My skepticism tells me that Trump is doing this so that US American companies will crash, and his rich buddies will buy the lower price stocks. Buy them out. \n\nI could be wrong, but he has proven to us that he cares nothing about others, only himself and his wallet. It’s sick! But I don’t blame Trump anymore. I blame his supporters.

With thos tarrifs war, Trump does typical populistic move. He creates problem, which he will successfully remove in few months, to show American people that he removes tarrifs created by other countries and he is the first to stop tarrif war. He will of course deny that he was first.

As an Australian I am so proud of Canada my second favourite country -- well done. I'm not buying anything American and certainly won't travel there. Direct flights from Brisbane to Vancouver mean I don't even have to go over the US.

As an American in California who had a family cottage in beautiful Ontario for 12 years and was welcomed by so many Canadian friends I am appalled by the American president who is a traitor. Trudeau is serving the final moments of his last term, but his approval ratings shot up since the Trump presidency started. Trump genuinely such a crappy leader than other leaders with approval ratings in the dirt are gaining support for going against him. As an American, it’s damn amazing. I hope the next PM of Canada keeps up the same energy and doesn’t concede to the US. Things won’t get better until the world sticks it to us, because the world turning their backs on us is the only thing that’ll get through the thick skulls of anyone who still supports Trump.
