I can understand how these countries allow women to cover their face like that? \n\nYou don't have a right to do whatever you want, it is limited with rights of other people, in this case my right to be able to identify a person who was participating in/witnessing a crime or an accident or whatever. If you are on public grounds you have no right to conceal your identity and covering face does exactly that. \n\nI personally think their religion is oppressing women and that this is not really a choice for them as they fear hell, or their family abandoning them or worse, but regardless of that, their religious freedom stops where my, and rights of other people begin.

I think its actually astounding how many people Hate Islam and yet no one has done anything to stop the religion. Its literally everywhere you look, in every country in every city, women having 6 kids, taking over schools and entire neighborhoods, the UK now mandating that Arabic be taught in certain schools, is really remarkable that people have *snapped* yet and fought back at whats happening, because Islam will literally be the dominant religion in many european countries by 2030.... thats 15 years away

As a Muslim living in Canada, I don't see the harm in a woman wanting to cover herself, I wear the head scarf myself, but in my opinions I don't feel the need to cover myself to prove I am more modest or a better Muslim.  I believe everyone has free will and has the right in this Country to dress the way that the law has allowed them to.  No one has the right to tell someone how to dress, not even the Prime Minister himself.  Telling a woman what she can and cannot wear is oppression.  I truly believe that if Muslims want to live in Western civilization, then they should refrain from covering their faces because the face is our identity and People have the right to know who you are and what your face looks like.  You cannot vote with a covered face, you cannot cover your face in a passport photo, you cannot cover your face for your driver's licence etc... I am a Muslim woman and I say this.  It truly is a shame how the media is portraying Islam and the Muslim people as a whole, and it truly is a shame that Canadians have become so ignorant.  I see more ignorance and racism in Canada than I do in America and 9/11 took place in America.  If you want to know about Islam, learn about Islam from a Muslim, a Library, google Islam, or offer to spend a few days with a Muslim family for research to get a better understanding of Islam and Muslims.  As a Muslim myself I can understand the hatred and the ignorance because we act according to how we were taught and raised, and yes we have many extremists claiming to follow the Islamic faith.  These extremists are not only hurting Western civilization, but they are also hurting the peaceful moderate Muslims that value their rights and freedoms as Canadians.  I do not appreciate ISIS hijacking my religion, I do not appreciate Hamas or Hezballah hijacking my Religion because I am a very accepting person and a very open minded Muslim and to be defined by media as a problem or a terrorist is very hurtful and a shame.

How Muslims treat Muslims of a slightly different faith is evidence enough of what they truly represent. help for Syrian refuges is not coming from the middle east.\nshove you excuses pc people.\ncould you imagine Canada saying no to Britain in the last 2 world wars cause your religion is slightly different.\nCountries in the middle east who have the same language and culture as Syria but a different form of Muslim will not allow 1 refuge in, the Religion of Peace at work.

Stephen Harper is the best PM this country has ever had. Muslims are a people that should be a cause of concern. Its is not a religion of peace. I just wonder why? Why Muslims? I mean every religion has the extremists! I know Muslims has the fair share and maybe more! But so what I am scared... Scared to wear a hijab in public because a person in my class. Someone I thought was a friend asked me what religion I was. I answered Muslim. He critiqued me he swore and called me a terrorist. There should only be sharia law in a totally Muslim country. I do not expect to have an English sentence passed on me or be judged by English laws in Dubai so no Muslim should expect their sharia law to be impossed in the UK. There will come a point when the English People of all faiths and religions will say enough is enough and at that point things will probably come to a head and there will be mass riots against Islam. This is not ideal but I doubt anything will be done unless people take to the streets. I personally believe that everyone has a rite to choose their own path but nobody has the rite to impose their beliefs on others. Sharia courts of ANY DESCRIPTION should be BANNED in the UK!

No idea should be held as sacred. We need to let people know religion is stupid. I had a good long talk with a Muslim girl about science, and how she is wrong and so is her dad, that the Quran has no science in it, and that it was a Catholic who made up the idea that it does.\n\nEducation is the key. I know one girl who was Muslim, and after taking some philosophy classes she left her religion, and her abusive husband with it. She is finally enjoying life, enjoying wine, sex, and life in general.

Great Britain is not an Islam country so I don't believe they can enforce there law upon our people. I am happy with Muslims worshiping there god at there mosque as religious believers should be entitled to go to a place for worship but these kind of beliefs are outrageous ! I would not have anyone tell me what I can do in my home country. I am absolutely against Religion and these things actually push why I hate it! I am not against religious people (as some can be accepting and ok people) but I am against what it can do to people and what it has caused. 

According to most Muslims; All non Muslims must be fought and will be condemned in hell, according to Christians' fanatics: also non followers of Jesus they are condemned in hell, and so does most of the Ibrahimic religions. One simple question to all of you religious people out their: Didn't you all have inherited your religions from your parents, and most of you didn't choose? The British Empire dissolved in effect more than 100 yrs ago - how are you blaming that for the problems in Islamic countries now? not all muslims are from the middle east, anyone can be muslim. islam is not a violent blood thirsty religion, that is a fact. some 'muslims' are violent and blood thirsty however and yes they are very welcome to get lost! however, many muslims are English or British and kind, generous and hard working people. please try not to generalise, I'm sure you wouldn't agree that all English people are racist ignorant drunkards now would you?

hey why do you hate islam? there are a lot of muslims who are really nice people, do a lot of charity work etc like Islam teaches. You don't have to agree with it but I think it's important to respect other beliefs and not very fair to judge them based on the actions of crazy people! This is an example of what you will see, when a group of people fails to adapt to a country's culture and behaviour. Imposing Sharia Law into a Developed 'Christian' country does not make sense at all. You have to think about each and every citizen of Britain before imposing such a religious law. I mean, come on, there are other culture and religion in this country other than Islam.

Im sorry what part of the world givers the most aid to under developed country's? The west is superior to any Islamic country, you are blinded by your religion, brain washed from a young age. It's sad really because i can get on with most people, but the problem is Islam is not compatible with Western life and so theres this clash. And the thing is the West has had many internal clashes in the past the strongest system always won, so some backward religion is never going to change anything.

I'm Muslim myself but I'm fed-up with those people's who are trying to force Islamic law in other countries there's no doubt about it Islam is a beautiful religion but first they should learn about Islam and make Islamic countries example and show the world about Islamic beauty. At the moment Islamic countries are worst situation and they are far away from Islam. My views are not fascist! I hate an entire religion and believe them to be a drain on society and stereotype them all to be violent! I also have strict views on border control! But my views aren't right wing in the slightest!
