It is far from the truth. \nA few already rich getting richer is not to be tom-tomed for a nation of 1.5 bn. \nBesides, if the country is doing so great why are Indians so desperate to get out. To go any country, the number of legal and illegal Indians outnumbers all other arrivals. \n\nNot to forget, the anchor conveniently brushes aside the visa abuse by Indians. \n\nIf there are so many with such stringent regulations, imagine what will be the case if there is freedom of movement. \n\nGet a reality check before reporting

There are too many Indians everywhere you go in the world, too many still trying to get out of India. Working in Canada at a fast food restaurant gives someone from India (Mumbai, Delhi, Lucknow....) a better standard of living than a middle class living in India. States like UP, Bihar, MP, Rajasthan... still living in 18th century. Gujjus were the first to got out and then Punjabis and then everyone, they damaged the reputation of Indians a lot.

I am an Indian, we were planning to go to Europe for a holiday. But the sheer number of documents they asked made me think otherwise. Now don’t get me wrong. I did my masters in France and I speak a few European languages, but this new trend of asking for my the million documents doesn’t go well with me. We cancelled our tickets. People even dare to charter a flight to Maxico with a plan to cross the border and into USA, like a flash mob, without a visa. Well you don’t have entitlement for that, just like you don’t like Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Rohingya crossing your borders by any means.\nHow many Indian agents have befooled fellow Indians who want to go and work in UAE, Behrin, Muscat, Qatar, Oman, Jordan and Saudi Arabia but landed on one of the beaches of India or have their Passport taken away to make them work like a slave in servitude by their fellow Indian contractors? Let us talk about that.\nLet us talk about how many Indian parents and students so foolish to see admission in universities or unaccredited fake colleges in Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Russia and Russian federation countries but no serious intention to study but intention not to return but figure out magic trick to PR and citizenship without really caring to understand how immigration works and what would actually qualify to deserve immigration visa? Sham marriages is one of many tricks that people pursue despite knowing that chances of success are really very remote. Let us talk about that.\n\nLet us talk about fake colleges that “donations” to admit “students” who failed to perform because their parents have money to justify entitlement to buy degrees and fake colleges print it out in return to “donations”?\n\nIt doesn’t end here. You get to these destinations by hook or crook, you eventually get busted, yet you have nerves to be cocky, pretend to be robbed, discriminated, cheated, victimized instead and gather nerve to seek PR, green card, white card as compensation and even a job? I mean how far you would go thinking world is stupid and you can prove it.\n\nSORRY, there are hard working, intelligent and qualified Indians that get visa and there are people who get visa on family migration quota for example but many others, give me a break.

At the same time getting Indian visa is also not so easy. Ranking may also depend on number of tourists who want to visit. Indians these days in far reaching in numbers due to the middle class economic upliftment. It is not that India is equated with tiny unknown countries.\nNext as far as the visa rejections are concerned very few student visas and work visas are rejected. So educated lot are not rejected. Most of the rejected visas could be tourist visas, who want to go there in disguise of tourists who actually propose to go as domestic or business helpers. Of course the visa fee is high. That could be discouraging point for many who want to go for just earning and also a source of income for those governments to compensate wages to be paid to their white workers to handle umteen number of applications.

You remember on covid inoculation certicate our country had Modis picture instead of the certificate holder. Every traveller was ridiculed. Canada recently stated that there were 20000 Indians on student visa who did not show up at college, London from 8/1/25 even if you are in transit going somewhere else you need a visa which is difficult to get Germany and America are in the process of deporting thousands of Indians . In the Gulf countries everyday hundreds of free visa Indians are rounded up and deported. Gradually the world is learning who we are and from which crooked country we are.

Unfortunately, there has to be some criteria by which each country has to make a judgement. I do not understand why she is cribbing here. There is this guy who keeps going on international trips and everyone in India for gaga over the importance he brings to India through those trips. What happened? Not working? They fail to understand that all the hugs and kisses are only for the TV and in reality every country just cares for the business opportunity they get out of the other. \n\nPalki keeps talking about using our economic power. Who should be weilding it? Is it not the Government? Do they really care if an individual or a lot of their citizen's visa get rejected? They are busy painting a rosy picture to their blind followers. They abuse and mock organizations that put down the ranking of our country instead of understanding the reason behind those ranking. They have no data to contradict the agencies but use rhetoric and everyone seems to be happy about it.\n\nWhy has this lady not put in any thought on the other possible reasons for rejections that could be because of the applicants? The easiest thing to do is blame other countries for the rejection without thinking why certain types of countries reject and what has our citizens done in those countries? No point in thinking about a few people who helped build Dubai or those one of cases like Pichai & Nadella. Think of those who go their and cause concern to those countries.

We, Indians, put ourselves down.\n\nThey are;\n1) Out of 100 Indiands traveled abroad either for tourism or business, only 50 returns home, and the rest try to find jobs to live there.\n\n2) Many Indians forge documents or produce fake documents to get visas.\n\n3) Where the Indians go, they bring pan and pan parag items and spit sll over the place, especially the North Indians. South Indians are much better.\n\n4) We, Indians, can go any lower to get a job abroad at low pay. So, we put our own grades down.\n\nThere are numerous examples I know of. Let me cite a few below.\n\n1) In one of the Western countries, a few years ago, a real Punjabi brother and sister who staged fake a marriage, got a marriage certificate, and other documents only to migrate there. The government eventually found put and deported them.\n\n2) Canada deported a few hundred Gujarati students when the US border security found them not speaking in English. On investigation, it was found that they all came with fake IELTS certificate.\n\nThere are many incidents we get to witness the day after the day. So, we can't blame other countries. It's us who made us very cheap in the international market. Because of those Indians, the entire innocent, honest, and talented Indians community is affected.

Indians are peddled this dream that everything outside is a heaven since early childhood. They see pictures of skyscrapers in Manhattan, London and Frankfurt and think everyone is living like that outside. These people are further brainwashed by immigration agencies and disguised human traffickers to put lakhs or even crores on the line for just going outside. They sell their lands, properties and other assets just to be able to go out pursuing a misleading dream.\n\nThis is a problem especially in states like Punjab, Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra and Kerala, where most of the people still believe that it's better living outside than inside. These are not people who don't have anything in India but rather well-to-do families that have homes and assets and families in the country. \n\nThen comes the added Western bias and negative media image through propaganda. \n\nIndia has much work to do - if the country keeps complaining, nothing will get done.

Getting the visa appointment is hard because of how many people are trying to get out from here, just because everyone else is doing. I'll give up an example. For German national visa, the slots for next 2 months were filled in two VFS centres, ( which two states in India depends on) were filled in an hour. And a lot of those guys who go abroad, ruin the country they go to with their bs from India.

Palki why not do some due diligence…research before wasting five minutes and 20 seconds on defending a position. The largest number of overstayers in the UK are Indians….not Burkina Fasosns or Cubans. West London has about 15000 students…who speak so poor English that one fails to understand how they understand lessons in English! They work as waiters at the wedding venues and fast food outlets. \nI found them doing the same in Sydney. They are 18 year old….if they attend any college…it is not a university..but community colleges! What higher education are they going to get there that wasn’t available in India. They don’t have funds to eat two meals a day and end up in Temples and Gurudwara everyday. They fill containers for the next meal too. Their public behaviour and lack of etiquette causes resentment in local population.

When the election comes. Vote ! Go vote. Vote for conservative party and hopefully this will change. I understand that alot of you are pissed off. You have every right to be. The only way to change this is to vote. Don't just sit there and bitch , get off your ass and vote.

Indian govt must grow some kahoonas and reciprocate the same conditions and hoops for tourists from usa, UK, Australia, nz, Europe that are subjected on indians. Its incredible how foreign tourists are allowed to do other things and get away scot free. Bjp is celebrating us soil in Bengaluru which speaks volumes of their commitment to indian pride and hypocrisy. The least india can do is ask for the visa fees back or atleast part of it. People talking a lot of negative things in the comment section about Indians being this or Indians being that ?. I think the Indian Govt is ensuring that the passport stays weak. Otherwise, what's stopping the govt from flexing its economic power. The reason is, when its complicated to get a visa to travel abroad, it dissuades Indians from going abroad for tourist purpose and those people travel withing India and that money gets spent in India and boosts Indian economy, and when its complicated to move abroad for work or study, it helps reduce brain drain (but that also needs quality higher education and good employment opportunities to work in the country's favor; not going into whether that's the case or not).

Yes I was, after Trump got elected no. Disabled human rights are horrible here and as compensation for lawsuits can be capped in cases that is unlikely to change. I should state the government had to pay me $25,000 dollars for violating my rights (this cost me $35,000+ in legal fees!) so I know of what I speak. It was the same when I moved provinces. In terms of mobility my fate was better in the 4 third world countries I visited after my stroke, there are no busses in loads of places here as we can’t “afford” them. Also I should state the government tried to make me site an NDA that would not allow me to state their behaviour, this should be illegal where government money is concerned! On to health care…. Why do disabled people struggle to get a family doctor when they move provinces? Also why did the mother of a Ukrainian disabled kid have to go back to a country that had been invaded to get help for her child that was having convulsions? She got no help here and her child was in our system by then and her husband has been paying taxes since I got him a job here 3 day a after landing. Once I just searched on google masters degree from foreign country, i literally got 100s of adds for months about Canadian, australian, german and US universities, So if i will take admission in those unis after paying whole saving of my family i atleast want to have rights to work in that country otherwise why would i leave my country as i still have middle class life here. And also it's the responsiblity of any unis in the world that if anyone comes to your country for than they should atleast have right to work for the same number of yr as he spent in his course so that he can earn back same amout which he paid for the tuition fees, suppose if i does my Master's from US for which i have to pay atlest 80-100k including living cost and to earn back that same amount of money in the india from best paying companies will take atleast 7-8yrs it's just about getting same amount of money back in account and to make saving of that much money will atleast take 20yrs then tell me why should some go for education in foreign countires if he doesn't get chance to earn that back, College fees are usually decided on PPP terms of the freshers job in that country that why atleast giving chance for work for the same amount of time of the total course time is a good thing otherwise just stop sending adds, just stop scamming indians, and just close your billion dollor economy which works on fees of indian student. Even many african specially nigerian they qualifies to work in india if they did any of his degree from india.

But once in, they repeatedly spit on the Americans and constantly laugh at them as they are receiving free welfare, hotel, insurance, food, etc, (they even post videos on the same). while the Americans are homeless and cannot even receive any help from their own government. I worked as a nurse in Florida when I first graduated. It was devastating to see how stressed people were about being hospitalized because they knew how their life finances were going to be wiped out. In Contrast Canadian patients only need to concentrate on being well again. \nWomens rights are being rapidly eroded in America. Childbirth is covered in Canada,abortions are legal and women get 1 year of paid maternity leave.\nOur children don’t have to participate in active shooter drills because of our tight gun laws. Our taxes are higher but the social networks are covered by these taxes. \nThe Canadian way of life is generally ,slower and ,I find, more accepting of immigrants, LGBTQ folks, and marginalized people.\nPersonally I moved back to Canada because I missed the change of seasons and the slower pace. I enjoyed my time living in America and have many fond memories of the time I spent there.Moving back to Canada was the right move for me

These are people ordered by Imgration Canada to leave Canada after failing the processes to stay in the country. That is 30000 people who should have been put on a plane and sent back to their country of origin. Law enforcement needs to be hired to find these people and put them on the plane. Another way to help this from happening in the future is through the laws. If you are here on a visa or temporary work permit, you must leave by the date on the permit or visa. Failure to do so will result in immediate deportation from Canada to your country of origin. It will also result in a permanent ban from for life from entry to Canada for any reason. If you have been found to enter Canada illegally for any reason. This will also be a permanent ban from entry to Canada in the future for any reason. The only way to extend a permit or visa is from outside of Canada, just like other countries require Canadians to do under their systems. There has to be a reason for people to follow the rules, and that is the permanent ban and immediate deportation upon failure to follow the rules. Another thing is an person needs to have paperwork to get on an international aircraft going to another country. So why do these people arrive in Canada and now have no paperwork. They must show that paperwork to CBSA or face immediate deportation and a lifetime ban from entering Canada for any reason. People who have followed the rules are fully welcomed to Canada. They should show they are entitled to be here and not break major laws of Canada. If you fail and are convinced of breaking major Canadian laws. You will be immediately deported from Canada with a lifetime ban from entry to Canada in the future. These are rules and laws used internationally by other countries, so nothing is new...

We do not need illegal migrants, temporary foreign workers like reported in Newfoundland saying immigrants are leaving Newfoundland well good we dont need them this Country like other countries around the world are flooded with immigrants \nWe should be really encouraging born and raised Newfoundlanders outside Newfoundland to come back home and preserve our culture and heritage we are an island and it's very important we embrace that rather then encouraging illegal migrants, temporary foreign workers, into the island,what I don't understand is how come we don't encourage people born and raised Christians from Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, New Zealand, wouldn't that make more sense and again preserve our culture and heritage, and I would challenge anyone on that and it's only a matter of time our following will get bigger and more Newfoundlanders will agree ,pkus with Trump in power and soon to be Poliveier we should take a stand snd KEEP NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR STRONG!!
