Idk you guys. At around 5:15 dude is conflating being a refugee with being poor, but people with money also become displaced by war. You facts are way off to the point of being misleading. Then average cost of a home in the GTA is $1.2 million and by law you need a 20-25% down payment. Even if you're lucky to get that $800k home you need a 15% down payment of 15% so that's $120k! Incomes here suck you need over $250k to qualify for a mortgage...who earns that? My circle is lawyers, entrepreneurs, engineers and only 2 income professionals can get that. One word I have learned to despise ... diversity. Not really over used or highlighted in other countries. Politics are like a pendulum. In my youth the right was largely the unreasonable voice; strong conservative policies derived in part by religious values that didn’t mesh with more progressive mainstream views. There was also a small but perceivable undertone of anti-imigration and racist sentiment in Canada's rural areas. Now the pendulum has swung far to the left. Now the extremists are on the left, killing free speech, mandating bodily harm, and cramming a nonsensical woke ideology down our throats. The voice of reason is now right of center. If I had to compare the two I would say that the current left ideology has been far more damaging. I hope that the next election will be the start of a new Canadian renaissance and that the pendulum doesn't swing too far to the right. No single politician has done more to destroy Canadian pride, economics, and world standing than Justin Trudeau.

It is not just immigrants that are leaving Canada, but Canadian citizens too. On another note, I will say that Toronto overall is not friendly and now is antisemitic. And as someone who is Jewish, the antisemitism in my former hometown is shocking. Canada as a whole and in particular its cities, we Jews are not welcome. Have you witnessed the anti Jewish demonstrations lately? It is travesty that newcomers to Canada should experience that. That alone would send someone packing. Why did you not mention that?

Their relationship has taught me so much about different cultures and traditions.
