I would assume the increased legal consequences would skew the new illegal border crossings from migrants looking for work so they can raise their kids in a country with more economic oppurtunities to a higher percentage of criminals mixed in. I've had some completely institutionalized friends in Baltimore and can say that the bouncing in and out of prison/ have most exciting/chaotic situations/ brag to your friends while you pass the time locked up/ all around adrenaline rush is going to make that crowd see the conseqences as a nuicense and an exclusive challenge. I mean that’s wrong to say everybody’s fit to serve. It’s just when you’re going through surgeries like that and you’re taking hormones that are injections that are not naturally produced in your body then yeah it makes a lot of sense.
