Basically, a year of minimum wage take home pay. Very few people would find that amount of money easy to deal with.\n\nIn Canada it's not only free, but the government pays you monthly amounts if your income is less than what they deem enough to provide for them. Homelessness in Canada and US is because of high property tax and because of very high inheritance tax. Indians would rather come back to India and live in their negligible property tax homes which they inherit from their parents without paying any tax on their inheritance than to stay homeless in Canada. Or homelessness is because of high price of land and redtapism in making a home for yourself in the west which is not the case in India.

I was born and raised in brampton. I am now 41 years old. When i was 20 i remember when the indians started to come into brampton they were taking our jobs because they would work for minium wage without benefits. Then they stated to buy the houses and bring in their families they had like 10 to 20 people living in one house, so only needing to work for minium wage they were able to purchase the houses faster. Then the stores started opening up and theis is when i left. Canadian's are forced out there apartments, then they rent them at a higher price to people from India they get more for rent.
