To what extent will the Arab world's compassionate restraint hold? Is there any point they will act as saviours? No, I don't think they want even a single one to come in even though they have infinite resources lol. They don't want their pristine golden cities to be lined up with refugees.

The reason is because it makes existing citizens richer. (Year on year) these people vote and the gov would like their vote) . Creating huge supply of housing is going to crash the market and that will end up people feeling poor. (Values will drop : demand and supply) . Having done a similar voyage, my two-pence is that, resources permitting, at least until you have really properly tried the other country out for a period of time, I'd recommend retaining a base, even if a small one, in Canada, leaving your longer term stuff there rather than packing everything that you own and dragging across the world. In my experience, the most enhancing and liberating situation is one where you get to enjoy the privilege of being able mix the best of the two worlds. When abroad in the other Muslim country you will have great moments but - guaranteed - also a fair share of disappointments and negative experiences. Even if you think you have thought of everything, you don't know what you don't know, or how you may feel, or what and where is better, until you've spent a longer time over there. I could write a book by now but will just leave you with go, explore, see, try, but ideally have an easy way to come back to Canada to regroup (to potentially try again, better and differently with a bit more experience). Can’t help but see and feel the similarities between Muslim’s and Christian’s (conservatives). We are constantly vilified as well for following the Bible and not wanting our children to be around or taught perversions. Here in Michigan we have a pretty significant Muslim population and it was truly gratifying to see them coming together with the Christian’s to fight back against the indoctrination happening in our schools. Our media loves to call Christian’s all the “igot” and “acist” “obic” words, but they hold their tongues a lot better when Muslim’s are involved for fear of being seen as another type of “ascist”. lol I wish all of us (Christian, Muslim, Jewish) who follow a moral code as shown to us in our various Holy books could come together on this. There would be so many of us combined, billions! With all of us together can you just imagine how fast we could turn this deterioration of humanity around? I'm not Muslim but I have family and extended family that are. I'm in Ireland, there is a large Muslim community in Dublin. My grand nephew's is named Salah. He is adorable, they spend most of the year in Kuwait and school breaks in Ireland. Can I just say, most 'normal' people, regardless of religion share the views you have expressed here, on every count. Best wishes on your travels. Maybe you could check out Ireland. Just remember wherever you guys pick make sure that they speak the same dialect that you do otherwise you're going to have that learning curve of learning their dialects. It is different in a lot of places like learning to speak like the yemeni do is different than the Pakistani. So just keep that in mind. My grandfather is from Yemen and his wife who is my grandmother and my dad's side is from sudan. And they used to tell me it took them a while to understand each other. My Syrian grandmother on my mom's side would teach me words and phrases and my grandpa who was from Yemen would always make fun of me because I wasn't saying stuff right. I'm not really good at speaking Arabic but I can get by so just remember when you guys are picking somewhere to pick a place that won't be that hard to understand people. I'm only saying that because with the kids you guys send the kids to school they may learn a different dialect than what you taught at home and it will be a learning curve for them to try to understand. But I'm sure you guys will make the right decision. I just figured I would throw that in there I'm sure you already know that the dialects are a lot different and Arabic is a lot different in different parts of the world. People think Arabic is all the same and it's really different. Just like people who speak Spanish in South America speak different dialects on the Puerto Ricans just like people in Brazil don't speak Spanish they speak portuguese. Just a thing to think about. Egypt seems to be a pretty good place I have family that live in Egypt and they really liked it but I'm sure you guys will pick a place that's wonderful for your family and I can't wait till you guys know when we can see everything that you guys are doing in your new home Korean and I totally understand I am so upset the United States took the stand that they did with the genocide in Gaza and in the occupied West bank. Sorry guys, all of the reasons that you mentioned except maybe the inflation (which I think is temporary and happening around the world), are the reasons that you SHOULD STAY in Canada. If you leave then you are giving up challenges and trying to find an easy way out. Please remember nothing comes easy and if you leave Canada then you are not going to be part of the struggle to change the mindsets of Canadian society that Muslims can be also accepted in Canada as they are, which may not come during your or your children's lifetime but it will come eventually maybe during your grandchildren or great grandchildren's lifetime and you need plant the seed for that now otherwise there will be no fruitful outcome. It needs lots of patience and initial suffering for a group of minority or downtrodden people to be accepted within the mainstream societly. If the Muslim people start leaving Canada just like you guys then there will be fewer Muslims for this struggle to bring changes in Canadian society. I think you are escapign the struggle and suffering and you guys can affford that but you are leaving many of them behind who cannod afford to leave Canada and it will make their lives even worse and the future generation. I was in Turkey for 3 months and loved it! Istanbul was magical, and i loved how so many Muslims from across the Muslim world lived there. There were Libyan's, Syrian's, Bosnians, Afghans, Africans - very diverse! I stopped to pray in Ottoman era mosques for every salah and met wonderful Turkish brothers who invited me for soup, tea/coffee. Their hospitatlity is well known! The city never sleeps and every shop is open with families out and about, islamic shops selling Islamic clothing, halal food is nothing to think about again. The other good thing was that there was always something to do. Fajr at Aya Sofya, Juma at Sultan Ahmed mosque, a taxi to Eyub Sultan, then to a religious neighbourhood of Fatih, amazing architecture, great food, affordable and safe. The only negatives were traffic and pollution, but given Istanbul's population, that was understandable. It was also summer and peak season. Also, you can literally cross into Europe and then Asia by ferry. Its to die for. Other parts of Turkey are also great to visit. The blacksea cost is stunning as an example in point and more natural mountainous beauty over city living. Turkey is a great option if you haven't already thought of it and if youre a fan of Erdogan, its a good place to visit and invest in

You are right, all over the world there's inflation but in Canada there's no savings, huge tax, no job security all over Canada, where we can get lay off after years of hard work in a company. Canada encourages people to be in debts, tons of credit cards. As a Muslim I think the same for the upbringing of kids in Canada which is very difficult almost impossible. Aslm akhi, as a malay Muslim Malaysian, i think my country is the best choice for a hijrah. Affordable, sufficient infrastructure, education and medical facilities. Halal food, praying room n mosque are everywhere, even inside the train ??? Almost all ASIAN & half of the world can be found here, surely their halal certified cuisine as well. \n\nAnyway can't wait to see your next country to make a hijrah option video.

More over she is listening for now but not sure for future and this scares me.\nAs you said praying and being a practicing Muslim is difficult here as well. We are Turks but do not have Turkish nationality but when we go for religious holidays in Istanbul I feel completely different, it just feels like I have to live there near the mosque. My inner me begging me when we are in Istanbul in the old part of the city to stay there forever. \nI really know what you feel and want. I am looking for Muslim countries where possible we can move BUT unfortunately I made the conclusion that there is not a place even in a Muslim land that we can live the way of peaceful practicing and being a Muslim what we want to be. \nJust advise be careful with the Arab world, other than that if you look at Türkiye I would say do your research really well, not in every town there you can live your religion. I would suggest that you move to Saudi Arabia, preferably into or around Makkah or Madinah. I believe that these two are the best cities in the world for Muslims. Imagine saying your five daily prayers in Masjid-e-Haraam or Masjid-e-Nabawi! You kids could study there and grow up speaking and understanding Arabic like Arabs. Imagine the understanding and appreciation they'd have of the Quran and Hadith moreover, they'd be able to reap benefits from the work of all major scholars. InshaaAllah. BUT, on the other hand, you guys are Allah's workers there in Canada. You could do dawah, spread Allah's word (you're doing that beautifully already). You'd be doing what the messengers of Allah did. Think of it this way, if you leave, there'll be one less family supporting Palestine and the Islamic way of life in Canada. Maybe, Allah wants someone like you to represent Him there. Allahu Aalam. Palestinians are seeking refuge status from their war torn country to remove terrorists Hamas from their country. Isreal removed themselves from Gaza so the Palestinians can have their own territory. But was forced to accept Hamas as the government controlling Gaza. Palestinians have not been able to live in peace under Hamas control. Who can point the blame for the Isreal invasion. Don't disagree with him, though I do think that the Arab Leaders can do a lot more in solidarity with their Palestinian brothers and sisters! Of course, the Palestinians don't want to leave Gaza. it's Paradise. Half a dozen different peoples consider Palestine their ancestral homeland. Things don't work out there's a little thing called a diaspora where they travel to other places in the world and set up quite remarkable lives.
