I just love it,,, i mean i just love it when we get a reality check,, i have been to 20 countries for studies, for work and as a toursit , i didnt face any visa rejection (maybe bcos my documents and funds were good) but boy o boy i just saw the behaviour of mostly hindi belt guys who go to Visa free countries like malaysia, bali, thailand and what horrible behaviour, they will spit around, drink pass lewid comments on foreigners and local ladies, try to bargain it was such an embarrassment, there were people chanting religious slogans near burj khalifa making reels, recently i visited georgia and some gujrati family was asking for seperate vegetarian cooked meals in an authentic georgian restaurant,, they were talking like they owned that place.\n\nI left india for studies in 2000 and came back in 2013, but during this time the indians were well behaved abroad and followed the rules,, maybe post smartphone era and the so called Godi media all have got a false feeling that we have become some vishwaguru just look at our comments on any videos on youtube instagram which are critical of us.\nThere was a news on one Lapdog Godi channel that Trump is crying infront of our PM that we help him in LA fires,, such shameless and bigoted lies will make any dimwit person think we are the greatest,\nIts high time we should start retrospecting our online as well as social behaviour.

The reason is that some Indian finds it difficult to integrates.\n\n I know one Indian lady that have lived in one country for over 20 years and the lady cannot speak the language of that country. What a shame! \n\nSecondly, many of them like to dominate or discriminate against other people. It has been alleged that some Indian people discriminate against others in many places they work. For instance! Where their people are in charge in Canada, they will not offer jobs to none Indian. I didn’t understand that comment- west wouldn’t answer the reason behind India’s low passport ranking. The ranking is based on how many of the 200+ countries give you visa free access. Hence its Indian govt. diplomacy and other factors that will help improve that ranking now west countries…

India should reply in kind. So many Europeans come to nations like India to sexually exploit children and women of vulnerable sections, illegal conversions and incite violence. I am not going to comment on the posts of brown sepoys in this comment section.

Starting to feel Palki is biased towards India than being an honest journalist. Did you even bother to check why Indian visas are getting rejected in these countries? What the rejection reasons were? \n\nAs many have already commented, I will put across a list for Palki -\n\n1. Indians are Indians even outside India, well, what good are you if you do not wish to be integrated and become part of the society? \n2. Do not like to research, and instead ask questions to save time which is bad manners.\n3. Complaining is in our blood about everything.\n4. Be respectful and be considerate of others.\n5. If you are applying for a tourist visa, be a tourist and should return when the visa expires. Get a good insurance which most of the time people are not un-aware.\n6. If you apply for student visa, be a student and do not exploit the visa or violate any rules and extend your visa stay.\n7. If you are hired for work, honour the work permit rules.\n8. Last but not the least, be a good citizena and don't do anything which may spoil your countries' image.

Aren't we Vishwaguru!? Then why are the Indian Passports always looked at with skepticism by the immigration abroad. Even at the Bangkok airport they look at us suspiciously. Only at Kuala Lumpur I thought they appeared a bit welcoming. Reasons, already given in the above comments. We have to look inwards. Looking at everything with the lens of hollow nationalism won't help us. Being 5th largest economy is due to the size of our population. Please club the size of economy with our per capita income...and you get the real picture.

Finally indian in comment section make me happy, Indian understanding that we are the problem, India a big problem

If you don’t mind me commenting-both my professional experience and personal experience with Indian is very negative. They talk very good and when it comes to getting their hands dirty to get the job done, they are NO WHERE to be found!

Some comments are correct… illegal immigration is one major reason.. i feel population is so high, countries are scared what if all Indians go to their country.. and they don’t want poor brown people ?

We must not tell others wheather to accept our visa or not. It's their home,their turf, their rules ,their call. And many are pointing out in the comments about our behaviour. If that's true (and it must be based on our behaviour in our own country) we need to fix that first... Let's not become Karens. Glad to see many comments here that's calling out the unnecessary nationalism hitched to the visa rejections. You can't be in complete denial about the visa scams/forged documents.\n\nI regularly travel around the world for my business, witnessed way too much than I can handle. \nAll their antics start from boarding the plane itself, there on, they go full-on hysterical.. from being excessively loud on the plane to air hostesses begging them to put their cabin baggages back in before landing.., Carry that same unruly, cringe-worthy behaviour in that foreign land, all throughout seamlessly. \n And then when being called out, they're very quick to complain about being prejudiced/racism.\nWow, it's such a delight!!!

All this hype about 5th largest economy does not impress the person @ the concerned foreign embassy who decides your fate. This is the same with Pak, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. I am fond of Ms Palki,s presentation.But she is more indian without justification. I have read most of the comments. What she will tell about visa rejection of the Bangladeshi by India. For such rejection and restriction students can not apply visa for the countries which visa centres are in India. Its tit fir tat.

Yes I agree with some of comments, specially, the type of people who are rejected.\nSome of them, may be do not have required proper documents, their lack of qualifications fake papers.\nThey deserve to be rejected.

Many comments point towards illegal immigration and visa frauds. While these reasons really exist, it still does not explain why the countries under military rule or countries not even recognized by half of the world are performing better.

While palki shared the data which will make every indian unhappy. The comments from various people sharing the reason behind rejection. The most prominent is behavior. Indian govt can't do anything about it as its prominent within certain states and communities to cheat. If i am not wrong Northern regions are more cheats than southern. People talking a lot of negative things in the comment section about Indians being this or Indians being that ?. I think the Indian Govt is ensuring that the passport stays weak. Otherwise, what's stopping the govt from flexing its economic power. The reason is, when its complicated to get a visa to travel abroad, it dissuades Indians from going abroad for tourist purpose and those people travel withing India and that money gets spent in India and boosts Indian economy, and when its complicated to move abroad for work or study, it helps reduce brain drain (but that also needs quality higher education and good employment opportunities to work in the country's favor; not going into whether that's the case or not).

nah these comments r wild. I’m not Sikh but know that’s their “knife” is actually a kirpan. No the cop was not right! I understand if someone was just carrying a knife around, however , this is religious. This is why people need to be educated, but no, no one wants to educate their kids about different cultures now days. The poor kid, the kirpan is used for defence, and only if peaceful options haven’t worked.

Basically, a year of minimum wage take home pay. Very few people would find that amount of money easy to deal with.\n\nIn Canada it's not only free, but the government pays you monthly amounts if your income is less than what they deem enough to provide for them. This amount can be significant and continues until the child is 19.

I've written similar comments elsewhere that were automatically deleted by the person who posted the video, and I found that disheartening. I first want to address the rumour about human feces and dirty diapers being found on Canadian beaches, and I want to stand up for the people who called out Indians for doing this. Somebody saw something. Maybe they weren't able to produce any legal proof of it, but they clearly saw something, and there is nothing racist about them calling out this behaviour. This practice is not only unhygienic. It is ILLEGAL in Canada; so, it absolutely should be called out publicly to prevent it from ever happening again. I have seen many videos about the culture of mass open defection in India. The videos I saw were posted by Indians themselves. One of those videos was a TEDx talk done by a woman named Sangita Vyas who discussed the truth about open defecation and that it is not limited to only the poor population. Even people who can afford to build latrines are not using them, and she explains why after interviewing Indians to ask why. I've watched Indian doctors talk online about how many Indian children die from something as simple as diarrhea every year as a direct result of the water contamination caused by open defecation. So, clearly, open defecation is legal in India, and perhaps some of these people think if it's legal at home then it must also be legal elsewhere. WRONG. It's illegal in Canada. It's unhygienic. It should never happen. Period. And there is NOTHING racist about a Canadian saying this out loud and reminding people that they must follow the rules and laws of the country they are in.

Totally unaware of the problem and why they are hated so much. He obviously doesn't read comments or watch the videos too much because the major reason they are not liked is that their attitude and lack of wanting to assimilate into Canada is the problem. They have been caught cheating the system and hav8ng no respect for others which is very important to Canadian s. They don't try to even learn English. I know of children born here in Canada and don't learn English till they go to grade 1.
