Im against illegal immigration but I see a lot of racism in the comments! Poor people in the US and Canada are lazy and that's why they are poor! As someone who is currently dealing with immigration Canada my only advice to anyone wanting to come to Canada is don't... especially if you're planning on doing it illegally and definitely don't bring your kids here illegally.. I was brought here as a kid and now have to deal with things I never planned for ... The laws are extremely strict and the chances of getting approved are low

I feel bad for his innocent children to have to go through this. You want to live in another country, you need to follow the law like every else. You learn the language, get the same I.D. We all have to have , and be treated the same as if any American were to illegally cross boarders! What we have to go through just to have identification here should be no different for anyone else! You can’t just live off our tax dollars and government ins., food stamps etc.. While we pay for you to live here!! I don’t reap those benefits, yet I’m paying yours!! I can’t feel bad! When I go to a dr. Or dentist and an immigrant or a lazy able bodied parent gets everything done free and I’m struggling to pay with full ins.. I literally walk out so pissed off! These are straight facts!! He had fifteen years to make it right. Instead he took a shot doing it his way to reap the American benefits and the feel bad for me card!If they ever let him come back and he collected any kind of help in those last fifteen years, “if” , he should have to get proper I.D., citizenship, and pay back anything he was given! It’s only fair! He was able to save all that money tax free, hmmm must be nice! I don’t feel bad he had to spend it. Well since Canada wants to act like America is being evil because we don’t want illegals, abuse of asylum, and anchor babies here, enjoy the illegals coming your way. Many of these nations acting outraged even citizens, don’t want the illegal problem and they themselves have tough immigration laws. Hypocritical to act like USA should just let anyone in.

A lot of people comment about how illegal immigration is ok, and blah blah blah. It's simple to say that when you don't feel the direct impact. Change the US as a country to your house. Now let's say the neighbors land Lord is beating the shit outta everyone in that household (play on the violence that's happening in country of orgin). One of then move into your house without letting you know beforehand (illegals). Let's say you don't mind and understand why they did so. Now they work hard around the house and get a job to spend for themselves and send money next door to the family still left behind. . But they don't have to pay for electricity, gas (aka taxes). And since you own a 3 bed room house, things don't change that much. Now 2 more of the neighbors flee because of the asshole land Lord. Now you have to start working slightly harder to pay for your utilities aka taxes. Now you start seeing how more people affect your household. Now even more people flee the next door neighbors and you work even harder for utilities plus your trash is overflowing, have to invest in larger trash cans, fix the doors or ascetic's(pipes, faucets, tubs etc) in your house from over use or mismanagement. Plus you have to start driving their kids to school, you have to get a bigger vehicle (that's a play on the education systems bloating classroom problems)spend more on gas and car maintenance, and since they all don't speak English, to have to spend money on making signs to inform them of the house rules and dangers. You have to invest time out of your schedule to inform them how things work in your house hold because at their house they walked around naked or shit with the door open (play on different societal norms or religions) and may even have to alter your rules as not to impose and anger them. Know the house is over filled and they expect you to buy a bigger house (play on the welfare state)I mean I can go on... But people reading this can get the drift. Point is, yes i understand that people want a better life and all immgration in not necessarily evil, but you can't just let anyone come in because you feel bad. Making change based off emotions of a few is detrimental to the whole.

I'm white and have been followed in stores. Still am on occassion. I also had the cops called on me by manager in McDonald's. I was using the WiFi. Manager told cop I didn't buy anything. I showed cop the food & receipt. They didnt want anyone loitering in parking lot.

Does not compare to begin native. Yeah, we're not so awful... I'm American, living in Canada, and honestly, I'm here for my husband, who is Canadian. I absolutely ADORE him. The only thing that annoys me about Canada is the fact they seem to hate diabetics, anyone on a low-carb diet, or anyone who just doesn't want to eat a ton of sugar. In fact I can't get anything sugar-free in a store (simple things, like sugar free coffeemate, sugarfree cake mix) unless I pay, I'm not even lying here, TWENTY TIMES THE PRICE on Amazon, (I'm not paying $85.00 for a 10.2oz canister of coffee creamer... WTF?) That is 3.49USD in any walmart. These people have to be kidding me.

well I am a Christian Canadian and I fear for my life because Islam is a political movement made to look like a religion and Islam believes in hating and killing anyone who is not Islamic and Canada is getting closer and closer to sharia law every time the law here excepts one of Islam's rules and all those people want to do is take over the world and Canada is rolling out the carpet and bowing down to Sharia law but I want to know is this still Canada or is it a Islamic State because it's starting to look like the latter to me.

I don't hate anyone, especially because of religious beliefs. But when you hear the stories of friends that live in Canada, and the rights that are given to them just to become citizens that is disgusting. If you want to become a citizen of any country, you must abide by the rules of that country and not the other way around.

Muslim lady speaks outside of her house and discusses issues we have with the religion, because of this she fears for her safety from her own community. It shows the deep problems we have with the western values and the Muslim community, yet here we have people tip toeing around the issue saying we have no problem, its religion and beliefs and peace and love and we should just accept all Muslim communities even tho this lady is telling you the problems right in front of your faces. There is so many videos you can find showing that Muslim community neighbourhoods do not want non-Muslim's in there community and they want Sharia law and they are not tolerant to outsiders and anyone that thinks different to them, even those from within there own community. 2 good examples are the town Dearborn, Michigan and Luton Town, UK of just how lack of tolerance for non-Muslim people in Muslim majority communities they have.

I live in Northern Ontario, and I have never actually been to thr USA, but I know someone who moved to Milwaukee and moved back to Canada because he couldn't handle certain mentalities people had. He said it definitely wasn't everyone, but the whole gun thing freaked him out. He knew a lot of people who carried guns around regularily, and so he always felt he needed to censor himself so he didn't want to offend or make anyone angry, because of thr guns. His brother lives in California and he loves it there, but Milwaukee wasn't for him. It was an interesting conversation

I don't mean to be rude but how is burqa a choice? Why would anyone want to dress up in a black robe covering from head to toe, except eyes and sometimes eyes too? I know it's religious thing but how can one make it a personal choice to wear it? That too women? It's ok for men, they only have so many colours in their attire to choose, but women? Seriously? I think burqa should be for Muslim men who are ok with wearing the same colour everyday (in general). I like hijab, the head scarf, it comes in so many colours and it's so pretty, hijab makes you beautiful. Not burqa or niqab.

for security and safety they should make it mandatory so that every person can be identified. suppose someone wearing a mask or someone who covers there identity wants to do some evil like stab or robbery or steal etc... now they can go in a store and take what they want or stab anyone etc.... its best to implement laws that provides security for people. also its not required for muslims to wear such cloths so why dont just try to obey for purpose of security and safety. i am a hindu and i love canada. why, its because we have an allstar groups of people that try to live in peace. we should keep this way of thought. also making some comprimises like this will go a long way for muslims with other communities as well. they should try to look at the fact that canada is not an islamic country.
