I am Canadian, and to visit India I need a letter of invite from a person or company from India, go the the Indian embassy , and get a visa. why do they think they can waltz into the USA or Canada willy nilly?

You need to put ICE in the bus stations pick them up and put them right back on a bus back to Canada!

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau had the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) protect that crossing and had journalists arrested for reporting on it. Canada and the US share the longest border in the world. It's not just illegal immigration coming from Canada but the US as well. Both countries need to co operate to stop this. Also, illegal immigrants can not claim refugee status if they are escaping from a developed country. The Americans should educate themselves on Roxham road and how this a major entry point between both countries

Canada just needs to stop letting people into Canada for stupid reasons. And throw out anyone who does not have citizenship, landed immigrant status, work permit, visitors visa, etc. Unless their home-country is at war, or in some other viloent state - send back all refugee claimants.

Canada needs to tighten up and prevent those Indians from crossing into the US illegally.

1. They are not migrants; they are illegal invaders. 2. They cannot enter NYC from Canada which is 335 miles from the Canadian border. They can enter New York State and head to sanctuary cities from there to claim their free ride. 3. Canada needs to stop these illegals from entering our country as well.

The illegals have to enter Canada first at some point and in some way and it's obvious that Canada has dropped the ball on it's own border and immigration controls and is just pointing the way to the US border . This is a big reason why relations with Justin Trudeau and Trump have gone sour . Why is the New York Mayor and the Governor not being arrested ? Going to need a wall around New York .

So much misinformation in this video. First off, Trump didn't force Canada to do anything. Canada had the $1B security plan already in place and was going to do this long before Trump came to power. Secondly, more people come in to Canada illegally from the US than the other way around. Also, Canada has a huge issue with these people smuggling US guns in to our country. \n\nThe US needs to secure its borders. This is nothing new in the 90's every Dominican being stopped in Washington Heights, NYC had a Canadian Driver's License. There was no passport needed then to enter from Canada if you had a Canadian License.

And canada says no illegal immigrants try cross from Canada into the USA. WE need a wall on the entire north border.

Just like you have to protect your southern boarder the USA needs to have accountability at the northern border. So what’s with the double standard. It’s not all on Canada. As a Canadian I’m glad that we are doing something about this. But as the southern border was closed we have a lot more people coming to Canada illegally trying to get to the states or staying here. We have to do more, of course we do.

Looks like Canada needs to check people coming into Canada and trying to find out where they are going and how long do they intend to stay. If they look like going south they should be denied access to Canada.

Int'l law requires/allows: 1. Asylum seekers apply for asylum in the first valid country they enter. 2. Thus, those Asylum seekers entering America from or having passed through Canada or Mexico, etc. can be returned to the last valid asylum allowing country or be returned to any other they passed through... 3.
