Grew up in Toronto, worked in HK for a couple decades and now back in Toronto. I've never felt this unsafe especially downtown, ever. I know this because I took a trucker course 5 yrs ago and to obtain your class 1 or 3 cost 1.5 thousand dollars NOT 10 GRAND.
