I am an immigrant from India, came with job offer, earn enough that i do not get child benefits and pay high taxes.\n\nStudents from Gujrat and Punjab from India are literally headaches. I am Canadian and I work in an area with a lot of foreign student labour. This is an accurate summary of the situation. I have some college education, and I noticed many Indian students are going to private colleges a distance away. I believe the colleges aren't properly vetting these students in order to allow more in and collect more money from them. International students pay more to go to school in Canada. These young people unfamiliar with a western education system don't understand things aren't being done properly, but the bad reputation of these schools gets around and these students credentials are worthless. It's sad considering families frequently go into debt to send their kids to Canada. Mass Immigration is ruining housing in Canada because not enough building happend to house the sudden population increase. Canadians access to services such as health care is hindered by the population iincrease. Something as simple as the common language spoken in the country has changed. It is true if the goverment changes the people in the country the goverment has changed the country.

Although the video footage is shown out of context, and we do not know how the brawl developed, the public servant should not have spoken to anyone in such a manner. He appeared very belligerent, violent, and abusive. Love your videos, however I must say that you seem to be very naive about the reality, severity and frequency of racism in the US, no matter the area. It's not really your place as a white man to say that that person's complaints and fears regarding that are exaggerated (especially considering they had lived there for 6 years lol they didn't pull that sentiment out of thin air). While Canada is by no means free of racism, it is absolutely a deciding factor for a lot of minorities and for good reason unfortunately.

Alright. The median age in Canada is 41years. That means in 20 years, majority of the population would be close to retirement, which also means that if a younger population is not 'brought in' it would be disastrous for the economy. That being said, the government can limit the number for people immigrating from certain countries. If you need more Europeans, you need to create a social support net better than Europe. Its purely logical. \nIf you do not want more Indians, you limit the number of Indians coming to Canada. Its simple. Hating them for who they are doesn't help. And same goes for the foreigners - In Rome, do what the romans do. Leave your ways at the door, relearn, adopt and adapt, else you will have the likes of Faulkner make you hate him for pointing the difference. I grew up in Brampton since the early 80s and witnessed the massive cultural/demographic shift over a period of 20 years. Now, it has become the place to go for a lot of the newcomers, and that was what it was. However, with the recent illegal immigration there has been an unprecedented spike in crime. Firearms, drugs, pr@stitution, car theft, and home break-ins have all gone through the roof. I know that it still hasn't reached Toronto status yet, but we are very close considering the size of the population. We need to deal with home first before we take on the worlds problems.

Canada takes too many immigrants that with low skill or no skill, such as they’ve taken people from Haiti only because they speak French, it doesn’t matter they have no skill or wealth with them, while people have wealth and skills are not considered. It is so unfair when these new immigrants come and right away they are able to buy and own prime real estates while original Canadians that this country actually belongs to can only watch and dream of a chance of owning one but can not afford it. Why are you guys trying to target hardworking people? does anyone know the kind of benefits refugees get ? No cent has been paid in tax dollars by these people. Their rent is paid for by the government, their children's education is paid for, these guys have no clue about how to communicate in english. Students paid fees to get education here and gave exams to certify the level of english, I worked in Insurance and telecommunications sector and imagine explaining shit to these guys who are not interested in listening to how it actually works then come back and blame service reps for hiding facts. While it is their lack of comprehension of the language which is the actual problem. These people get their immigration status easily while students who arrive here pay thousands in fees and are still considered a problem ? \n\nLack of governance is not something that you can blame on the immigrants, the system has been in place for a while and it was being gamed before too, but the government sleeps at the wheel. In Nova Scotia, there has been unthinkable amount of PRs given to students, who did not go to any of the Atlantic Canada Universities, came here for just gaining PR IN FOOD SERVICE SECTOR and then leave as soon as their cards were in the mailbox, While I spent 9 years here in Nova Scotia and still cannot apply due to such constraints caused by these people who keep moving here from Ontario just because their province would not approve their PR. Who will make the government accountable ?

As a Canadian born here, I think the foreign students are the tip of the iceberg. We also have to consider people that came in, and still do illegally including a criminal element. We also have a weak government that brings in folks from war torn countries, and they are not always that countries best people. Look at the Palestinian situation right now, where Most other Arab countries do not want these people entering their countries. We have to ask ourselves why that is, and is it good for Canada to bring in people where the entire Arab world says Nope! I think the entire situation in Israel and Gaza is terrible, and at the same time with some groups even the Children are raised to Hate and or be Violent. So if we are bringing in people who Hate and Support a terrorist organization, we can pretty much guess what’s going to happen inside Canada. In fact we are already seeing the hate and division. They can’t figure out this is NOT Israel, and there are no wars in Canada currently. However if they continue down this path of Hate and violence, Canada could become another battle ground. Including some of these groups who have beef’s back in their own countries! If your hell bent on war, go back and defend your own country, and don’t try that crap in Canada.

There’s just no good everywhere. I was born in the U.S but sick of the crime, politics, inflation so I have considered Canada and now all this crap about Canada. There’s not a ton of countries where all you need is English. Australia is way too expensive and in the middle of nowhere. My children and me are multi-racial never fit anywhere. So sick of life.

I never voted for Trudeau. EVER! And before you think I am a CP supporter, I am not. I am not a Conservative. Yet when he came to power I knew it would be a disaster for this country. In the last 10 years Trudeau's Administration--or considered lack thereof--has just devastated us. His Liberal Government is absolutely disgusting. I wish people would have seen that he was never a good choice. He's enabled life in Canada to just collapse. He has not pushed for anything unless the NDP lit fire under his governments behind in the past few years. Yet they can't do everything. The Liberal Gov't consistently has been utterly lethargic in it's response to any urgency confronting Canadians. They are so out of touch and cynical in my mind it isn't funny. One thing I will agree with that the Conservative Party has said is that everything is broken. As a born and raised Canadian I can tell you it doesn't surprise me that people are leaving this place in droves. If I could, I would too. It is a sorrowful state of affairs.
