The trouble is Canada is not taking itself seriously. The reality is culture matters. When you dump millions of people into a place over a short period of time, there is bound to be turmoil. The housing crisis. The Balkanization of different cultural groups. The watering down of Canada‘s original culture (the culture that made country desirable in the first place). The low salaries versus cost of living. The reality is this has been brewing for a while, and is only coming to a head now. The solutions are there, but you are “racist” if you say anything. A 90% reduction in immigration would be a good start. Then, a reduction in the size of a bloated government. Incentives for people to have families again. People should be having 2 to 3 kids on average again. A return to Jesus couldn’t hurt as the country was built on Judeo-Christian values. Then, the country will grow organically and will have some hope of becoming great again!

Heres just another topic like your world famous healthcare system that everybody keeps complaining about,but nobody wants to listen or discuss possible solutions that may actually work.

Most people blame the immigration programmes. But who considers that what are the percentages that should be added to the housing sector to build new houses and also the healthcare sector? \nThe Canadian economy is based on weekdays, and productivity/efficiency is lower than the USA worker. Canadian working hours are lower than US workers. The manufacturing industry is no longer expanding other than the USA. \nIn the meantime, healthcare is a nightmare. Canadians have new technologies but this system accepts fewer patients per day/hour. You can’t just get an appointment even in the banks. I mean what they are doing. Are they printing money inside the banks? No whole country’s productivity lowered day by day. \nWe have to find solutions for these issues other than that we can blame immigration programmes or immigrants but nothing changes.

You can’t invite people in if you don’t guarantee equal opportunity and healthcare. Period. This will obviously breed discontent and resentment. Leaving is one option. Rioting is another. Working the multiculturalist rails hammered down by Pierre Trudeau into a solution that includes immigrants of all class systems and work experience as well as those needing it means only opening those doors to all Canadians. When there is a housing crisis, obviously the clear solution is to try and get more immigrants so that more houses will instantly materialize out of thin air for the newcomers, and those already here. Simple.

I used to live maybe a block away from where you used to live in Toronto, I moved to a different city around the time that Rob Ford became mayor I can’t remember what year that was. We couldn’t afford to stay in Toronto after our landlord sold our unit and the new owners wanted to live there, so we moved to a more affordable city. I was really shocked at the massive increase in the number of homeless people in the city that weren’t able to find space at a shelter, I had to ask my sister if I had missed news of a reanimated occupy Wall Street movement, because that was the last time that I had seen that overwhelming a volume of displaced people camping in the parks. I hope that some sort of solution can be found to massively increase the quantity of safe warm and free to the occupant shelters in Toronto before winter.

Why is it when things get bad people just run away? Nothing will improve in this world if everyone is just running away from the problems. The solution is to stay put and do what you can to resolve the problem. Otherwise, the problems will just follow you and may even multiply.

What is culturally and morally acceptable in a great many of these foreign countries, is NOT acceptable in Canada. However, our accepting liberal society has a solution for that, we simply change to meet the ever moving social and moral target.
