whatever you are saying that is correct but it is only one side bro, go and just ask international students what they have been promised here in Canada and how they are living here. Even most of the engineers, doctors and other professionals with foreign experience ended up doing general labor or uber driver jobs and even on the basis of their education and work experience they got permanent residency. No one likes to work on these hard jobs but they don't have any other option as most of skilled worker jobs either need their respective field license or Canadian experience. how much fees international student paying, what kind of job they are doing here, living far from family, managing studies and job, how much debt they took to study here and much more sacrifices doing here. Do not say then why came here because applied through legal process and full filled all the necessary criteria. Was it our fault that we dreamed about study and work here in Canada?. I know it is hard for you and your families that they are not getting jobs but don't hate international students. you can only understand anyone if you put yourself in their shoes.

I am an immigrant myself. I hate what other immigrants are doing in this country. Though it's true Canada needs people to help them SUSTAIN the economy, but it seems like immigration had not seen the effect of bringing too much Indians and Africans in the country, Most of them are not self-aware, they don't follow rules, they neglect people around them.

We are baptist and very very few churches preach the same things we preach here.. so can understand how you feel. It's incredible how Indians emigrate in mass from their country. It is almost like they all hate living in their country and look to end up anywhere possible but in India, like UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, Singapore, UAE, etc.

I think if you want to succeed then you will succeed anywhere. I love my country India. But I don’t like the pollution and the rat race children go through . You cannot afford a decent place to stay in big cities if you are not earning really really well. Yes, loneliness is there in Canada but you can make friends , join extracurricular activities. I do hate the health system but also I know that God forbid if I ever have a serious disease , I don’t have to pay for it through my nose like India. This lady is cribbing for nothing at all. I don’t think she wanted to stay. She must have thought here roads are paved with gold. In India also you have to struggle . Go in a packed train to work, come late and cook. You don’t learn any life skills because maid is there.

Most indian old people ( parents of young people working in Canada or USA) who live there with their children are bereft of any idea to make their individual life any better. I found none with any hobbies. They treat themselves as deadwood and complain they can't do this and that. They can't gossip ? that is their problem. None of them read, write, paint, play music, garden, create any handicraft. They cook, clean the house and wait for their tired children to come home from work and complain They are bored. Just because they hate their own company. I'm 72 and I enjoy my annual long trips to Canada. 24 hours is not enough for me. My 70 years old wife and I remodeled our daughters house on our last trip. Before that was creating a new garden. Our canadian friends wait for us to cook or bake with us. \nI don't understand what these people are complaining about ? Lucky you , you have the means to get out & adventure. Canada isn’t that bad compare to other poor countries. However, everything you said are very true. Rules Rules & Rules , tax after tax after tax that’s why health care isn’t really free. And you forgot one important thing, tho you’re successful during your prime age career wise, when you’re 65 & retired, ( without Private Pension ) government pension isn’t enough even to rent a decent bachelor apartment of your own. Good for you. I think what you are talking about many muslims are feeling. So my advice is find out where you are going and make it an easy place for muslims to get into despite their finances, then help others to do hijrah. Like to be a support. I am up for it. I am not Muslim but Canada is still a great country. A Muslim country will be a huge change and it does depend on the country. I lived in Morocco for 2 years and you are judged by your money. Really snobby people. They hate the poor and there are lots of poor people. Cost of Living has also increased. Lovely climate. No job opportunities for young people. I worked in Dubai for 6 months. All bling and only the 20 % have any proper say. Spent a holiday in Oman. Woman still kept back. Also might get caught up in Middle East conflict. Countries like Kuwait/Saudi etc very strict after freedom of Canada. Albania probably would not be strict enough for you. 60% percent Muslim. Had a holiday there about 10 yrs ago. Beautiful in summer and I believe still reasonable. Will be interested to see where you pick. I live in Ireland cost of living madly expensive!! I have cousins in Montreal. Have spent many vacations there. Why not try Vancouver for better weather? I just love Canada but all my immediate family are here. I'm an immigrant and my immigrant friends and I were talking about exactly this just the other day. I'd like to add some context on why so few international students stay: they can't. Schools prey on this very fact. In international recruiting, these schools use the promise of thriving local industries and trot out graduates working locally as major draws to these expensive programs. Then once students are in Canada, many of these schools couldn't care less: they offer little or sometimes no housing support, no immigration advice (or in my case and many of my friends' cases: they give straight-up false immigration advice that can screw you over or even get you in trouble). There absolutely needs to be regulation and accountability for these predatory schools; I think a good starting point would be capping the number of visas they can apply for based on the number of housing units available (either on-campus or via local development subsidy and homestays). Tons of students come to Canada completely unprepared due to false promises made by these schools, and then get spit out into an egregiously inefficient and broken work visa system.\nMy immigrant friends and I are all highly skilled in our specific field. There are only a handful of people in the world (let alone in Canada) who can do what I do at the level I do it, so I would be incredibly difficult to replace if I left Canada. Despite that, and despite being Canadian-educated (Canadian resources invested in me that you'd want to keep in Canada), remaining in Canada has been a massive struggle for me and my friends. We individually spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars every year to apply for permits that have to be renewed annually, but take the government 6+ months to process. Because the government is so backed up, we have to apply for *extra* permits to bridge that gap (more money, and more work added to IRCC's already-long line of applications). I'm in limbo for the majority of the year where I can't switch employers, can't leave the country, etc. It's horrible. \nBut I have it better than most. Of the international students in my year, only I and one other student are still in Canada because the transition to work permits is so needlessly long and difficult. Even a graduate who does manage to get a work permit might have to sit unemployed for 6 months or more before that permit is active. How is a student supposed to survive without work for that long? In order for employers to even apply to sponsor a graduate, they often have to do a lengthy labor market impact assessment, and so these graduates are stuck in a holding pattern, and they're the lucky ones. Immigration is absolutely vital to Canada and I hate how quickly these stories turn to xenophobic rhetoric, but we have to make space in the conversation to take a look at how schools are exploiting students and policy loopholes, and why they're doing it, and address those problems. The current system isn't fair to anyone.

Canada is no longer Canada. Canadiens are almost a minority in there own country. We have very large cities that we are a minority in. There is so much hate towards white people. FUK TRUDEAU. there is a major housing crisis because we have to many immigrants in a short period of time. I immigrated here back in 2019, by the time I became a citizen in 2023, I was just astonished at the level of immigration and international students. I hate how schools exploit them for cash, their education quality is so so bad, its unimaginable, and you can't blame the teachers even, each class is like 300-450 students. The quality of education is so bad in Canada, I don't know if it was good before but I can only imagine it was since these universities are well known here. Students loans have become a business for banks and lenders and I guess that gave the universities ideas on making a business out of exploiting poor country's wealth though international students.

I am born in Canada and i lived in Montreal's suburb(South Shore like we say here) all my life and i love it but i would never live in big major cities because of increases of crimes, high prices of houses/condo, traffic jam, pollution. \nMy girlfriend from Beijing came here last september for 2 months and she really loved it. She enjoyed the freedom, the many different foods from other countries in restaurants, our culture , the people kindness, beautiful nature and easy living.\nYes we have too free medical health care here in Quebec's province(Sun card ) and i have an excellent medical plan with my employer so i can have acess to private clinics free of charges when it's too long in public hospitals.\nI hate snow and cold long winters since the age of 18 when i had to go out for work or school and i dont like our corrupt goverment but we can vote for a less worst one every 4 years. ?
