Good for Columbia, who never agreed to take the deportees in the first place. Trump has just learned that you cannot just dump people you don't want somewhere else without negotiation.

It is rare that I find myself agreeing with Trump, but on this he is absolutely right. It shows that the Columbia President was like, we let Americans into our country. Because, why not right?

Columbia agrees to repatriate deported migrants, then, as planes are in route, they deny the flights. Columbia is making a grave mistake if they think this president is going to negotiate this issue. I predict Columbias' president will see things differently very soon.

How would US feel if another country just sends their military plane without any information . This is wild.

CNN is not only fake but slow. Due to the threat of tariffs the President of Colombia agreed to take back their illegal criminals and even offered his Presidential plane to take them back in. ?That’s how you play the tariff card.

Unfortunately, have to agree with the fact that some Indians have exploited the visa process and made it a mess for the remaining well intentioned legal residents. Lack of proper manners, over staying, misusing the privilege, list goes on. Please understand: we need to follow rules. We are a law abiding country. Not everything is perfect, neither in India or anywhere. That does not give you the right to break rules blatantly. We don't want illegal immigrants, why would some other country want that. I agree that skilled immigration is the right thing to do \n\nStop asylum seekers , take students as they are needed to fuel local economy , however improve the criteria to qualify for a work visa after student \n\nPermanent residency to be only allowed if you are working in a niche job where you don’t find any Canadian is found for that job position.\n\nMy view is to reduce taxes on individuals , incorporations and also eastablish industries and remove unwanted regulations and allow to establish industries \n\nThis will boost employment and also use this opportunity to develop near shore for us based companies to help them find skilled resources in canada \n\nMany thoughts I am not an expert , but I love canada and canada deserve to be a world leader in everything

Americans want legal ways to citizenship to be improved but we cannot accept mass, unregulated immigration. It is not sustainable. Both parties can agree on that but we can’t agree on how to fix it. The issue is that there are too many people coming and it’s overwhelming our system. It’s sad to see people upset but we have to put our own country’s interests first.

I agree with President Trump. If you want to come here, do it legally. I am tired of our tax money supporting illegal people and not taking the money to help the thousands of our citizens in need of help.

The problem with the way things have become here is that now people that have immigrated legally to Canada and are citizens are now becoming targets of hate and violence. I agree that once the visa is expired people need to go and honor what they signed for. We are also punishing those people who have done nothing wrong. This is really scary to see in our country. Hold government accountable for what they have done and ourselves accountable for who we elect and how we treat other human beings. We are all humans no matter skin color or where we are born so be kind to each other. Yes they need to follow the rules we have but we also need not be hate filled and violent, that is not what a Canadian is.

The EU is becoming more xenophobic because of their immigration crisis. This is not specifically against Indians. The rejection rates rise also for African countries, Turkey, Russia, Central Asian and other countries. The only exception is the countries that agree to align fully their foreign and internal policies with Brussels (the new European colonies also known as the EU candidates).

Palki , you should also consider fake documents that’s submitted for obtaining visas. Over stays , age factors leading to medical expenses , bank balances for surviving those days in a foreign land. Come out with more facts and give a split what sort of visas are getting rejected… not a blanket statement. I like your channel and I follow your articles but this one i don’t agree 100%.

We Indians must agree that India is a $hithole country. First agree on this premise, so there is scope of improvement and think what to make our country prosperous.\nIn a prosperous country, every citizen will have high standard of living, will never dream of escaping away to get PR or citizenship of another nation.\nIMO, India will remain a $hithole as long as the population is above 400 million.
