Trudeau must step down. I'm speaking as a black person. Majority of the hiring department is field by Indians, therefore, they are only hiring Indians. Everywhere you call now days, it's always Indians responding. It's just not fast food companies...all the departments. It's a bit too late to slow it down. It just sad. With the current immigration law with giving the caregivers Permanent Residency putting a lot of pressure on the employers who are working hard and paying taxes to bring the caregivers in Canada. The caregivers are taking advantages by exercising their rights as soon as they lands in Canada. Where is the protection for the employers who are working round the clock to bring the caregivers but the caregivers are abusing the systems and goodwills of the employers. The caregiver program should be like it was before when the caregivers needed to work here for 10 years to get the permanent residency. Otherwise it is becoming difficult for the employers to retain the newly hired caregivers under the new program as the caregivers are getting PR as soon as they lands. Employers need protection. Employers brings caregivers from foreign lands and as soon as they arrive the caregivers can quit and change employer and start exercising their rights as PR - it has to stop to protect the employer because of the employers hard earned money and goodwill they can land here, employers should not suffer for their goodwill and needs.\nWe Canadian employers need workers not the abusers. The foreign workers need to contribute to get the permanent residency - so should do the caregivers not rewarding them PR as soon as they land!rewarding caregivers with PR at their landing leaves the hard working employers vulnerable.

I have personally lost jobs to foreign workers. The companies decided it was easier to hire trained foreigners than Canadian youth.

Indians are very racist first and foremost; if they get a managerial position, they wont hire anyone else but themselves qualified or not. We don't want Canada to fall victim to what their culture promotes. Let them go ahead practice their culture some where else.

The truth of the matter is that this program has been abused for decades and decades by Canadian business. Stop with the expectation that country’s like Canada, should always carry the burden and responsibility, to educate a continual portion your one billion citizen’s, or your even your hundred million citizens. I started to boycott Tim Hortons as they don't hire any locals.

I have lived in Canada for 50 years, and its important to remember why the TFW (Temp Foreign Workers) were needed in the first place, namely a lot of (wealthy) Fast Food franchise owners were unable to run their businesses due to a shortage of a reliable workforce, the Tim Horton's beside me closed in 2022 due to 100% turnover and poor customer service, and that was the fate of many other franchisees, since White Canadians view the fast food industry as a stepping stone to better jobs, much to the chagrin of millionaire franchisees, and i dont mean that negatively, you have to be rich to buy a franchise licence in the first place, and now they wont even hire White canadians, since they can pay TFWs less than the minimum wage, so it was used as a tool for wage suppression, and the TFWs are viewed as scabs who are helping to keep wages down and that is fueling racism.

I'm a white Canadian Nurse. This fellow spoke very well. I've always been pro immigration to mesh cultures and increase the population of this huge Country. However, in the past few years I'm made aware of the increasing violent gangs, theft, plagiarism, dishonesty, Indians getting managerial positions then only hiring Indians, cheating in schools, fabricated names.\nI have a rental and there was a time I chose what I thought a wonderful young Indian couple over 25 others looking. At 21 yrs old, she boasted how she and her Indian friends could trick the cash register at The Bay where she worked giving themselves 80% off everything. He worked for cash for another Indian. They were shameless. Who goes to a foreign Country and steals.

What’s baffling to me is the United Nations development program hired my dad to train local people in turkey and Bahrain for welding. To stop foreign workers from coming into their countries and taking jobs away from local people. I wonder if the United Nations should hired my dad in Canada to train Canadians so that foreign workers can’t come in a take jobs away from Canadians. I guess our governments aren’t smart enough to contact the United Nations For help in resolving that problem.

The real problem is the middle class and small businesses in Canada. I was a PR in Canada and still couldn't get a decent job because of two major issues. First - language. I went to look for a job in so many places but couldn't get it because I couldn't speak their native language, like Polish, Arabian, or Chinese. Second - I asked someone if I could get a govt. job near my house and everybody said NO. Why because the place had a Polish guy in charge, and he is only going to hire his family or friends who are Polish. So doesn't matter if you get the best leader known to man, Canadian economy is doomed if you don't do anything about the middle class system and non-English speaking immigrants.

Blame companies who are hiring these immigrants for lower wages to increase profits for company and shareholders. Company's management also benefit because higher profit means bigger salaries and bonuses for management staff. These companies are not willing to pay higher salaries which the Canadian citizens are demanding. So the immigrants are filling these jobs at lower pay. Hopefully these new government restrictions will curtail of these activities.

Canada cannot survive without Indian professionals due to better brain, talents, stem skills,, technology,and expertise .so Canada has no way but to hire Indians with higher and higher packages .

Stop hiring only Indians and telling Canadians that Canadians are not allowed to get jobs in their own country and telling Canadians that Canadians are not a good fit for the Indian Culture. “Limit” to what 2 million? How about remove 90%. High school kids can’t even find work let alone adults. I know people who have applied to Tim hortons or McDonald’s but can’t get hired because of the foreign workers and the subsidies companies get from our government for bringing them in
