The only thing I would say cause you seem to be very young. Is that brampton actually in the 70's and to early 2000's used to be mostly a white and black community and then other cultures. I am born in Toronto I have a cousin born in Toronto who currently lives in brampton she owns a house in brampton for about 25 years. And is going through a lot mentally with the slamming. We got of people from India mostly in the last 2 years, but it's been going on slowly over 10 years and she's not doing well with the overwhelment of Indians and we're of black Jamaican heritage. So just so you know, brampton used to actually be white and then black was actually the second largest population and everybody else was after that. And then in the last 10 years they started coming but it wasn't in hundreds of thousands and then in the last 2 years it blew up insanely. As that man described is like an invasion. I now live on the West Coast of Canada and the same thing has happened here. And it's been a lot for me Canadian born. I've always grew up with every culture. I've lived and worked around the Indians that used to come here were literally not even on the radar. I mean you see them, but you just they just blended in because most of them had assimilated and were doing their lives. The breed that has come over specifically in the last 2 years is what is making it even worse cause if they acted like the ones who came before 10 -20 -30 years ago. They probably wouldn't stand out, but then again when you bring in almost a million, into all of Canada, they would stand out, but maybe people wouldn't be so agitated, if they had tried to assimilate and be respectful to the other cultures here and that is the number one complaint I hear anytime, I see interviews. Is people saying they don't assimilate? They're very rude to anybody who is not them. They are just interacting with the environment. The way they do at home, Canadians are more quiet and try to be respectful of other cultures. We like to just have their own space and our own peace when they're moving throughout this space and a lot of people describe the energy of the Indians coming in almost evasive into your space and then not really carrying anything about invading ur space. They act like, so what's the big deal if I'm in your space and that has been the number one issue is just the rudeness. Not assimilating and imposing their culture, speaking their language, not attempting to integrate with other cultures showing actually a lot of racism to some of the other cultures. And that has been the biggest problem. So just so you know, cause I can tell you're young. I'm North 40 years old and I can tell you. The demographic change has been so intense everywhere in Canada especially in the last 2 years. That I have even seen podcast with Indian people who have been here 10 -20-30 years, saying the government needs to figure out a way and get a good swath of these people gone because they are. Staining them with a negative brush. Cause I can tell you. It's only in the last 5 years. That I notice Indians. I've grown up around every culture. And I just don't notice individual cultures in that way. Until in 2022, Trudeau took the guard railsl off the foreign worker program and the student Visa working program. And just said Hey, anybody want to come bum rush the door now? And India is known for having middlemen in India that work with Fake Diploma Mills scholls with brampton having over 80 of them that the middlemen work scamming Indians by telling them if they pay anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $50,000 even higher to get fake school acceptance letters, so they can come here to get the word permit and work full-time or with companies that provide fake LMIA job offers on the black market, which is illegal under the I.R.C.C, but that is a thing that they had prior to 2022. And when Trudeau took the guards rails off when it comes the requirements and basically. Made it a free-for-all and as India already had the scamming infrastructure in place that kept their population moderate and it just allowed th scammers to go nuts, so that's why we got mostly Indians. Other cultures do it too, but it's so tiny. It's not noticeable. The Indians already had the infrastructure in place that when they took off the guard rails, it was easy for them to switch and start selling these opportunities to go to these fake schools was over 80 of them in brampton t such a lightening speed. Hence why we got slammed so hard-and-fast with that specific community.That just really we're coming here to work and send money home and that is also why a lot of our banks are now struggling with cash reserved because they're sending money home. The issue arises when less educated individuals immigrate. I've noticed many Indians pursuing Bachelor's degrees abroad with an IELTS score of 6.6. When they arrive, you might be surprised at their limited English proficiency, making you wonder how they were accepted for studies. Unfortunately, there’s a scam involved. In India, some agencies and immigration consultants charge fees to forge IELTS certificates. For many of these students, the real goal isn’t education, but finding jobs and eventually settling down. Many come from wealthy families who send them money each month to maintain a Canadian lifestyle. However, some of these students lack discipline and engage in unruly behavior, disregarding the law. Naturally, this leads to frustration and resentment among native Canadians.

I think it boils down to the issue of mass immigration as you pointed out earlier in the video. People don’t like to observe sudden and drastic transformation of their country’s cultural and ethnic make up. The Trudeau government is the one primarily responsible for this when he’s importing half a million immigrants a year not only it causes housing shortage but also not enough time to integrate the migrants that are coming and it becomes unsustainable. Hence when there’s stories such as “pooping on the beach by East Indian migrants” emerges it simply shows a symptom of unsustainable immigration where some immigrants bring in their disgusting 3rd world habits and don’t realize the common sense social norms that exist in the country they’ve migrated to and learn to adapt. And yes there are way too many Indians in Canada and it’s quite noticeable, they often don’t respect Canadian culture and values and don’t properly integrate.

I am Canadian. My problem is not with the Indians, it the rate of immigration is far out pacing our infrastructures to support all of them. There's a lot of greed fueling issues. Foreigners are being exploited for cheap labor and wage suppression, indian students are being pumped into colleges at inflated rates. There was a lobby group called the century initiative that really pushed for 100mil Canadians by year 2100 that seems to have been a big part of why there was such an aggressive push. It's members were affiliated with companies that stood to profit greatly from the housing crisis.\n\nIndians are not the problem. It's a fucked up system and a lag in infrastructure. I want all that come here to thrive, and it's possible. We need to come together in order to problem solve this. \nWe can lead with empathy, and revolt with innovation. Look for opportunities to begin positive feedback loops with locals. I've noticed the accent can really make or break an interaction between Indians and locals. Really focus on perfecting the language and the local manners is my first suggestion for newcomers. \nSecondly is just to get involved. When locals see foreigners joining them in efforts to improve the community we warm up to them. When prejudice divides us, we are enabling the exploitation by the ruling classes that are disconnected from our hardship.\n\nGood luck

I've been to Canada several times as a tourist, visiting the country's biggest cities and always finding it a great vacation destination. But the last few times I've been there I've noticed the decline, especially in the bigger cities. As an immigrant, I've been here since I was 14, and now I'm 29. I embrace the culture and strive to become a true Canadian, respecting our diversity regardless of race. However, I've noticed that some other immigrants, whether legal or illegal, gather in large groups—sometimes 200 people or more—playing loud music in their own languages and dancing as if they were still in their home country. This is a problem.

This came up in my feed, I'm in England ??????? and I've always rented as finances have never really been enough to get on the property ladder. I started off in a Private rental and thankfully I'm now in Social housing with an Assured Tenancy so it would be extremely difficult for the housing association to evict me and they have to prove to fault in court and they can't serve me a no fault notice. However rent has always been my number 1 priority bill, when I rented privately I had a Standing order set up with the bank and they drew the money out every month to pay the landlord. I set it so they drew it 3 days before the rent payment date and to account for weekends as banks don't pay out on weekends. In England ??????? rent is classed as paid when it leaves the tenants account not when a landlord receives it, so that's why I set up to leave 3 days early so it never debited late. Now I live in Social housing and it's been fantastic for me and my needs and I'm super lucky as there isn't much social housing about here anymore. I now pay rent by the method requested by the housing association which is direct debit and I pay it on the due date now as direct debits are credited to your rent account on the actual due date even if it's a weekend and then bank draws it out on the Monday. Rent is so important, I can call the housing association if anything is broken or not working and they send someone to fix it without any extra charge to me as it's all in with the rent. You have to pay your rent and if you can't afford it then look for something cheaper and give notice to your landlord.

In Manitoba it’s a little bit easier but the RTB is such a drawn out process. \n\nYou need to have justifying grounds. Easy. They didn’t pay. You have to serve them their termination, with a minimum of five business days to vacate. This is where it gets tricky. You have to attempt at least 3 times on different dates at different times of the day. Usually around 7:00 AM, Noon, around 7:00 PM. If that fails. You have to pay to be allowed to post the notice on the door. After that you have declare they’ve been served. Then book a hearing which can take a month or more. At the hearing which can take hours or minutes depending on how well prepared you are, or how much the tenant wants to argue. \n\nOnce the hearing is concluded. It can take 1-2 weeks to get the final decision. If they’re told to vacate. They usually have 5 business days before you can involve law enforcement. Which then takes another week for them to show up. Finally the landlord can change the locks. \n\nExcept, the tenant can then file an appeal. And take the landlord back into a hearing which can take another month. If the tenant fails to change the verdict it’s final. Then you need permission from the RTB to send them to collections, which can then take months if ever, to get the money back.

Because people across the West are starting to notice that we're all being flooded with thrid welrd immigrants against our will, to the point where our native/host populations will become minorities in our own countries. \nNot that hard to figure out. \n15 or so years ago, most of us thought the future was going to be amazing. Now we're realizing that our entire civilization is slowly being taken over by a bunch of violent 4 inners. \nFrom 1981 to 2021, in just 40 years, Canada's W population went from 93.3% to 69.8%. Living in upstate NY, I’ve been telling people this since 2021. I’ve noticed so many obvious immigrants over the years.

The ratio of men to women is also insane. I have noticed there is way more uneducated men coming in and a lot of them are not culturally accustomed to Canada when it comes to how to behave. The amount of times I’ve seen them in groups hanging around the playgrounds or joking about kidnapping / r@pe, following women, its crazy. The government and some people end up actually do stating that it's not the immigrants fault about what's been going on that is entirely untrue because it's technically the immigrants fault for taking our homes kicking us out of the house basically not even going by our rules and our laws to actually get us out of the houses properly and basically they can take our jobs can Canadian citizens out of their jobs just to put their own people into those jobs and making sure that no Canadian can actually have a job anymore except unless if you are their kind like they take our jobs they take our homes so far they have taken about I would say a quarter of our country button all of reality when the government and some other people say that it's not the these immigrants fault for what is going on in reality they're just as much as a fault than the actual government is because the government allowed them to take our jobs our homes and when Justin Trudeau says that he's going to be building other places for basically thousands of people can actually have jobs for Canadian people to have jobs he's not talking about the original Canadians he's talking about the Immigrant Canadians so when you thinking that he's talking about you for you getting your jobs and having a job again no he's not talking about you he's talking about giving more jobs to the immigrants same thing when they basically saying oh yes we're going to build more houses we're going to build affordable living areas know they're not talking about for Canadians like the original Canadians or the indigenous Canadians they're talking for the Immigrant Canadians they're not building homes or jobs for indigenous or Canadian original Canadians their building jobs and homes for immigrants 2 are government they don't even care about the indigenous or the original Canadians they only care about the Immigrant Canadians because that's what I've noticed every single time they said that they're going to build a new Factory here or a new assembly plant there or new homes over here basically every single time they have finished with it all they do is they shove more immigrants into those places maybe a few Canadians will end up getting in just to make it look like they're not discriminating but you'll see that there's more immigrants into those locations than there are of actual indigenous or original Canadians like our country has gone down the crapper see I never used to care about the immigrants and everything else until Justin Trudeau did what he did with flooding our country entirely with just immigrants and the immigrants treating us like garbage

Settled really well but since last few years we’ve noticed a lot of crime drugs and Canada became culturally insignificant place to live. Lately Khalistani movement have become more frequent on the streets. The schools are focusing more on LGBTQ and sex education and there is not much other education provided in the schools Finally we decided to move back to India after a lot of discussion with parents and friends and we moved back to India last June. After spending a month in India (Ahmedabad, Gujarat) I feel so secured for my family and kids.\n\nMe and my wife are pharmacists, we have witnessed heath care very closely. we’ve seen a lot of patients died due to not getting heart surgeries on time . Knee replacement has become almost impossible due to a long wait times and patients are badly suffering with pain. Some hospitals had to close down on weekends as no doctors are available, there are no enough beds so patients are being treated on hallways, The wait times in Emergency Departments is so long…\n\nYou should have talked about schools, education policies are not so good till 10th standard they are only focusing on arts, music, drawings, basic maths, sex and LGBTQ. The sex education is compulsory from 5th standard (It was optional before)

I’m tired of seeing them in every business out there. Tim’s, almost all gas stations, banks,I understand they come for a better life but you have to have a limit on how any come in. The one thing I noticed is most don’t have a common understanding of the English language. I’ve seen customers get agitated because they have no idea what you’re talking about. I avoid Brampton at all cost. Majority of the car accidents and trailers being flipped over on highways are Indians. This has to stop.

I have noticed in my city in Australia, there have been an influx of indians coming in. All the delivery drivers on motorbikes I've seen on the road are Indian and they don't seem to care about our road rules. They drive dangerously.

I lived in Ottawa all my life...maybe 2015, they started coming in so fast, I've never really seen so many Indians...now they're all over the place. Not saying it's a bad thing. Just what I've noticed. And lately I have been seeing them in Gatineau but knowing Quebec has new French rule, this may not want them to go live in QC. I think Vancouver has a lot of Chinese and Indians. Just the way it is. They say white people had it too easy and just demanded more from the government whereas Asians will come here for a better life, possibly doing labor work and not complain, so is this is the government is accepting of them? You mentioned something that I (dual citizen, born in Canada, but lived in Europe for most of my life) have noticed, too. You see a lot of white Canadians who are in bad shape whereas most of the immigrants seem to be doing quite well. I don't know what exactly to make of this, but it struck me, too. In Europe or the USA I've never had that impression.

These people from India don't give a shit. they blast their own language they talk in their own language and don't care at all about integrating into Canadian culture English or French. Most of your points are close enough, I agree with your first figures about net tax’s and rent expending, I tracked my expending by different categories. Bro it's impossible to make friends here. For context, Im IndoCanadian, born in Vancouver, and whichever friends one makes from grade school are the only ones that stay. Now, within my situation, I've noticed people who are not IndoCanadian are hesitant to talk with IndoCanadians because of the influx of Indian people from India, which most of whom do not speak fluent English. Its hard to differentiate between IndoCanadians who were born here with Indians who have arrived recently. Which means people are hesitant to talk with IndoCanadians since it's assumed that we do not speak fluent English/live with foreign etiquette. But whatever ?.

Canada and Australia have so much in common incl. genocidal monarchs as national heads except for the weather i.e., snow vs desert/temperate grassland. As an Aussie, I’ve lived most of my life in Australia — I was making Au$200,000/yr and my partner is an ICU nurse who made around Au$100,000/yr — and by my standards our life was average in real terms although most (ignorant) Aussies would say we had a great life. Thing is, most Aussies (and Canadians) haven’t experienced anything better whereas I have lived and worked in four countries and my partner has lived and worked in three — we appreciate good living standards and I’ve noticed that most Canadians and Aussies don’t even know what we mean when we talk about such things. Anyway we permanently moved to the US this year because I’m also American — now finally we can start a family!

There should be a two tiered health care system. Anyone who’s not a Canadian born citizen should be behind someone who is and who pays their taxes and actually pays for the medical system. I don’t know how many times I’ve sat in waiting rooms and not heard one word of English. They’re clearly fresh off the boat and clogging up the system. Have they paid Canadian taxes?? It’s a disgrace, i liken it to being overrun by locusts. If you’re not paying taxes here you should have to pay for your own medical treatment. I love Canada. But i left it for tanzania, Africa. I left with 250k CAD and thats all i had. Now i own 3 luxury houses, 8 rental units, 100 acres of farmland with 2 semi-trucks, and I'm making quite alot of money from these investments. Here’s an example of a time I was over there, waiting in line at customer service at a store. There was a man in front of me. I patiently waited for him to finish and then went to step forward in his place. A woman behind me basically pushed me out of the way, literally cut me, and then started interacting with the employee like it was an everyday normal thing to do! I had to pick my jaw up off the floor. Manners are something you learn as a child. I had no idea how I’m inconsiderate and rude some people could be. (I have many other examples but of course when I see something like that, I really notice it.)\nNever mind the lack of respect for human life when you’re trying to drive on a Freeway with some. That’s actually terrifying.

Nice candid video Tyler. I have a good friend (a Jusey Gurl) who moved to Canada like 20ish years ago I think mainly because of an ex. I think she appreciates the health care as well with my talks with her over the years. She and I've been thinking this lately that Canadians have either changed or that Canadians are more friendly stereotype is going down .I think with more immigration, the cost of living and frozen pay and higher and higher taxes Canadians are increasing discouraged with politics and Canada in general. You noticed many of the woman mentioning health care and social programs as well? Police... We have a lot here as well maybe more so because of pay. The police are well looked after and paid well here. I think politics are getting more polar and more divisive here as well. The liberals have really really done a stellar job with two terms of sheer WEF CCP hogwash to destroy the country. Another general stereotype is that Americans are obnoxious and unpleasant isn't true as well. I'm in tourism and find most of the Yanks to be friendly and polite and GREAT TIPPERS. Ha many US servers don't like it when Canucks go over there because they're stingy. I think if everything works out without saying more, your country, like it or not , will ultimately start the big liberation finally of humanity hopefully for the better. You folks generally have a bigger love of freedom and you're ARMED. You have the mindset and the LEVERAGE to change the system. And we as Canadians are always looking and following the US why to the extent because things are a little different here I don't know... I await with hopeful yet bated breath with the big changes coming in the following years. Love, freedom and the pursuit of happiness good neighbors eh!

My husband and I lived in Columbus, Ohio for 12 years. During that time we had two babies, but we had insurance so the price tag wasn't too bad, overall. We made good friends there, all different political views but we got along well and it was great. We lived in Ohio both pre and post 9-11. I definitely noticed a difference in the growing patriotism around us. Even pre-9-11 there was a higher level of overt patriotism than I was used to in Canada. For instance, more people had flags in their yards or America-themed bumper stickers than I was used to in Canada. But post 9-11 patriotism grew immensely, and we started to feel like political views were starting to have an effect on friendships. Also, Ohio passed a conceal carry law (firearms), and I found my awareness that anyone around me might have a concealed weapon unsettling. In Canada the only guns anyone I knew owned were hunting rifles, locked up. But suddenly I had to worry about if there were guns in the houses that my children were visiting. As a Canadian, I just wasn't used to the idea of everyone having guns around. Anyway, we overall enjoyed living in Ohio. The cost of living there was reasonable, the people were friendly, and we only moved when the real estate bubble burst and my husband lost his job. We went back to Canada and, honestly, I've been relieved to be back as I watch the news and see how divided the American people have become. Even some of the friends that I had in Ohio have changed and become a lot less accepting of different opinions. It makes me scared for the future of the US, and the effect it all will have on the rest of the world.

I guess because Toronto is so huge and because I stayed in the main touristy areas I only noticed a few homeless people during my trip. They were more noticeable to me in Calgary in the spring. But the worst I've seen is Portland, Oregon and Seattle, WA and in 2021 Washington DC was pretty bad off...though the encampments I saw then had been cleared out by DC when I returned in 2023.\n\nI really really enjoyed my stay in Toronto over Labor Day weekend, my first time ever to visit. But just looking around me I got the same sense I did in NYC...it's a beautiful place to visit but living here would be ungodly expensive. The luxury apartments across the street from my hotel seemed to have rather low occupancy, from what I could see from my hotel room window at night. A lot of rental real-estate are speculative investments and any thought of addressing housing needs, keeping occupancy rates high, etc. are purely secondary concerns...zombie buildings with unaffordable rents that remain sparsely occupied while the need(s) are so dire is morally offensive and government should step in with rent controls and occupancy requirements and tax those owners more heavily who have occupancy below a minimum threshold. The increase in crime is a completely expected outcome of economic desperation. The US answer is usually more police & harsher penalties but I hope Canada is more rational and humane in addressing these societal ills.

I've been living in Toronto for over thirty (30) years with a little two years try in Halifax, which didn't work due to the lack of meaningful jobs.\nWhen I arrived here in the late 80th I was very impressed with all the services provided and the speed to see medical professionals.\nI'd spent almost 10 years without a family doctor since my first one retired, and now I'm fortunate enough to have one who is so busy that I have to wait months for an appointment.\n\nIt is painful to notice that already paid services are disappearing and how dirty and dangerous this, once an amazing city, is today.\n\nI'm retired now just waiting for my wife to do the same to move out of this country, with the hope that our very low combined pensions will be enough to live somewhere else.\nMoving out of the city, even out of the province, it is not an alternative since anywhere out of here, includes having a car with all the expenses that this include.\n\nSad reality for retirees and specially for young couples with children in tow.\nSoon we will see this beautiful country devoid of human qualified presence to support all the neglected refugees that are coming.\n\nWho knows, maybe this is a new experiment on how so many homeless people can survive the harsh winter.\nGreetings from Toronto.

I'm brazilian and run a language school in my country. I've been to Toronto 3 times in exchange programs with my students. The first time, in 2012, I found the city amazing and incredibly safe. The second time, in 2018, I noticed a small change for worse in terms of security and homelesness. My last time in Toronto was this year, and I felt myself very insecure and saw things that I wasn’t accostumed to seeing not even here in Brazil. It’s a pity, because Toronto is an unique city and it has potencial to be very developed socially speaking. Unfortunately, I'm searching for alternative destinations to take my students abroad.

What I've noticed living in Toronto during the covid and then traveling around other cities is that some cities took covid as an opportunity while Toronto just got neglected. For example NYC doesn't smell so bad anymore, Montreal and London(UK) got a ton of public spaces, Paris transformed the road network and even Belgrade got nicer. Meanwhile Toronto couldn't even restore drinking water and toilets in the parks after 4 years.

I am a resident of Toronto for the past 11 years now. I moved here from Calgary because back then I had a better opportunity. I was an aspiring pastry chef. I landed in pretty stable and well paid job. I've already noticed the changes in city a few years before the pandemic. The drug addiction and mental health problem were already quite evident as injection sites were popping up around the cities including public parks. Then the pademic happened, it exposes the cracks in our society, some people are becoming selfish and intolerant. I lost my job due to the pandemic, it was very traumatic, I developed severe anxiety/depression. Luckily, i had some savings when it all happened. Fastforward, I've been working in the last 2 years now but I can no longer find the same job and pay I used to have. Most companies are now more ruthless. They let go employees any minute as soon as they felt the business is slow. There's no more job security. The only reason why I am surviving is because I am living in the same apartment since i moved here. However, my new neighbours who just moved in are paying twice as much. I've been attempting to leave the city but that would mean that i would be paying at least twice of my current rent and there aren't much opportunities elesewhere. I honestly felt trapped in my current situation but I am still grateful that I am still better off than many people who are already living on the edge. Sadly, the situation is only getting worst according to many analysts. I think the country is at a breaking point in many aspects.
