You people at the border don't decide if you have the right to enter the USA or not. It's up to the USA to allow you in or not. You only have rights in your country of origin. Stay in your country and fight for your rights.

Some countries have those laws, just because you're born there does not automatically make you a citizen. One, or both of your parents must be a citizen, in some countries, specifically the father.

First you get approval and then travel. You can’t just go to the border and wait, and when declined be frustrated. When I moved here in 2004, I had 2 years before process was finalized and approved. And only then I was able to come to the country through a legal process. It has to be done right.

It doesn't just happen in Canada, US, UK, Aus but also welcoming countries like Thailand, UAE.\n2) Indian Visa (to visit India) itself is one of the most expensive and complicated to get for foreigners, so other countries have no incentive to make it easier for Indian citizens.\n3) Developed countries know that if they make it 'easier' for Indians to travel to their country, they will end up with tens of thousands who wont want to go back to India. It is already the case when its difficult to get a visa, imagine the situation if its made easier.\n4) Most of the Indian tourists fall under the mass category, they are not like the heavy spending Chinese tourists. We are not the most well behaved, so till we start getting more affluent, we wont be in as much demand.

I took nearly 40 interviews in 2024 out of which 28 are with Indian background, 24-25 of them are trying to cheat the process in different ways. 2-3 are genuine but they lack skill. I’m not Indian National however I feel proud that this nation has build ‘herself’ as the 5th largest global economy and if some of the following ways are adapted by Indian Gov, the Indian passport will be saluted.\n1) Make your currency strong as in Raja Ranjeet Singh’s time 1 Indian puree was ten (£10) British Pounds, today it’s 100 Rupee to £1.\n2) Need to hold educational tests for everyone going abroad with a minimum level of English language.\n3) Emphasis on etiquettes and local Knowledge of the country where the traveller wants to visit.\n4) Stop all of illegal immigration via people smuggling agents as this gives a bad name to the country.\n5) Set a minimum benchmark amount of funds required before applying for an overseas visa.\n6) Make it mandatory for all travellers to have a full fare return ticket (12 months validity) on them at all times to show strong ties to return back home after trip.\n7) Create strong religious tolerance and harmony within the country so the world can see no religious discrimination being reported on international media worldwide.\n8) The Indian embassies all around the world should be aware and weary of each Indian national traveling abroad in real time so they f any help is require they can assist 24/7 without failure.\nThese are some of my points and opinions for a better India.\nI hope the people who read above will not be offended by any of my opinions as this is not my intention and I am well wisher and want to see this nation thrive, always.\nGood luck and all the best…

India is now largest country with population and every Indian want to go to Europe or America. Most of it is due to bad so called visa expert agents in India. They haven’t even been to Nepal and they help educated people fill their visa applications for western countries. The day people start doing their own applications with honesty the rejection rate will start to drop. I have seen my own friends granted US visas when they only had 2000 rupees in their bank account only because they were honest. Last year I did my dad UK visa and when the asked his monthly income I wrote 0 and he still got approved. Don’t fall for the trap guys.

People from many countries enter with tourist visas and then try to stay permanently or just disappear. Indian's are famous for doing that. Entry via Vancouver too.

It is because some Indians are scamming other countries! Look at Canada, about 17,000 students with student visa went to Canada but never enrolled in to school, not good

It's more profitable for foreign countries to reject visa because people will try again, that just means easy money. If not then they at lest pay for the functioning of the Visa offices in India. So they don't have to pay fees to the visa interviewers, etc. It could also mean that rejecting visas is an incentive to the interviewers, hence they will make strict check before approving any visa because behind every approval they are losing money.
