Same thing happening in Italy .i was talking to my nephew in Rome, he works as a janitor at school, he said there were 20 East Indian pupils out of 30 in one class! Post war Europeans immigrated to North America and built this rich continent with SKILLS and hard work without any demands, now these people come and they expect things on a silver platter! These people are impoverishing the rest of us! If they don’t like here they can go back to their beautiful India period!

Even with the guns like. We have guns here. We just don’t think it’s better to have barely any regulation control or laws about attaining them owning them and what is appropriate use of them versus not. To watch Americans defend their right to bear arms as a reason to entirely ignore the amount of gun violence , combined with insane laws that literally enable or encourage said violence , from people who are not in anyway necessarily trained to asses or handle as safely as possible , urgent situations. To have any children or schools shot up not immediately cause a national need to solve the problem but jsut have it ongoing and not much change to address the issues of innexsssary gun violence to not just Canadians but a lot of the world , looks entirely insane and white honestly idiotic lol I’m just being real. \n\nTo spend the amount yall do on military to feel safe , but have such unsafe conditions in the general public is crazy to a lot of us. Outside America. Yall are a danger to yourselves and okay with that? Lol same thing with food and nutirion and fda things that are acceptable and legal but banned everywhere else ?like. You guys do realize ur safety is not only about who owns the most guns you will be less safe if ur health is poor, bec of insane things being legal to be sold and eaten , healthcare is not easily accessible , and the gun violence of ur own is always a possibility like. How does that feel safe ? \n\nI have a friend who went to school on scholarship and now works married and lives there and she hates it and feels terrified all the time. Her own husband is American and owns a gun but she hates it hates guns now. And is exhausted and has anxiety issues as a result of a lot of the culturally and legally normal gun ownership and attitudes there. A lot of Canadians would feel the exact same way. And to WANT your country to be run and managed that way screaming it at the top of ur lungs is. Bonkers bat shit crazy to many of the rest of us. Ur not the only country where it’s legal to own guns and have them, but yet we’re not hearing about school\nShootings as a problem that just never gets solved and everyone who lives there sort of shrugs about ? lol it’s. Odd. To. Us.

Idk i think you need to realize that we also have our bias in addition to you having yours. Meaning, to most of us , excepting the most left leaning socially progressive pockets and contexts , which even then wouldn’t be viewed that way to us just acceptable lol ?\n\nOur baseline/political middle in Canada is A LOT more left leaning than the baseline normal/political middle in the states. So while people tend to equate your democrats to our liberals or our NDP , and equate your republicans to our conservatives. It’s just not accurate. If you throw our span of parties and American span of parties on the SAME spectrum /polarity line. You might be surprised to realize how shifted left our systems range politically is from the American one. \n\nThis hugely impacts the average normal expectation , what we clutch our pearls at hearing coming out of the mouths of the general public , and our range of what we expect to not hear or see ranted about unless they’re to our view , extremely right leaning politically /social values. \n\nFor us this means that actually genuinely , a lot of America does get experiences by us as bat shit crazy racist homophobic immigrant intolerant culturally and religiously ignorant , and somewhat backwards in larger or smaller amounts ? I know that’s not fun to hear but. Being the most diverse country based so much on immigration means. What is normal and known /familiar and normal so we aren’t ignorant to , is completely different. \n\nFor us we have our pockets usually in more rural less populated areas further away from larger cities where there is more diversity but that’s the same often in many countries that you will find some of the louder racist homophobic intolerant voices typically in places that truly are unfamiliar and ignorant to the experience of growing up with and around much of any diversity of varying kinds. So it’s not to say we don’t have racism and intolerance of course like anywhere we do. It’s just contained and the range and frequency and intensity is MUCH different. We distinguish nuances of diff cultures and religions more easily and in larger numbers we’re more familiar with diff ways of life , language , food, dress , holidays , values and used to a much less segregated way of existing even when we are differnt from each other as the NORM. My parents were both born in the states and my older brother was born there but they moved up here when he was a baby. So nearly all my extended family lives down there and I’m a duelly. And my experiences discussing things with my cousins or visiting absolutely could be described as culture shock at times. The insane things that came out of my own cousins mouths when they hear our friends or partners of various cultures , our not understanding how big a deal and incredibly insulting apparently it is to have assumed someone American was lgbt lol the list goes on. Like I don’t think our most intolerant Pockets can hold a flame to even ur closet to middle a bit intolerant places and contexts in America. Quite honestly. \n\nI think the absolute undying favourable passionate upholding and support of nationalistic, capitalist, hyper individualistic mentality about society as a whole (from my Canadian born and bred perspective lol) makes the differences even more glaring blaring and hard to swallow for us lol. I think more Canadians would feel exactly how that comment stated , that you felt was not fair for us to experience America as. I think the truth is a lot of Canadians are being too polite to let you know that’s exactly how a lot of America comes off to a lot of Canada ?

This administration is putting many families in difficult situations. A lot of people are financially struggling to live, put a roof over their head and put food on the table. Things are getting worse these days, if you don't find means of multiplying your money you might wake up a day to realise you didn't plan well for yourself and family…

I'm a French Canadian and I love India and Indians. I'm learning Hindi and Punjabi, love the food, language, and music. It's just that Canada needs to denounce Khalistan! I want to clarify some things here. MOST people in India do not support a separate state like Khalistan, it's implausible as they would need their own currency and military... It would be as if you asked an average Quebecer if they wanted to separate. There is only ONE India and ONE Canada which includes Quebec! The Khalistani movement should be declared a terrorist organization. These protestors SHOULD be mad if indeed a policeman supports Khalistan. Or how Trudy ruined India's relationship with a terrorist like the Khalistani leader that was assasslnated. EVEN if a vote were to show that Canadian East Indians support Khalistan, Canada cannot create this state for India which Modi also does not help. Khalistan will be another Muslim state or country like Pakistan This would be what Gaza is to Israel is what Khalistan would be to India. WHY is Canada pushing for this!? This is interference.

The big problem is that Canada increased immigration without having the infrastructure for them. Immigrants tend to move to major populations like Toronto, Vancouver, etc because there are typically more jobs, so these towns had their numbers increase faster than our social net could handle. Add in long-term Governmental reductions in spending on things like housing, healthcare, education with more people to service, and you end up with the housing crisis and inflation that we have.\n\nI understand why immigration was pushed; it was partially because people are collateral on the world stage. The larger your population, the more a country can borrow because you have more people to pay back those loans through taxation. It should work ... As long as you have the infrastructure to support the new citizens.\n\nImmigration needs to be dramatically reduced from current levels for a few years while we work to get up to speed for the populace we have.

I came to Canada in 1989 with my twin sister. I haven't left Canada ever since I came in. My twin sister left Canada for good in 2023. I did not come to Canada because I needed more money. I came to Canada because I did not have a country. Canada became my home country but the crazy thing is I don't recognize the Canada I knew over the years. Many people came to Canada to take advantage of this wonderful nation. My beloved city of Toronto turned into a third world country. I'm now in Alberta where I work hard and pay my taxes. My Canada is a paradise on earth. My Canada deserves people who loves it. I had my hardship in my early years and that was what I had to go through. When new immigrants try to cut corners, I always remind them to earn their muthafuka turn. The liberal party screwed up Canada. Chances are one day I will end up leaving Canada for good but before that I'm keeping my Canada great.

The o ly thing the lib gov was ready for was to shut down the country trample the peoples bank accounts and tax us into oblivion

O_o Well this is a weird situation. I didn't expect a Mexican American immigrant to support Trump. She explained that she was technically legal. However I really doubt this. Trump is extremely racist. He would still deport this woman anyway. Maybe it is not just a racism thing. Trump is a felon. Felons are the last people that would consider the law. It is nice that this woman went the extra mile to be legit, but I think she is still shooting herself in the foot.
2024-12-04 0
This is why we can’t have nice things. Some people just can’t follow the law.

Nothing is going to change as long as people vote for the established parties. Dominant politicians are not interested in transformational change. Same things are happening in New Zealand. Jacinda Ardern when she was Labour PM promised such change. True, Covid interrupted her premiership but even if it hadn't things would have largely stayed the same. No wealth tax or capital gains tax, no reduction in inequality and child poverty from Labour then. Solution, no idea. Perhaps voting Green given the problems facing the whole world?

You must understand one thing. We the people of Canada are not to blame for your situation. It is THE PM. Justin Trudeau and his liberal party who agreed to this. We as a people are also in a dire situation because of all you people coming to OUR HOME land. We too suffer from lack of food, jobs, habitation. Our rights are not respected since you came here. But we do not fight you, we suffer you. It won't get better. I hope you will not take offense by my speaking out but just letting you know we have problems too, so next time don't believe it's better elsewhere you study at large, verify make calls. Do not trust the Embassies. I wish you better places to live, especially since the Election in USA. They threaten us of a take over from Canada to USA. Goodbye ? ???

Immigration MAY play a role in rising prices... In fact, it's negligible. Private Equity and Corps are using the excuse of 'immigration' to intentionally drive up prices. Why have prices increased generally. The Gov't printed too much money to keep the Corps/Bay St Happy and share prices up. They should have just rode it out like the rest of the World (aside from Western Countries, You see the exact same thing happening... Rising costs, mass immigration, etc. coincidence? ?) . So in fact, it's not that things got more expensive... our currency deflated. Aside from US and EU at least... majority of our immigrants aren't illegals, refugees, people seeking asylum, etc. They actually can bring value to the economy (some would disagree... ?, besides that). As long as the Gov't ends the TFW BS... we'll be fine. Maybe... Doesn't help when Can Officials are sharing the bed with Sikh business Tycoons... Jagmeet, Danielle, etc. That's a story for another time.

I immigrated to Canada in 1981 because I married a Canadian I should say French Canadian girl and it was just a better place for her to continue on with her background. We relocated to Ottawa which is bilingual and made it very easy for both of us to assimilate together. I moved back to the USA in 2006 to help my sick brother and move back again to Canada in 2016. I came back for many reasons. The political Edge in the united states, the guns out of control, the increased crime rate daily, in just too many people everywhere. Now I was living in the Tampa Bay area and a lot of the people come from out of state and out of country especially in the winter to spend their cold months in the sunshine. Some things I miss in the United States comes usually down to the cost of living. Unless you get sick. And I miss living by the Gulf of Mexico. Except during hurricane season. I prefer living in Canada only because it's a slower easier paced social environment. It has nowhere near the political stress that the United States has where it can almost be violent. Actually, where it has been violent. Revisit January 6th. Out of control guns with hot-headed men mostly can force you out as well and back to Canada. Canada's social structure and environment supersedes the United States tenfold. And of course as we get older, Healthcare is a priority. I'm thankful there's a place like Canada close to where I was born or I can spend the rest of my life enjoying it as opposed to looking over my shoulder constantly. I also find that Canadians have a huge appreciation of warm months. So many people are outside even when they are eating at restaurants. Because of the warmer months are so short, Canadians really take advantage of enjoying it and those months are never taken for granted. Winters in Ontario, like here in Ottawa, can be very cold once January and February come around. But once you make it into the middle of march, you can almost smell spring in the air and somewhere on the way. But there are those dreaded 8 weeks of oh my God ?

I appreciate your take. I believe Canada's key issue is that it is facing a cultural decay, which is not exclusive to Canada. Many countries in the west are challenged by similar things such as aging populations and unaffordability. \n\nIt works in a cycle: governments and corporations take turns screwing over the general population and most people cannot afford anything. Corporation does A then government does B; government does X then corporation does Y. On the surface, government is _trying_ to do a good thing, but it backfires quite often, leaving the average person feeling scorned. \n\nChief among these corrective measures was mass immigration, and because there was already a climate of indignation, the introduction of too-many-immigrants was a huge slap in the face. Instead of making sure Canadians were better taken care of, the government responded to the corporations--not the people. \n\nGDP numbers mean nothing to the average Canadian person if their quality of life is in decline. The only people still in favour of mass immigration are those who do not have to confront it on a day-to-day basis. Even Canadian-born (or even Canadian Citizens of 5+ years) minorities, think the immigration problem is too much.

Americans dont really do agriculture work. Their not going to sit their and pay the average american 20 to 25 dollars an hour and keep food prices the same. How are they going to round up 15 million illegals anyways? How are they going to find all 15 million illegals? Their not going to. People are complaining about the price of eggs and pork and i would love to see the price of these things when they have to start paying people 20 to 25 dollars and i almost guarantee people would stop eating pork or eggs.

Mexico is not the problem with Americans taking stupid drugs. \n\nThe problem is the greed that keeps Americans working like slaves. The bad nutrition that keeps Americans unhealthy. There was a study done on rats that if you give more sugar to rats they because dumber. Everything in most food products have a lot of added sugar. Guess who is hurting the American people first? \nWithout braincells Americans will do stupid things. You protect American people with good health and healthy products. \nStop selling prescription drugs as well teach the American people the truth. \nIf Americans were smart there would not be people buying stupid drugs from mexico.

Canada was too naive and didn't learn from the usa. It mostly attracted people from India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, from where students somehow show bank statements but actually do not bring those money with them, let alone being of a good quality student. Thats how they eventually became a liability. And these people are protesting and demanding obnoxious things like 5 years pgwp. U said it correct. They just use canada to milk. I hope canada successfully throws these people out and rebuilds a good environment.

Other problem is that a lot of people try to get a work in the service area, instead of help the growth of the primary and secondary sector, things that truly produce growth of a country. \n \nOther thing, the frame of the debate most not to be only in order of unskilled and skilled workers. ''Must to be in order of people who need for specific occupations in order of the demand work-force', EEUU have a lot of skilled workers and they don’t have a job. Sell a fake promise to the skilled workers of other part of the world is not correct.\n\nA lot of skilled worked come to Canada each year, and everybody can see them working in a McDonald or washing dishes in restaurants.

Mexico ?? said something like that they would stop the caravan. Mexico can't do anything about that. \nMexico does not have the same thing as the United States DICKTATER ship. They have no gear, no training, and they don't have the force .\nThey have no imagraton and no transport to move millions of people. Mexico has no jurisdiction to be able to get people on private land sold out to England and other countries anymore. Mexico has been abolished, and now, for outside intervention and a handful of trillion dollar Mexicans go to jail. And a couple of security forces from different countries. occupy the Mexican border.\nCome on, get them out of their. Replace the Mexican border patrol. That doesn't exist. With an actual security force from the global community ?

In the more than 80 applications and several interviews I underwent to land my 1st job in Canada, I started to notice something: I was primarily being contacted by people who had migrated to Canada at some point in their lives. Although I saw this as an act of solidarity, it also made me question why I hadn’t been contacted by more Canadian-raised hiring managers and recruiters. Today, I think I may have at least a part of the answer.\nAfter a few months surrounded by co-workers who recently migrated to Canada, and interacting mainly with Canadian customers, the colliding of cultures has become evident to me. Letting a person finish their sentence before jumping to give a solution, asking “may I?” before taking an article off someone’s hands, and true active listening, all these things go a long a way in building relationships. Doing the opposite causes friction and even arguments where customers explicitly say: “Please don’t talk over me, listen to me first.”\nPutting myself in the shoes of a hiring manager who is culturally Canadian, knowing that Canadians are very risk averse and kept to themselves: Why would I stir the pot in the workplace by bringing in a foreign worker who may have internalized habits that are seen as rude and abrupt?\nIt’s not only about English skills, degrees, who does things faster, etc., but cultural awareness. If you don’t take the time to learn about the culture of the place you are migrating to and/or expect that locals welcome habits that could be perceived as rude and shocking to most Canadians, you are going to limit your network to only people in your cultural group - which will definitely hinder opportunities for growth. Don’t make the mistake of assuming that everybody thinks and acts the same as you do.

Things are not good in USA or Canada, Our own people are not being looked after. It unpacks all areas of living. If our economy was better and we didn't have open border it would be different
2024-11-30 0
Definitely agree with all...?\nMy thinking is, the India ?? Seka have come to Canada and causing more trouble than it is worth having them living in Canada...Surrey. People who cause trouble like this, send them back to India ??. Also other nationalities same thing, where do we as Canadian citizen ? have to live through violent protests about Palestine ??. Why all this crap?

Trump thinks of himself as a bully. He think Canada and Mexico are beneath the US. He will learn that these countries have backbone too. Unlike his suppoters, they recognize his lies and bullying. Mexico President is confident because she already has a deal with Biden. Trump is lying and claiming he made her back down. Not even knowing she and Biden worked together to slow immigration and drugs. He is the most uninform President ever. Always claiming he don't know people speaking on his platform. He has already started claiming things he did not do. Slow down at the borden, Biden. Economy doing better, Biden. Remember when he starts saying this is his economy, know he is lying. Biden's.

It's crystal clear that immigration is the number one concern in Britain, Canada, America, and all over the west.\nSecuring the borders is the one thing that the people want.\nAnd it's also the one thing the ruling class will NEVER allow. Just look at what they have done to this world. We ain't gonna vote our way out of this, hope you all realize that.

sorry but Biden didn't do a damn thing on the border what are you people smoking ?

Excuse me Indian India is a big country that have all the resources they want why the president are the prime minister of India let him in bad people have to cut out all over the world that's not nice because number one they will never and they will not adopt the Western principal our life and God so why didn't you stay in India I'm asking you on the phone on the internet on the TV why the Indiana monster in India they come to the West they have nothing to do with the culture of the West that's very sad if we leave the Western go to India we will have to adopt your people who do not adopt on all these things happen because of weak prime minister weak member Parliament and the Northeast and North Justin Trudeau need to deport all of them that come here and student visa and his fake College
2024-11-29 0
The letter should be read and shared complete not only a portion, It seems like this time the new Mexican president it’s very well prepared, she knows how to lead and answer in a very pacific way, she knows how to put people in their places and this is a very good thing, she is what Mexican people needed long time ago,. Bravo for Mexico.

The only thing this stupid president is going to get is to make the American people's lives more miserable every day. I still think this election was a big fraud implemented by Elon Musk. Somehow, these elections were rigged. I don't think the American people is that stupid.
2024-11-28 0
Okay the thing is this too and that is the usa has other things to take off way B4 this issue there 4 other people's shouldn't been coming to the usa until other situations and problems was settled and tooken care of

Donald Drumpf has never paid for a thing in his life, he has cheated his way through life and made other people pay. Does anyone believe he understands the implications of these tariffs on American citizens? American people and companies will pay the price for his bad, egotistical decisions.

The problem with here is also with Khalistan issue (of course not all Punjabis there want Khalistan and are absolutely chill people and people here in India, Punjabis, also don't want Khalistan, I have some close friends who are Sikh and are most Dildaar, Big-hearted, people I know). A lot of extremist groups which want, Khalistan ARE supported and protected by the Canadian government especially by Justin Trudeau and these people are committing nothing but violence and terrorism in the name of free speech. Indian government has issued many extradition requests, but the Trudeau government has done nothing about it and has protected these extremists. Over the years Indian government has warned Canadian government about this issue constantly and after years of housing these Canadian terrorists (because Canada calls them their citizens and protects them, what else can be the correct term for them and nothing like Khalistan exists) they've started to cause problems for the people already living there (like the terrorists Pakistan was housing are causing problems to them). They know they are not gonna get a Khalistan in India so where else are they gonna build it? Voila! Canada! This is the reason behind them not assimilating with the existing culture.Trudeau has even gone to lengths of calling Amit Shah (Home minister of India) and PM Modi (if you don't know what the heck are you doing here go study geopolitics a bit) unalivers of Hardeepsingh Nijjar WITHOUT any evidence (they just keep saying they have it but have shown nothing till now) and because of which Canada has worsened its relations with the Indian Government. They are even comparing India with the likes of North Korea in terms of threat. Indian Government in reply is giving Canada the same treatment it gives to Pakistan (a bit better of course, but the diplomacy has gone to sh it. And the reason why Trudeau is doing all this, yeah VOTES for sh itty domestic politics he's sacrificing long term GOOD relations with the Indian Government. Now, you may think that worsening relations with India is a good thing for Canada, yeah no, its not good because India has trade relations with Canada which may worsen due to this (yeah, great going for an economy which is already in shambles) and UK or US are not gonna do anything to India over Canada because India geopolitically has more significance than Canada (I'm not bragging, please don't misunderstand). This rant has gone to a very different tangent but yeah a lot of problems Canada is having is mainly due to their government. Any of Canadian friends (I have not reason to hate you) and Punjabi brothers/sisters (Yeah, unless you are some sh itty extremist you are a brother/sister to me) please don't take this offensively. Peace.

Mexico is so corrupt its unreal. Mexico could do lot to stop lot of immigrants before they get to our border. Those people run work for cartels know one thing force and violence u show them u have much more powerful force it is used on them u c lot that stop. Lot of them no longer b with us

The questions should be what India govrnment doing about its own citizens. Indians are every where looking for better life. There in Kenya, Tanzania, Congo, Undan ,Uganda etc... these people need to go back amd let their government put things together

If they don’t take care of the cartel, their drugs goes to show you they’re sold out to the cartels and they say it’s Trump‘s problem and send the US military thank you forces to take out every cartel in Mexico New Mexico favor we got over 300,000 missing children from our southern border The cartels dropped them off at our border. Some of them went into sex trafficking. Someone went into slavery I don’t wanna talk about what happens to the others just children a lot of them where Guatemalan after Kamala Harris with Guatemala Guatemala radio was telling kids how to get to America I wish people would study into what exactly going on in our country instead of leaving the propaganda resent our kids off to college to be a doctorate by college professors to believe is the right way to go things are gonna change and change your abruptly. We’re going back to the constitutional Republic, the deep state, a.k.a. the corporation one world order is getting out of Dodge. I just hope they leave quietly and there’s no lost life by pushing Putin into doing something stupid and vaporizing, cities and country folks dying of slow death of radiation for evening Joe Biden said he would do everything in his power to keep Trump out of the lighthouse Jamie Raskin wanted to talk democrat said he would rather create a civil war to keep Donald Trump out of life. The red and Chuck Schumer has almost cost us the life of the Supreme Court, Justice woke his no more and I can’t wait for the new beginning to start.

When has the Mexican government ever cared about it's people!? Half the government there is run by the cartel so please she can save her little comments and opinions. If she cared so much about anything involving Mexico she would be talking to trump about how they can work together to get rid of the cartel and move forward with putting them on the terrorist list, no she's worried about the wrong things. She doesn't CARE, she worried about money just like every other government official in Mexico.... who are being bribed by the cartels ....gurl bye she's a FONY!!!

I mean…adding Canada, as well? Seriously…that alone indicates the tariff terror is a power play, if not simply, a projection of victim mentality that seems to empower many to make rash, unproductive decisions - under the guise of ‘protection’ of the people or fostering of fear simply, to imply/offer a ‘fix’ toward creation of a false sense of security being peddled possible, for reasons or purposes - which may or may not be agreed to - if we, the people, as a whole, had any idea of…transparency is not only ‘a thing’, it’s a necessity.

You are mostly talking about the big cities. I will bet that things haven't changed that much is your small town in Saskatchewan. Too many people are gravitating to the large cities. The wealth of our nation was built with our farms, mines, forests, etc. Trades people and farmers built this country. Too many people want to sit on their ass in front of a computer instead of getting busy. For those immigrants who can't make a living in Canada, it is time to go home. Some who have the skills and attitude will do well. Other won't. We need successful people, not another user of the food banks. The author of this video, seems to have had enough money to travel to 50 countries! How many countries allow you to earn enough to have kind of opportunity. Why don't you stay on the farm?

People keep commenting on Trump‘s business experience. His business experience is a failure., his so-called successes win, have been what they were if he paid his bills paid his contractors. It’s just going to inflate the price of cocaine and every other drug coming across the border. The focus will shift from the West Coast to the East; distributors will use markets in Colombia, Ecuador, and Bolivia. Until we focus on harm reduction and mental health to reduce the demand, this won’t do anything but make it harder for us. Other countries remember things, y’know? You can’t just bully people and expect that they’ll help you later. We’re learning that now.
