serving group of liberal politicians and the result is what is now unfolding not just in Canada but everywhere the WEF an WHO have pushed their globalist political agendas !. it is all very sad seeing the world i grew up in being slowly destroyed by those evil greedy people that are stealing any decent future or quality of life away from the next generations of Canadians .🙁

Healthcare in Canada is only a promise, the reality is the wait-list, every step of the way. I took a 17-month wait for a mri and cut it down to 17 hours, cutting a multi-year process down to 6 days. To get a mri in Canada is not easy there are only a smattering of private options if you want to pay, but you still have to wait 3 weeks, and it will cost $3500. I said screw it, bought a plane ticket, flew to Bangkok arriving on a Saturday, saw a doctor on Sunday, had a mri on Monday, and got the results on Friday. Then I spent the next week sitting on a beach. The total cost all in was $1900. I am not fussy, I'll accept any hospital in any country that will accept me.

This is a direct result of Liberal policies, but there's a very simple solution. Vote conservative!

Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is the definition of insanity. We have been under Liberal governance for well over 10 years, how is that working out for you? If you are ready for a change, remember to vote with your mind not your emotions, elections have consequences, we have been paying the price for too long.

This the results of continuing to vote in liberal progressive leadership, this was starting to happen in the U.S. Thank God most Americans have awakened to the madness and voted in a conservative president who is taking control and stopping the madness.I suggest to you my Northern neighbors to do the same and save your Nation!

I’ve lived in Canada for 30 years, but I became unemployed in 2021. This is the first time I’ve been out of work for more than a year and a half. I’ve applied online for over 20 jobs, but unfortunately I haven’t received any responses. This has never happened to me before.
When I first came to Canada, it felt very safe—you could even leave your door unlocked at night. Things have changed a lot since then. Nowadays, there are many new immigrants and refugees, which has also changed the job market. I’ve noticed that many companies prefer hiring workers with student visas, because the government subsidizes part of their wages. That makes it more cost-effective for companies compared to hiring Canadian workers.
I heard this directly from my former manager. As a result, some of my old colleagues now only get one or two days of work per week, while companies continue bringing in new employees.

Because they are not trying to fit in to our society and they are causing problems for the neighbors. They receive more than born Canadians and are given jobs here over Canadians. In my apartment building they don't like to be told to stop causing noise disturbances, in fact it even gets worse when they have been asked to stop. Some of the tenants " Newcomers " seem to think they can operate a business in the apartment which means they use excessive noise to build whatever they are building. Once they have been asked to stop by other tenants and given notices they then decide to retaliate by causing further noise which is deliberately to disturb the rest of us. They try to intimidate people that they know are born Canadians like some kind of gang members. We no longer feel safe in our own homes and neighborhoods. We are tired of them using the race card for every problem they have which is usually something they caused in the first place. In this particular building on Queen st. N. in Hamilton they cause trouble in multiple different apartments which they attend. Once they have been asked to stop causing noise in one apartment they just go to one of the others and then proceed to do the same thing there. Some of the newcomers have been given more than one apartment in the same building and therefore run back and forth between those apartments and slam the door of each one over and over all day long. The management has been informed hundreds of times for a number of years and yet they have not yet dealt with the issues. There is an ongoing record of so many incidents in this building which the management has not addressed beyond a blanket notice to all tenants regarding noise complaints. The manager says things like " It's a process " and yet there seems to be no results. Is management afraid to just simply evict the trouble makers ??

At last, some media outlets have found the courage to speak the truth; a truth that 90% of the country has been whispering behind closed doors, too afraid to say out loud for fear of being branded racist. A large number of these individuals have arrived with fake diplomas, and nobody dares verify them. Why? Because even questioning their credentials risks backlash and accusations of discrimination. And when the diplomas are real, the educational standards often don't measure up, resulting in subpar performance and poor-quality service.
Many arrive under the pretense of being students, legally allowed to work only 20 hours a week. But they bypass this by exploiting loopholes in shift trading policies at major Canadian companies, racking up 40+ hours a week with ease. This isn’t disorganized opportunism, it's calculated and coordinated. Their communities are becoming increasingly unified and powerful, turning into breeding grounds for corruption, ethnic nepotism and tribalism. They use their community ties and visible minority status to fast-track into positions far beyond their skill or experience levels. Once inside, they bring in more of their own, creating insular hiring circles designed to shield and advance one another, regardless of merit!

Canada's immigration system has lowered the bar big time. What happened to their mandate after '67 that was supposed to be focused on permitting entry to only skilled immigrants? Now, they're letting any immigrant with a pulse come in. As a result, rents and housing prices have skyrocketed, and now the average Canadian can no longer afford to buy a home. Of course, it doesn't help that the government got out of the homebuilding business decades ago; big mistake. Our government has done this country a huge disservice.

I am supportive of immigration, but I believe there should be a cap of no more than 1-2.5% annually.
A significant number of migrants moving to Canada from the same region or country could cause issues, as this can lead to the formation of "mini-bubble" societies within Canada. These groups may sometimes become the dominant demographic and undermine the existing communities that have contributed to building Canada for decades.
We cannot expect new immigrants to seamlessly merge into Canadian society. This is a major oversight by Canada’s Immigration Department. Digital applications from foreign nations may play a role in this phenomenon.
There should also be regulations concerning how many new immigrants can be brought in by family members. For instance, one new citizen can legally bring both of their parents and their spouse, which is fair. However, there have been cases where this process is repeated multiple times within ten years, leading to a 1:15 ratio, where one person can bring in six to eight relatives.
If there is a labor shortage in essential fields, Canada can offer long-term residency to those who continue to work in those sectors, such as caretakers. However, the pathway to citizenship could be lengthened or require a higher standard. For instance, the requirements could extend from X years of living in Canada to X+5 years, as well as passing a basic Canadian citizenship test, either written or verbal.
While an increase of five years may seem unfair or lengthy, it is essential. A newborn child from a Canadian family requires 18 years to gain voting rights in elections, whereas new immigrants—especially those who come for study for four to six years—can potentially gain both citizenship and voting rights sooner if they meet the previous administration's standard.
Children under the age of 18 can gain citizenship in as little as X-4 years, regardless of their full integration into Canadian society. This loophole is sometimes abused and provides preferential treatment that favors this process over existing Canadian.
In my opinion, it would be fairer to calculate the duration of "living in Canada" based on the number of years they have paid "income taxes" in Canada. This is important because many individuals with multiple passports pay taxes elsewhere while benefiting from Canadian healthcare and other services.
The investment in home buying as a pathway to citizenship has contributed to the housing crisis, resulting in numerous empty homes in various regions. While it may offer short-term economic benefits that some politicians favor, it is detrimental to Canada as a whole. If buying a house is the only requirement for citizenship, wouldn't a large portion of the global population be eligible for U.S. citizenship just by investing in U.S. businesses or stocks? This perspective may seem illogical when looking at it from outside the box.
Apologies for being a bit wordy; I had much more to say.
Nonetheless, I also support temporary residency for up to 6-9 months for those who have been evacuated due to war, natural disasters, or similar circumstances.
Special exceptions can be granted for families with members working in critical fields that merit such considerations (high-end industry).

As an American I am afraid of my government. Our future is bleak and uncertain. I can not do anything due to me being 1 person. I am 1 voice, but no one wants to protest, instead people want to sit and accept it. I do not want this, and I struggle because of the political BS because people are stupid. I do not have the money to relocate my family or I would. This has become a sad and dark part of US history.\nThese tariffs were a result of Ukraine and Trump having an ego trip. Nothing less.\nI will always support my fellow Americans, but there's only so much I will support. I will always support Ukraine Canada and Mexico.

This is All drama, people are being fooled and being shown a fake fight before they ll be screwed with high inflation. Due to their trillions of discretionary spending on wars and other non productive programs where tax payer’s money siphoned to private pockets, and more money printing and inflation as a result was inevitable, they are just creating a drama before that to make you believe Oh it was Taliban’s fault or Putin’s fault or Hamas fault or now Zelensky’s fault. NO it was all planned. They instigate these scenarios and wage wars to do billions business making money from these conflicts. This is all scripted. We are being fooled and robed. Stock long life things to save something now

Trump also caused China to cut the flow of Rare Earth Minerals to the US which lead to the attempt to extort Ukraine of its natural resources. Similar situation , failure to recognize that China is supplying the raw materials driving the surge in technical advancement. To then try to deny the product of that raw material supply, aka cutting edge Chips.. back to China, is moronic. In Trumps world a Win/Win is a sign of weakness...except now China cut off the US from supply and there is no replacement.... Annnnnnnnd so the logical move is to pick other things being supplied and do the same to Canada..... when Canada pulls the plug on supply, the result will be the same. EVERYONE worldwide should take note and begin cutting supplies to the US and ceasing dependance on US manufacturers in favor of those with governments who will accept Mutually beneficial relationships as what they are...a Win/Win. China and Canada should deepen ties. Ukraine is better off working with Russia than allowing itself to be extorted. Everyone else should distance themselves from the US and honestly this damage Trump is doing will take decades to undo. The US is not reliable so long as they fail recognize international law and fair trade when it doesnt suit them... this is good for noone, but it will be worst on the US. Thats how WW2 started... Tariffs collapsed the German economy. Caused the Great depression. Germany and its people were forced into a corner. This is what Trump and his masters are trying to do. Starting WW3 is on someones agenda and whomever that is is also pulling Trumps strings. Bad times ahead

Putin has so obviously told Trump to distance himself from all democratically elected countries and processes and rule like he does with an authoritarian regime. Have elections yes - but with results already arranged to win.\nTrump then does not need to listen to these democracies because he takes control and keeps it. Has nothing to do with drugs, or stockmarkets, it's to do with power and keeping it. We all know he lies, lies and lies - so never take his rhetoric as correct.
