12 millions illegals crossed into the US during Biden administration something has to give y'all are short- sighted Canada, Mexico and China will cave ,100 thousands of Americans have died of fentanyl let that sink in
2025-02-01 0
The Fentanyl excuse is just a ruse to make it sound like the tariffs are for a noble cause. The real reason is to bloat the treasury in order to give himself and his billionaire friends a multi-trillion dollar tax break.

Trudeau and the NDP-Libs have left Canada a weakened, vulnerable and unproductive country, on the verge of economic disaster. This is all on Trudeau!\n\nWe have no leader, and the individual leading “Team Canada”, won’t be around to fulfil the commitments.\n\nThis is a group of leadership Premiers, trying but without any authority. \n\nWe have no working Parliament. \n\nAnd, they have completely ignored the issues laid before them, not just recently but for years. The border security issues (including the ports), the immigration issues, the fentanyl issues, the military issues…. overridden by woke waste.\n\nThey’ve destroyed our entire economy to reduce our supposed 2% responsibility for climate change. But we have done nothing to reduce or eliminate for our supposed 2% fentanyl responsibility. \n\nWe need Trudeau gone, Parliament restored, and an election called!
2025-02-01 0
The story told by DJT is all BS. Less than 1% of illegal immigrants and fentanyl come from Canada\nInto the US.
2025-02-01 0
According to the National Immigration Forum, the truth is 95% of fentanyl is smuggled in to the us through ports of entry BY US CITIZENS for US citizens.
2025-02-01 0
Hey Americans. You know you don’t necessarily HAVE to do hard drugs like fentanyl, right?
2025-02-01 0
trump lies to his nation and others nations too. fentanyl is not even a real issue. theres like 1 percent of usa fentanyl coming from canada. i hope americans will get rid of him. this is an unjustified tariff against an ally country and its unacceptable. usa are responsible to take care of their own borders in the first place.
2025-02-01 0
If Trump wants to stop the use of Fentanyl by Americans, maybe he needs to educate the American people of the dangers of Fentanyl and punish Big Pharma and Doctors for prescribing these addictive drugs to patients. Tariffs would NOT solve the problem.
2025-02-01 0
This is all absurd. Even if all fentanyl was stopped at US borders, the criminals would just start making within the US. Best way to stop drugs is to reduce the demand.
2025-02-01 0
For a start I'm thinking of all that farmland in CA that will have water and a good reason to grow crops now because of Trump and the increase of jobs when we have to make our own stuff.\n However, I am in favor of letting Canada sell their goods in China or Russia since that is likely where all the fentanyl and illegal immigrants are coming from and I know 1% doesn't sound big when DW says it but with an estimated 15 million illegal immigrants in America from the Biden admin alone that would be 150,000 from Canada.
2025-02-01 0
Why don't you bring up Mexico flooding the US with fentanyl and destroying an entire generation?
2025-02-01 0
This retaliation means that Canada and Mexico could care less about illegals letting in Fentanyl into the US. THEY DON'T CARE, and neither do you in the comments until your family members are victims of fentanyl. Isn't Trudeau supposed to be resigning?
2025-02-01 0
Canada is a haven for criminals, money launderers, and an endless flow of mass immigration from special interest countries not to mention, it’s become a breeding ground for fentanyl production. It’s time to face the ugly truth.
2025-01-27 0
I understand their right to do that if they voted for it but why does Trump keep saying that Canadians need to secure the U.S. border when less than 1% of the migrants come from Canada and less than 0.01% of the fentanyl comes from Canada but illegals are coming from the U.S. into Canada and 90% of the guns used in murders in Canada came from America! Also 80-90% of the narcotics comes through the U.S.
2025-01-26 0
Fifty tons on fentanyl just rolled across while CBP officers were busy with this madness.
2025-01-26 0
Coke prices bought to be literally sky high all these execs gonna have to switch to fentanyl
2025-01-26 0
Sir I am curious I think it's death penalty in Texas for selling fentanyl Am I wrong
2025-01-25 0
Trump asked that we seal our borders and do something about fentanyl. How did Canadian politicians respond! Like chickens with their heads cut off, throwing around our idea of tariffs. Trump was clear. I have no idea why they had to take it to this level in Canada.
2025-01-23 0
People tend to forget that Obama deported over 3 million illegals when he was president, he just did it behind the scenes, Trump is just doing it openly. Lastly the big reason for securing the southern border has less to do with immigration and more to do with Mexican Drug Cartels smuggling hardcore drugs like meth and fentanyl that kills 100,000 American citizens every year.
2025-01-23 0
Fentanyl deaths, gang shootings inflation etc. Calling for open borders dems?? well they need to stop calling people racists for not wanting open borders due to these issues they never address mind you no country allows open borders..and they say amnesty for all?
2025-01-21 0
Thank God. No more fentanyl!
2025-01-21 0
The immigration system has been broken forever.... the biden/Harris administration made it so much worse! We are tired of paying for millions free housing, free cell phones, free food, free healthcare, etc....... Millions have come into the country unvetted. Fentanyl has killed millions of Americans. Crime, human trafficking, etc.... we need to overhaul the immigration system.
2025-01-21 0
This is absolutely ridiculous!! It is not a RIGHT to come into our country. It is something that legal immigrants spend months to years and a lot of personal money to do. Just like most of our ancestors. We have lost a family member and a friend to fentanyl. I support closing the borders and deportations after that clown of a job the Biden admin has done these past four years. Our country has never been weaker than one day ago. So grateful we finally have a president that is pro-America. That is how it SHOULD be. If a country’s leaders aren’t doing their job to follow the governments laws and they aren’t making their own country safe for their citizens that is on them. Not the USA to allow anyone and everyone in. Crime is rampant. Drugs are flowing across the border. This is needed and you are manipulating truth.

Mexico’s Economic Apocalypse: My Personal Analysis\n\nThe imposition of a 25% tariff on all Mexican imports by the United States would be nothing short of an economic death sentence for Mexico. As someone deeply concerned about the integrity of U.S. borders, sovereignty, and the well-being of American citizens, I believe this tariff is both justified and necessary. Mexico has repeatedly ignored its responsibilities as a neighbor, and it is time for accountability. Let’s examine the devastating impact this tariff would have on Mexico in brutal, undeniable detail.\n\n\n---\n\nEconomic Collapse: A Nation on Its Knees\n\nMexico’s economy relies heavily on exports, with over 80% of its exports destined for the United States. A 25% tariff would obliterate Mexico’s competitive edge, pricing its goods out of the U.S. market. The result? A $100 billion annual loss in trade revenue—a wound so deep it would cripple the nation’s economy beyond repair.\n\nGDP Freefall: With exports constituting 28% of Mexico’s GDP, the tariff would slash growth rates and plunge Mexico into a severe recession. Entire industries would collapse under the weight of unsold goods and lost revenue streams.\n\nMassive Manufacturing Shutdowns: Mexico’s lifeblood industries—automotive, electronics, and steel—would face annihilation. Plants dependent on U.S. buyers would grind to a halt, leaving millions unemployed.\n\n\n\n---\n\nSocial and Humanitarian Crisis: A Nation in Chaos\n\nThe economic fallout wouldn’t just affect industries—it would decimate millions of lives:\n\nUnemployment Epidemic: With factories shuttered and exports decimated, unemployment would skyrocket, leaving millions of families destitute. Entire regions reliant on U.S. trade would become economic wastelands.\n\nHuman Desperation: Widespread poverty would fuel desperation, leading to a surge in crime, social unrest, and violence. Mexico’s already fragile social fabric would unravel, plunging the nation into chaos.\n\nMass Emigration: Unable to survive in their homeland, millions of Mexicans would flee to the United States, creating an unprecedented border crisis—ironically the very issue the tariff seeks to address.\n\n\n\n---\n\nFinancial Ruin: Mexico’s Peso in Freefall\n\nThe peso would face catastrophic devaluation, losing value faster than at any point in modern history. This would create:\n\nHyperinflation: Everyday goods would become unaffordable for the average citizen. The price of imported essentials—like medicine and machinery—would skyrocket.\n\nInvestor Exodus: Foreign investors, seeing no future for Mexico’s economy, would abandon the country. Capital flight would cause Mexico’s stock market to crash, sending shockwaves through the financial system.\n\n\n\n---\n\nThe Root Cause: Mexico’s Negligence\n\nMexico has brought this apocalypse upon itself through years of neglect and willful inaction:\n\nIllegal Immigration: Mexico has consistently allowed massive waves of illegal immigrants to flow across its northern border, destabilizing U.S. communities and eroding American sovereignty.\n\nDrug Trafficking: The unchecked trafficking of fentanyl and other deadly drugs through Mexican cartels has killed tens of thousands of Americans annually. Mexico has done little to combat this epidemic, allowing cartels to thrive.\n\nBroken Promises: Despite agreements and warnings, Mexico has failed to step up as a responsible partner. Words without action are meaningless, and the time for talk is over.\n\n\n\n---\n\nWhy Trump’s 25% Tariff is Justified\n\nPresident Trump’s 25% tariff isn’t just an economic tool—it’s a weapon of justice aimed at holding Mexico accountable for its negligence. Here’s why this move is essential:\n\n1. Securing U.S. Borders: Mexico’s failure to stop illegal immigration has forced the United States to act decisively. This tariff will compel Mexico to finally enforce its borders and prevent illegal crossings.\n\n\n2. Protecting American Lives: The flow of drugs like fentanyl must stop. By crippling Mexico’s economy, the tariff weakens the cartels that profit from this deadly trade.\n\n\n3. Economic Leverage: The U.S. is Mexico’s largest trading partner. Without access to the American market, Mexico’s economy collapses. This leverage ensures Mexico has no choice but to comply with U.S. demands.\n\n\n\n\n---\n\nA Brutal but Necessary Move\n\nYes, this tariff would cause unimaginable suffering in Mexico, but that suffering is a direct result of its government’s failures. President Trump is not to blame—Mexico is. By ignoring its responsibilities, Mexico has forced America to take a stand. The economic apocalypse that follows is the price Mexico must pay for its negligence.\n\nThis is not just about punishing Mexico—it’s about protecting the United States. It’s about securing our borders, saving American lives, and ensuring that the U.S. economy is not undermined by a neighbor that refuses to act responsibly. In the end, the 25% tariff is a painful but unavoidable reckoning for a nation that has long shirked its duties. The survival of Mexico’s economy depends entirely on its willingness to change course—and fast.

THIS IS FOR MUCH REPLIES THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION ALLOWED THE FENTANYL TO KILL OUR YOUNG FOLKS AND THEN ALOUD THE ELEAGALS TO FLOOD ACROSS THE SOUTHERN BORDER TO TAKE THE JOBS FOR LOWER WAGES
2024-12-27 0
Canada is the Fentanyl Capital of the world. Canada has become a mass-producing hub for Fentanyl and other drugs. Vasi is wrong in downplaying the drug crisis in Canada
2024-12-25 0
Some is ok but when u flood a country with a large amount of people it changes the country not for the better .taxing services to the breaking point housing hospitals increasing crime drugs refugees. Ten percent of all fentanyl is from india grown and sold to criminals headed to the western countries .killing kids in western countries .A lot of refugees work hard send money back to india then go back home to india to live .some homes can have 10 to 18 people living in them all working under minimum wage and under the table not paying tax .i have been offered guys for jobs the sending there money home .them working 5 to 10 years then going back living iike kings . Moderation and people planning to stay in western countries but with corrupt sick globalist pedophile government in western countries westerners cant afford to live.

They always cite the fentanyl epidemic as a major reason for enforcement action. However, methamphetamine abuse is a much larger issue. It's seems as though meth is quasi/de facto legalized, based on the user population.
2024-12-19 0
It's such a pity that this Liberal Govt just hiked up taxes, squandered taxpayers money on useless contracts, smothered Canada's potential, choked the economy, promoted a high crime rate whilst letting its citizens die of fentanyl overdose. This Govt failed our country big time.
2024-12-19 0
Canada has been like Swiss cheese for incoming suspected terrorists and fentanyl for years

the border and fentanyl were handled negligently

I’ve held my tongue on this long enough, but the writing’s on the wall — Canada is cooked.\n\nOur finance minister calls it a “vibecession”, as if we’re imagining the economy sputtering. But here’s the reality: GDP growth at 0.1%, per capita GDP down 0.5%, and youth unemployment at 13.5%.\n\nThere’s the recent bait-and-switch $250 stimulus cheque — an ill-disguised vote buying grift. It was scrapped when the government realized it would add $4.6 billion to an already projected $60 billion deficit. \n\nThrow in a two-month sales tax holiday announced without thinking about the logistics, leaving businesses scrambling. Some aren’t even participating because it’s not worth the headache.\n\nHousing starts are at a 10-year low, the housing accelerator fund has delivered zero new homes, housing prices have left wage growth in the dust, and immigration has blown past what our infrastructure can handle. \n\nMeanwhile, the CBSA isn’t bothering to track expired international student visas. After all, someone has to keep the for-profit diploma mills thriving and the service industry fully staffed.\n\nCanada Post is falling apart under strikes, crippling small businesses, and 47% of job growth in the last five years has come from the public sector while our capital markets and innovation stagnate. \n\nThe $CAD is currently plummeting against the $USD, as the Bank of Canada scrambles to firefight the government’s incompetence with two jumbo 0.5% interest rate cuts.\n\nAnd let’s not ignore the trade war brewing with our historical ally, the U.S.. Trump has made it clear he’ll punish our abysmal border policies, which have allowed fentanyl to flood into America unchecked, with a 25% tariff on Canadian exports.\n\nIf you’re trying to get ahead — building jobs, working for yourself, pooling capital to invest, why bother?— the proposed 66% capital gains inclusion rate over $250,000 punishes you for taking risks and succeeding.\n\nAsk yourself: are you happy with the state of Canada right now? Honestly. Because it doesn’t feel like the same country I grew up in, went to school in, worked in, served in, and built a business in.\n\nI’m done. For once in my life, I don’t want to be Canadian anymore.

Trump and a lot of people blame it on Mexico don't stop drugs. White people are the ones who consume them. White people are the best consumers on all type of drugs. No wonder why they call them crack head. Fentanyl heads now. Why yall think white people moving to Mexico?

Are you kidding me. Are you not in Canada right now. Canada is now the most poor country in the World. Immigration has gone to the roof. No housing. Rents and forget about buying a house in BC, AB, Quebec, Ontario. High unemployment, Inflation is high and going up more. We also do not have a military defense system and the U.S. is tired of Canada not spending money to meet their responsibility as a Nato country. Many Canadians are leaving the country permanent. Investors and businesses are pulling out. Canada is trillions in debt but keep printing more money (toilet paper). Canada has gone downhill significantly over the past ten years. Born Canadians and legit immigrants having to go through a rigorous immigration process are very unhappy and cause conflict. Besides all the different ethnicities cause unrest and are ungrateful, daring the burn the Canadian flag, uttering death to Canada, death the US and Israel. These trouble makers have not intentions to assimilate into Canada's culture and are disrespectful to the Canadian government and it's citizens. Our youth are very unhappy and do not see a future for themselves yet have to work very hard and pay unbelievable high taxes. The minimum wages are only 15 bucks an hour which cannot sustain life here in this country. Please stop making false promises to foreigners to come here and be disappointed. This is not a country of milk and honey any longer but poor and enormous homelessness. Hunger, terrible health care, incredible post secondary tuitions and books. Now that president Trump has won the election he is going to place tariffs on Canadian goods and rightfully so. Russia is very interested in the Antarctica and should they or anyone invade Canada we got 3 days of ammunition. The food in AB is very bad for your health. Everything has pesticides, hormones, and by the time fruit and vegies arrive here from the US all the nutrition have gone. A extremely high cancer rate, young and old, diabetes, depression and other mental disorders are rampant. Our children and grandchildren do not have a future so why bother going to school or work. Our kids live on the streets, shelters, camping in the woods and using fentanyl and meth all kinds of dangerous drugs. The cities and small towns are full of used needles, pipes, and more paraphelia just thrown on the trails everywhere. The US will not assist Canada when a possible War 3 will occur, and we the people of Canada and the land are easy prey. If you do not believe me, just come visit RED Deer shelters and walk around on the trails, go to Vancouver but becareful because random assaults are happening every day, people living in tents, using the streets as toilets, drugs galore, even the police is unable to act nor arrest criminal activities caused by desperate people who need to survive. Canada's economy is about to collapse and fall into a recession. We have too many people coming in our country without checking their back ground and many criminals and terrorist groups are entering declaring refugee status whether it is true or not, we do not know. The people of Canada who work and pay highest taxes are used to house these newcomers and education, jobs, food and money. Our government take better care of these illegal people than their own people especially our youth. So please let us not pretend Canada is a land of opportunity and great. We have to vote for the right leader who will have a very difficult time and challenges to overcome if at all possible and make Canada Great Again!

Access to dope is shocking, fentanyl, opiates, marajuana. Canadian politicians are full of wind and honey.
2024-12-02 0
In the end these 3 countries (Canada, Mexico and China) will do whatever is possible to control their borders, reduce Fentanyl & derivatives movement - basically give in to what Trump is aiming for just to maintain their own economies & interests. Its like the adults will give in to the tantrums of a spoiled brat in order to have a bit of peace and quiet. So in that way, despite the bully tactics and erroneous economic or diplomatic approaches, Trump will get what he wants!
2024-12-02 0
TBH I don’t care what anyone in Mexico thinks. \nWhen you’re as poor and dangerous as Mexico government you no longer get to have a voice on global scale. \nHow about you fix your side of the border, secure the cartels and fentanyl imports. Then maybe you can talk again.

THE WORST ENEMY OF THE USA TODAY IS MORENA THE RULING PARTY IN MEXICO FINANCED BY CARTELS AND COMMUNISTS TO DESTROY THE USA WITH DRUGS AND FENTANYL AND POURING ILLEGAL CRIMINALS AND CHILD TRAFFICKING ?

The fentanyl deaths gang shootings inflation etc...nexico doesn't allow open borders either!

Trump is a dog that barks and doesn't bite, he likes to be a bully, in fact he is a pacifist, he will stop sending weapons to Ukraine so as not to attack his friend Putin, but there were enough threats and blaming Mexico for the addictions of Americans, our president Sheinbaum put it still, in fact U.S.A. created these synthetic drugs and their addicts, the laboratories and pharmaceutical companies created the substance of methamphetamines and fentanyl to treat diseases and ended up with their patients with side effects and addiction, the Mexican drug traffickers only took advantage of that new market created, they replicated the substance, that What happened to you for not creating an institution that studies and certifies each medication in search of side effects or that causes addiction as the institution does cofepris in Mexico and they still send weapons from the U.S.A. to Mexico to arm the cartels, every time criminals are arrested and their residences are seized, high-caliber weapons from the U.S.A. are found, and Trump says the guilt is Mexico only, since election campaign attacks to Mexico to get votes, enough of that sh*t
2024-11-29 0
Mexico isn't your backyard-it's your trade partner.\nThis relationship isn't charity; it's mutually beneficial. Blaming Mexico for substance use issues ignores your responsibility as the largest demand drivers. Treat Mexico like a partner, not an incompetent employee, and take responsibility for your share of the problem. Blaming Mexico for the fentanyl issue is like an alcoholic blaming the bottle shop, even junior is an coke addict Claudia Sheinbaum has more balls than Donald Trump. It's about time someone stood up to n Trump and promised him a dose of his own medicine. Well done Mexico. Trump claims to be a gifted negotiator, but all he is is a self-glorifying bully. Claudia Sheinbaum has more balls than\nDonald\nTrump. But it is not Mexico and Canada who has a drug problem. It is America:) Americans don't realize how much they have advanced and grown, and know nothing of their marvelous culture. My president is an award winning environmental scientist with MULTIPLE degrees. We got it right!\nViva Mexico ??

Retaliatory tariff's from Mexico ? OH NO, now there will be tariffs on Fentanyl and Sombreros
2024-11-28 0
What a massive destructive decision. It has ?% cause you to lose your re election. Donald Trump had to remind you to stop, or face tariff consequences? Open wide borders to illegals , open US/Canada Border to fentanyl killing our kids, destroying our country
2024-11-28 0
Why do you guys lie so much? The Mexican president is already bending over backwards for Trump and the USA. Drug cartels are not putting fentanyl into its drugs anymore, the border is essentially closed, and “Stay in Mexico” is returning. Trump won, Kamala sucked, get over it.
2024-11-27 0
Mexico has a huge meth problem. The poor underfunded clinics dont even have tests for fentanyl. \nSo there is underreporting of fentanyl deaths. \n\nThe allow businesses to import chemicals to make fentanyl and accept bribes from cartles.
2024-11-27 0
Dear President Sheinbaum. We the American people have voted and CLEARLY spoken on this issue of illegal migration and fentanyl... and now all should stop! Consider this..if you do not support the stop of Illegal migration, the stop of fentanyl into this country, we the Majority of Americans will support President Trump to stop it with Military action. Think about this. We are not willing for any more of our people, our children to die because you are controlled by Cartels. We are not willing to permit this anymore! The US has more that 10 MILLION times the necessary power to stop you.
2024-11-27 0
Your $50,000 truck is now $75,000 . But to to make other countries stop fentanyl with this threat is genius, trump knows how to get them to move there feet. ?. China makes great and terrible products, but they need to stop claiming a product is water proof when it would never make our standards for water proof, and to claim false ce certification ECT is causing deaths and fires ?. China needs to police its own
2024-11-27 0
She's a pathetic leader with an a dead-woman walking if you know how mexico is , female murders INCREASED the moment she took office in mexico. The nerve to demand from US to give more in terms of money and social services to mexican natives!!!!! after all the fentanyl and criminals they have knowingly fed into this country....not so bright people running the mexican govt, but then again the real capital of mexico is some cave housing top cartel leaders.
2024-11-26 2
I apologize to all the Canadians ??!!! Canada has always been a strong ally of the U.S. and a great friend!! Many Americans and Canadians have family together, dual citizenship, and travel and live back and forth in both countries. I am so sorry Trump is being awful to you.\n\nDecreasing the flow of illegal drugs and reducing fentanyl deaths in both countries would benefit Canada and the U.S. Both countries are close partners and I’m sure are already working to address this. I’m sure all Trump had to do was ask nicely and Canada would have handedly agreed to work with the U.S. amid redoubled efforts.
2024-11-26 0
The Mexican president can either get on board and they actually police their side of our border and help stop the fentanyl, cartels and illegal migrants or Trump will send in special forces to deal with cartels after they make the terrorist list. Far as the mass deportation? Buckle up buttercup because its coming i don't think Trump would care if they all get dumped out at air strips in Central America i mean they got themselves there to come up and cross illegally here so they can find their way to where they came from from there.
