Hey! I really appreciate the information you provide to people by making videos like this one. Thank you sincerely for that. I just have a question about the recruitment agency or some internet source through which it is recommended to get the position of hotel receptionist or administrator in Canada. Do you have something to tell? I'm eager to receive your feedback!

This video seems to really capture the reality of a typical America and the narration really crystalizes it. Even though it depicts a less urban setting, the same stillness can be found in cities and suburbs. It’s not what you see on Netflix or in Hollywood where there’s a story to be told and you do see a lot of human interaction from scene to scene. In real life America so many lead an isolated life indoors except for when one has to go to work or school. One explanation for this, however, is that community in America and many societies is not geographically determined. It’s structured around work, school, church, one’s immediate family if there is anyone and other kinds of civic associations. Loneliness really comes in when one does not belong to any of these “communities”. One’s geographical community (in a society like America’s) simply does not or cannot provide a sense of belonging. It provides physical and material comforts but not emotional or social sustenance, which has to come from those other types of associations. And I sense this is not just a Western world phenomenon. I think it’s happening everywhere and simply a fact of life wherever the vast majority of people living in any space have no family ties with one another. In a village or neighborhood setting in a place like India or Africa, you’ll have such liveliness on the streets and among neighbors because a lot of the people there are simply relatives of each other.

When I first came to America in 1992 a street like the one in your video used to be filled with kids playing street (American) football, playing basketball, riding bikes and skateboards. Americans are just not having children anymore.

Great video. I think part of the issue is that American has a faulty foundation. We are a very diverse country, but in that respect there is a natural division amongst races, with other contributing factors, that causes a general lack of unity, and know one is technically from here. It is very different cultural wise when you and your ancestors can trace your lineage back thousands of years to the same land, verses a couple hundred, like anyone here in America. You have Irish Americans who in Ireland have a very distinct culture, but here they are just considered white, you have black Americans like myself who are like 3 or four African tribes in one, who are just considered black. So I think the black white mindset of America contributes to this factor significantly.

Great video. I am a Canadian that works with newcomers. I have lived abroad and back again. We recently did a trip to the U.S. A great trip overall but I agree with a lot of your comments about the suburbs. We saw some beautiful neighbourhoods in the US (and here in Canada) but there are almost no signs of life. I grew up in the suburbs and it was nice as a kid because we were always outside but as soon as I finished school, I couldn't wait to get out. My old neighbourhood is now a bedroom community built for the car. Now, I live downtown in a major Canadian city. My house is very small and old but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I always see people, rain or shine, snow or hail. I see families, dogs, dogwalkers, children, seniors with canes. I love it because I see life. Living in a neighbourhood like the one in this video would indeed feel lonely and isolating.

The stress and the pressure we live under is what weighs us down. We do not want to deal with other peoples problems. \n We have compassion fatigue. \nI can totally relate to the person who commented that it was not always this way- especially when we had more people who loved God and less fear about everything.\n When I was a child all the kids played together in groups- until dark and dinner time. People looked out for each other.\n Now, everyone is afraid to be taken advantage of because it happens so much. \n This is very sad. \nLord, have mercy on us. We lost our way.\n The best thing to do is find a community of people to pray with and share your life with.\n Thank you for this video. We needed to hear this. \n Yes, where are the children? No one can afford them anymore.

I love your video because you speak the harsh truth. People are sitting at home playing with their things, totally disconected from nature and what is natural. I think one becomes so detached they don't even realize what's happening to them mentally, emotionally and physically. I had to leave that rat race 3 yrs ago. Sending love from the Caribbean where everybody is outdoors unless sleeping. Love those plastic white chairs everybody has ready for someone to stop by.

Hi, thanks for your video and all the useful information in it, really appreciate it. I have one more questions that I want to double-check with you, are all the recruiting agencies free of charege? Because I heard you said if they asked us to pay, it might be a scam.

This video has some truth but the time you video this one is still in spring or transition from winter to summer. The weather does not allow to hang out out side. Tape the same video in the summer. As well, it depends in the community as well this COVID-19 pandemic everyone is in door except those who work outside their homes.

The neighborhood is nice. I deliberately moved to live in the city center just to hear and see people living. Neighborhood like these are depressing to me no matter how beautiful the homes are. The video was 12 minutes long and not one soul was seen outside. It might have been because it’s cold but usually it is like this in these neighborhoods.

Indoors are OK for me. I leave work rushing to go home to relax. Indoors are therapeutic for me. And when I exit the house I want to walk on a street like this one on the video, there is hardly any person

Was this video done during work and school hours? If so, that might be the reason no one is outside.

I wished there were more videos like this one. When it comes renting its just unbelievable how hard is to get renting when you are black women and Muslims. My stories will shocked the World if I tell how I was treated when I was looking for an apartment for rent. So sad

I currently live in Quebec city area and have been for six years, HOWEVER, I have lived in NB and Ontario for a while and as far as Quebec being one of the best province in your video, I respectfully disagree! I hate this province so much and rather live in NB, Ontario, Alberta, BC or NS before living here. This province has horrible health care, they are also the most TAXED ppl in the country by far!! They also do not allow you to put your children in the school you want, they dictate that they must go to a french school unless you did most of your education in english, in another province yourself as a parent. Lastly, it probably ranked first because the ppl here think it's the greatest province in the world and have never left it, therefore nothing to compare it to....kind of like an american who will yell out USA is the best country in the world without even travelling outside his country to compare it to lol

Thanks for the video, i have a doubt. When do one apply for job? After IELTS? Or after applying for this program in the AIP portal? \nAlso, does the employer in Canada waits for so long for an employee to join from India after completing the processing?

Thanks your video! Very detail and step by step.\n\nMay I ask several questions?\n1. Normally how many points they need for express entry? I know every time maybe different, but can I check somewhere what is the points for last draw as reference?\n2. For ielts, is it general one or academic? Or I can use either one of them?\n3.Just want to know if I got the PR document in Canada, in case I fly back to home town to handling the immigration matters, any deadline for landing in Canada again?

They are just preaching\nI saw hindu and Cristian doing the same on Stratford but no one objection, that's completely terrible, double standard and show hypocrisy\n\nOnly propoganda video\n\nYou just need to check by your, The Islam\n\nThen you feel what is the true religion in the world.

Thank you very much for take the time to do this very interesting video, clear English and clear ideas, you girls really made me think !!, I want to move to Canada with my family, one kid 11 years old. We want him taking college in Vancouver, we both have a job here in Chile, and it would be a real challenge, I think as you said, the key is to be flexible and open-mind. I want to take a degree while my kids take the college or even high school, I have a lot to think about yet, difficult decision.

One of the dumbest videos ever. I’m an immigrant in the US (now a citizen), except for lack of jobs and weather every thing you talk about applies any where for an immigrant. I wanted to go back when I first moved to the US but fought it out with a low paying job before I ended up becoming an Executive. It’s not just Canada - for brown folks like me moving to Russia would be even worse! Also no immigrant leaves Canada in winter to vacation elsewhere in the world unless they are retired or rich. Immigrants are not bears to not work in winter and hibernate. Fun fact - it rains more in Atlanta than in Vancouver, we had 70” rain in 2020, 50”+ in 2021. You folks need to stop spreading this fake BS!

Wanted to check what is the duration of single entry visa which has an expiry date? You mentioned in the video that one needs to fly to canada before this expiry date.

Great video, balanced opinions! One more reason immigrants leave after many years in Canada is not enough savings / years of work for retirement. In their home countries their pensions and savings last much longer. That being said, Canada is a great country to live in.

Nice Video!!! Very engaging from the beginning to the end. Precisely July 2021, I brought this amazing opportunity to you but you declined to embrace it. It's not too late. You can still take position, earn and belong to the millionaire club today, Don't stay back. You don't have to grow old before making investment. Even as a student you can earn weekly in crypto trading. The world today is advanced no one is ready to suffer but they all want money, I'll advice those who are really serious to look for a good broker and invest with. ??

Well, not expected of Brut. Seriously? They are steeping so low to publish one sided version?\n\nBrut had few hiccups. But this is a new low. If the person is unlawful, plz do file a formal complaint. But to use videos of this sort is discredit someone without giving him a opportunity to explain is not fair.

I might be mistaken, but didn't you announce in one of the last videos, that you would do live shows in Germany? ?
|
| 2021-12-09 | 12 |
Genuinely couldn't recommend their Patreon more highly. Especially to those who aren't able to go to live shows! They posted a wonderful video blog of their Vicar St gig on there yesterday and it really feels like you're there with them. It was lovely and funny and it makes the wait to see them one day a whole lot easier. Plus there's SO much extra on there, it's incredible!\nThanks lads for being so generous, you give us so much more than you have to. I've been subscribed to other Patreons before...Nobody even comes close to the amount you give and I mean that! Tank ooo!

To be fair, most countries would refuse to accept that Justin Bieber is one of their own; he’s like the family cousin that you’re not meant to talk about.\n\nAmazing video, as always; nice to see that Arms’ is expanding his accent repertoire again :)

Video aside, I'm so glad that most of us Indians in this comment section aren't quickly jumping to one conclusion, instead we try to consider the entire story. The pursuit for the objective truth and fairness, regardless of bias, is what will help our society prosper

I have seen similar kind of story in brut earlier as well. It seems Brut take money from people to get their one side story published. This officer might be ( or might be not) wrong but video defaming is absolutely wrong with one side story. Please report this video and get this deleted.
|
| 2021-12-07 | 0 |
@Brut India, have you really done your homework before alleging an official just because of a one sided video?? ?
|
| 2021-12-07 | 0 |
Yeah right showing one side of story a 1 minute video without investigating anything destroying someone's career. This is exactly what is called media trial and media has stooped to this level they have erased the word investigative journalism from their dictionary.
|
| 2021-12-07 | 0 |
Show the whole video dnt just show the parts you want to highlight \nIt's selective journalism \nDid you get the official side of story \nNo one looses their cool without reason
