They all make money when the students are coming and the fact is these students know the education level in Canada won't help them get a decent job when they return back to their own country. The fact is International students from India are visible because they come in mass numbers. The International students from countries also come to study and they are also given PR's but is not visible due to their numbers. It's the Governments job to make sure and have it in written format that any International student coming for study has to go back and then reapply for a job if available. Also the Visitors, Parents or relatives should be dealt the same way.
