Going on Student visa coming back to after 1 or 2 year then getting married Indian taking wife to USA and having idea to settle there with the baby is also illegal.\n3. Iam an indian and proud be that here im not supporting usa im just telling that he is trying to develop the usa as he is the president of his country some indian went there and fighting for rights to settle there which is completely not acceptable.\n4. Moving Illegally and expecting citizenship is completely wrong and more over in usa indians are the most top prioritize people because we work very hrad for the needs of not only one for the whole family.\n5.Trump has taken this decision to develop his country and he will develop his own country no matter what. The problem is when indians go to developed countries in tourist visas they don’t want to come back. They become illegal which is a burden for those countries.

You guys gate kept the jobs from Canadians, rejecting our applications and pay us unliveable wage, then cry that you dont have enough workers, only to go get foreign workers to replace us.Then cry about crime rates and the housing market. First you get approval and then travel. You can’t just go to the border and wait, and when declined be frustrated. When I moved here in 2004, I had 2 years before process was finalized and approved. And only then I was able to come to the country through a legal process. It has to be done right.

I am a UK citizen. I find it strange that Indian nationals claim to be 'proud' of their country, yet they all want to move elsewhere (UK, US, Canada, Australia etc). If their country is so great, then why do they want to keep going to other countries? And then there's the bureaucracy for those who want to visit destinations such as India. If India wants to impose endless paperwork and procedures to other countries, then it should expect the same. India was the one that started the childish tit-for-tat behaviour when the UK and Canada were restricting visa applications during the pandemic, so therefore India banned e-visa applications from Canadians and UK citizens. If India wants to behave like this, then why can't other nations? The UK is full of Indians who come here and don't want to integrate to our way of life etc, hence it's better for everyone if they just stayed in India.

When any tourist go to Sri Lanka after touring India, he or she realises how chaotic and filthy most Indian cities are. Other than inside metro trains, Indian roads are just filth dumps. Shocking to see the state of cleanliness of tourist attractions like Mthaura, Vrindavan etc etc. On top immigration officials in India seem to think they are doing a favor for the tourists who are coming to spend dollars and know their country!! There's complete sense of apathy and misplaced over confidence! Countries around India, like Sri Lanka, Nepal are way much better in cleanliness and other behavioural aspects !!

A lot of Indians treat white people really badly. Especially when there is money involved. It’s now extremely common that people here hate dealing with Indians as customers of their business and will go as far as avoid it altogether. They will often relentlessly try to negotiate services, lie and say anything to get get their way, pester businesses until they cave to their demands and even leave bad reviews which they say they will change if you give them a good deal. None of this is the way things are done in Canada and that needs to be respected. Something kind of funny, I’ve heard many people say that Indians will often say they will refer tons of friends and family to a business if you give them an unreasonable discount (which they never do once they’ve gotten what they want), but what they don’t realize is that referring a bunch more Indians to them is the last thing that business wants. And really, some of the discounts they want on things are just ridiculous. When I was selling my car a few years ago, I had it listed for $55,000 and I got bombarded by Indians offering $20,000-$25,000 and every lie under the sun of why that’s all it was worth, other people are saying yes to offers like that for the same car, dealerships are selling them for that much and so on. Like come on. And I guess while I’m at it, I hate to say but it’s a common thing here to walk into a gas station and the smell of body odour just hits you like a brick. I’ve stopped going to 3 different stations because of it. I’m sure there’s some pungent white people out there but damn. This is on a whole other level. It literally fills the entire building.

Indians are also responsible . Bad visa form filling. \nTraveling abroad to work on tourist visa. Escaping into illegal permanent stay into Europe . But yes, Indian passport should be the top 20 but it isn’t because our house isn’t in place. Basically we’re mostly good people but uncivilised , undisciplined , not all but many. Get India orderly first, clean, green, pollution free, corruption free… and if they still do the same it’s because we want to go there more then they wish to come here. Do something that makes them come here. Top quality cheap tourism, food quality, pollution free, reduce population, increase the female population , give equal rights to woman, judicial system in India sucks, court cases should be fast tracked, law should be simple direst and effective. To get India visa they askyou so many question your great grand father was born in Pakistan Afghanistan on and on . No one come to India rather they go to Thailand Malaysa singapore . Indonesia . Indian passport officer have no knowledge how to behave in western country , they are rude and unhelpful. Buerocracy ever where .

Some indians almost 45 Percent travel.abroad for jobs ...in that most of ppl go on tourist visa and try to get jobs or stay illegally ..due to that western nations curb immigration by stronger border controls ....better way to come out of this problem ...create jobs ,increase salary then only country passport index goes up

Palkhi as much as I like watching your news your views here need to address real issues. I am a proud Indian who has lived in the UK for over 50 years. However I have to say whilst there are a lot of highly skilled Indian immigrants on work visas who contribute immensely to this country. however we now have a huge community of Indians those who have come over on illegal documents or on holiday visas and then never go back. They end up working in menial jobs or not working at all and perhaps this is an issue India needs to address. Sadly these immigrants will never be an economically contributing asset to this country or any other country and I am not surprised that the visa rate rejection is so high.

Being a NRI living in the UK i have noticed a lot of Indians come over on temporary visas and end up staying illegally. And this practice is not just exclusive to the uk, i am sure it happens to many more countries where Indian people go. And also many Indian s to survive overseas will end up doing illegal things to survive. This could be a reason behind the spike in visa rejections

Improve trade and cut H4 visas for US as i have no idea on other countries. H4 visa housewives will really depressed in a country like US. because of depression crime rate will be more.? sometimes you wont have any indian friends near by even it has more indian immigrants. Give jobs to indians who are living there for generations. They must have contributed tons of inputs larger foreign trade income etc... Ask their inputs and India should make policies supportive or non supportive to indians. Dont send indians. They will suffer. Other than behavioural attitude it depends upon the how the country projects the image to the outside world. \n\nSecond reason, more the people settling abroad more the rejection. They are making so much money for unreversible visa payment. Surely, Divine justice will come to them before long. Indians should go to the Philippines and there's also a one- month free visa. Ms. Palki is doing the right thing by exposing the unexposed.

They are doing right thing. You go to submit any document at BLS which is unfortunately front offices of Indian embassies, you come back frustrated and angry. They are masters of finding faults, keep on changing required forms. It seems unrelated but I tell you support for India with Indian community is dwindling. We no longer write angry emails to politicians for rejection of visas to Indians.

These requirements by other countries are absolutely justified. They want you should come as visitors, have enough funds to cover your expenses and on due date go back to your country. \nNothing wrong in it.\nIndia should follow such standards before issuing visas.

Just stop applying for visas for any country. If you do this collectively, unitedly for a year or two, it will bring lots of countries to their senses. Bharat is a tremendous huge power because of its population, specially its most powerful(in the world) middle class. Just go and explore Bharat for a year or so. In the meantime I promise that these foreigners will come to their senses and realize their loss. You will see them advertising and pleading you all to visit their countries. Money talks…everywhere.

Indians are peddled this dream that everything outside is a heaven since early childhood. They see pictures of skyscrapers in Manhattan, London and Frankfurt and think everyone is living like that outside. These people are further brainwashed by immigration agencies and disguised human traffickers to put lakhs or even crores on the line for just going outside. They sell their lands, properties and other assets just to be able to go out pursuing a misleading dream.\n\nThis is a problem especially in states like Punjab, Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra and Kerala, where most of the people still believe that it's better living outside than inside. These are not people who don't have anything in India but rather well-to-do families that have homes and assets and families in the country. \n\nThen comes the added Western bias and negative media image through propaganda. \n\nIndia has much work to do - if the country keeps complaining, nothing will get done.

Many Indian people go to Canada on student visas and never report to the college. They end up as illegals in the USA and Canada. They come from one specific region of India. This hurts the Indian passport ranking.

Ma'am, when a country makes it harder for citizens of a particular country to enter their country, it is often because of the number of recorded incidents, crime from people from said country. If there is a higher rate compared to people from other countries, then it becomes harder. Let's be honest here... Indians don't have a good reputation abroad when it comes to such things... I'm half Nigerians and at least many Nigerians acknowledge why lately, it is harder for Nigerians to get a visa (Obv crime as well.) Has nothing to do with discrimination. Also, look at the state of Canada. Nigeria and India need to focus on bettering their citizens so that less people go abroad, which also reduces the chance of certain people doing crime, to avoid making it harder for honest people from the same country to get a visa. Better the countries so that more countries open up for Indians, making the ranking go up. \n\nLastly, the passport index website shows India at 65, not 85. Why lie about that to fit your narrative? The passport index website is literally the first result that shows up on Google too... Not everything is about discrimination...

Palki ji, The elephant in the room is the folks who go on visitor visa, and then don’t come back to their home country. They have been miss using this for a long time & now causing problem for innocent ones.

That’s so true, I am currently studying in Poland, Europe and in the middle of my studies I had to come home and now I have exams going on and I have got rejected twice even though I’m halfway to graduation ? I hope it gets accepted soon
