We can't deny fact that racial prejudice is significant while giving visas.\nEnd of the day, its the sovereign country's right to let anyone into their country.

There is no 'Right to Immigration' in the world. Immigration is gradually ruining the host country, their culture and depleting resources. India should also implement strict visa rules for all countries.

Being a proud Indian and living in NZ from a decade I can say it's not just the equality.\nThe amount of frauds we do in our visa application just to enter a foreign land, I can speak on behalf of NZ, makes it difficult for the next batch of applications coming from that region.\nI won't label that with racism because every country has the right to protect its borders. NZ, Aus in particular has a strong and proud Indian diaspora with more and more Indians successfully coming in every year. But we India as a large population has one of the most number of applications which also increases the chancesl of rejection.

Palki you are not looking at the really core issue instead you are blaming other countries or governments. Don't be biased because of Indians. Look at why they are being rejected. Lot of Indians do not leave even the visa expires and illegal entry. Every country has a right to protect their country and people from outsiders.\n\nMost of the time Palki views are very biased. Issuance of visa is a privilege and not a right. Every country has a right to accept or reject a visa.

I live in Canada. A citizen now, love this country but India is and will always be a home. Canada is facing hard times currently, which is being faced by every country now and then but even the cause root of all these problems Canada is facing right now is coming from somehow from India. The most disruptive and disturbing people are here from India only with no civic sense. They come here and do not value the Canadian culture at all. They do all sort of illegal activities and try to do jugaad in everything, from which we escaped from India. Even on political grounds, the man who somehow messed up everything was under the influence and pressure of the man having Indian roots. I love India without a doubt but we can’t deny the real facts why Indians are being hated everywhere. People in my community here ( whites, First Nations, old Indians) love me and my family because they know how we respect the culture and values and laws of Canada. But there, where people don’t know us personally, we get judgemental eyes because of our colour and we know why, it’s not all of us, but still majority of us have destroyed the image of India and yes Indians deserve to be banned now. We need skills and knowledge and we should class apart from the stupid ones.

No one wants to live in India? Why? Because average person has no rights of enjoying a free life from the corrupt governments in every state. No one thinks about the good and shelter about the poor people forget about freedom and security.\nI grew up in this country and retired now but it is so sad that new generation from India is polluting this beautiful Canada which we have seen the best on this earth. Students with expired visas should go back. But what is Canadian culture? Is it found in Quebec? Alberta? Or the Reserves? What is it exactly? Do Canadian Immigration documents require applicants to sign they will convert their religion or culture after coming here? If you would change your culture upon entering another country, good for you but you have no right to expect that kind of inauthenticity from other people. If someone changes who they are and their culture upon entering another country then they are not as real as they portray. These are the type of two faced people that can also switch sides to help your enemies if given the chance to. And the truth is no matter how much people 'assimilate' here, people with even an ounce of racism and colonialist ghosts in their head will always first see the color of their skin. I worked at a Polish Grocery store and came across a man who's lived here for 30 years and spoke 10 words of English. All they speak at that store is Polish. I loved working there but I don't see anyone making a video about European immigrants retaining their culture.

We were military so lived right across Canada, and I can tell you the worst province in Canada is Saskatchewan. I don't have enough thumbs to turn down. The people are Very unfriendly. Think there better than everyone else, and if you need compassion from the police you won't find it there. I was with a group of military wives once and we all had to say the best and worst posting we ever had. Everyone said Saskatchewan was the worst. Nova Scotia and B. C the best. . The rest of the country is great. The Maritime provinces are the friendliest. Retired widow now and live in a small town Ontario. It's very nice here.

Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. I should state the government had to pay me $25,000 dollars for violating my rights (this cost me $35,000+ in legal fees!) so I know of what I speak. It was the same when I moved provinces. In terms of mobility my fate was better in the 4 third world countries I visited after my stroke, there are no busses in loads of places here as we can’t “afford” them. Also I should state the government tried to make me site an NDA that would not allow me to state their behaviour, this should be illegal where government money is concerned! On to health care…. Why do disabled people struggle to get a family doctor when they move provinces? Also why did the mother of a Ukrainian disabled kid have to go back to a country that had been invaded to get help for her child that was having convulsions? She got no help here and her child was in our system by then and her husband has been paying taxes since I got him a job here 3 day a after landing. Yes there are a lot of good Canadians but this situation has become much worse and Canadians are masters at ignoring things. There is a Ukrainian flag flying from my cabin not a Canadian one. As an American and also a half Indian myself, I hear this guy . I have friends in Canada and they complain to me about the same thing. One of the things is that Indians refuse Canadians job positions because they are not Indian. How can u Indians refuse someone a job in their own country? And another thing. Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. Even many african specially nigerian they qualifies to work in india if they did any of his degree from india.

If we, the United States, know how many Indians are crossing the Canadian border into the U.S. side, that must mean WE are letting them in. Why the heck not return them to Canada right there and then? They are surely not being persecuted in Canada, so why allow them in? And the same goes for all the undocumented people crossing over from Mexico. I’ve worked all my life, I raise 2 children by myself, worked as a nurse for 41years. Never asked the government for anything. These people forced themselves into this country, and expect to be served by the government, demanding all this rights, they have not earned. Many American citizens are homeless and have not received the help they need yet. And these so called refugees expect to be treated with respect, and don’t like the help given to them, because it’s not what they deserve.
