And here I am watching this after I arrived home in the Philippines after a 2 years work permit and contract in Edmonton Alberta when my work permit renewal was rejected by immigration Canada and there is this fraud immigration thing. Well atleast I did my luck in an honest way rather than doing it the wrong way. I'd rather live a hard life here in the Philippines than living the Canadian dream illegally. I want to thank the canadians for being good to during my 2 years stay in Canada. I will never forget that exprerience and specially my all time favorite triple triple dark roast from Tim Hotons. lol..?

This is not true. And now that the Government of Canada has hid it, I can no longer prove it. However, not only did my MP admit that they get close to 2500 dollars per month for the first year and sometimes longer. They are automatically authorized for a loan. And hey, 50,000 for a family is enough for a downpayment, while we can sit here working all our lives and never be able to buy a house. But they are automatically authorized. So the question is, why is it profittable to bring in refugees? Maybe if the government gave me 50,000 or 2500 per month, and or they gave me easier loans....I would have already been profiting Canada in many ways. Other than trying to work hard and when I can't get a job, because I am not part of a minority group, collecting ei or assistance and never getting anywhere in my life.

I dont mind having punjabi, Hindus and Sikhs living in brampton they're very nice people and their food is delicious, but I will say this: in all of my life living in brampton i never experienced so many issues with driving in brampton until indian immagrants migrated to this city , and because of all the car accidents and dangerous road rage, car insurance sky rocketed and now someone like me who has never been in a car collision has to pay hundreds of dollars because of their negligent driving habbits...... my point is please be safe, focus and dont be distracted when driving. Legal to be here or not, I've got a heart man, and this sucks.. I know there's got to be more good than bad in this world, but where's the love y'all?? People who can't speak the national language shouldn't be moving to another country especially not illegally. I can't feel sorry for this guy. From what I heard coming from other source .Also when I see them at food banks taking home more than $150.00 in groceries from just 1 food bank they goto 9 amonth .their cell phones are top of the line .Clothes and shoes brand name only .Gold jewllery ladys purses $300.00 and up .And they all have cars from 40 thousand and up . One place i never see them is value village .How do they do iit ?I had 2 kids and on welfare a few years back and I had a hard time trying to get some things that we badly needed and could not afford and things were a lot cheaper .The most I ever spent at no frills been on assistance was $75.00 for the whole month .6 years ago and no cell phone gold. or cars .So how these people do it ?oh and by the way I go ti no frills once a week .Those same refugees are there every thursday spending $500.00. on goceries and none of them work .Some time neighbours talk and thats how things are know .Our government is a big lier .We the tax payers are paying for all of these Once a refugee of this country one canot be sent back or deported so if this refugee never finds a job you the tax payer and I will pay for his or her assistance and maybe for a life time .like in the case of gypsies refugees they are all on assistance go to all the food banks rob the community of their belongins their cars items from stores donations in front of churches and stores they dress the best also spend hundreds of dollars on food they shop for clothes at the mall and we the tax payer brake our backs 6 days a week 10 hours a day like me and I cant afford even half of what these people can .So even if they become criminals we have to support them .Some refugee law and rights should be changed to ensure that tax payers are not been taking advantage of .

If you want to fit in here and make it more easily, you need to speak English. And they have free classes all over America that teach English to people from South America. If you want to make a life in any country you have to make an effort to fit into their country.

I am Asian, live in the US and this is the reason why I hate shopping. Workers are always stalking you until you are out the door. There are always more than 1 employees asking the same questions to see if I needed help all the time. It is so freaking annoying. I never stole anything in my whole life. I'm also Canadian and moved to the USA to marry my (now) husband, and I definitely notice some major differences. I think much of this really depends on where you're living in the US. I spent most of my life in Ottawa, and now live in South Central Pennsylvania. I'm surrounded by hillbillies, haha. In some ways healthcare is better in the US - I have waited much less time for health care, and also if you're paying in cash for the doctor many places offer a discount here. And I hear you on Amazon Prime! I use it all the time here! Not to mention so many cool vegan foods I could never get in Canada are easily available here.

As a multi generational Canadian, I don't really care whether they cover their face or not. That's their choice. During my life I've seen all these different forms of conservative dress from catholic nuns, to Hutterites to Mennonites and these people are just part of the mix. What this is designed to do is to create a barrier between themselves and the larger society which is fine. I would never interact with one of these woman ever because the thin flimsy barrier makes it clear that she is not interested in talking to anyone for any reason and again this is fine. If she was with a man I would talk only with the man and completely ignore her and if she was with a male child I would talk to the male child, not to her. I don't normally chat with women who are strangers other than now and then in a supermarket line or whatever. This face thingy frees me from the need of chitchat small talk and I'm good with that. In any case we would have absolutely nothing in common.

Wearing a hijab or a niqab shouldn't define a person. Why should ALL Muslims be judged on something ONE Muslim did? That's like saying you will never eat apples again, because one didn't taste good. My experience in Canada has been largely positive, with only minimal racial difficulties.  As a teenager, I do recall some kids making blatantly racist comments, when I was the only minority in the room; but they were silly girls, popular and full of themselves, and most of the students who heard did not laugh with them. We all knew it was wrong.  Another time I was told, by an agent, that a potential employer claimed she would not hire me because of my race.  I did not hear these words firsthand, though, so it was impossible for me to verify the truth. In the end, I let the matter alone. Other people,  I realize, have endured severe injustices; such have not been my experience, but this does not subtract from their reality.  Indeed, racism does exist, and shall remain as long as there are imbeciles wallowing in the mire of ignorance, people who cling to an absurd sense of superiority for lack of something more meaningful to hold.  As well--and it must be said!--quite likely, we all have, at some point, entertained discriminatory thoughts. 'Tis not a 'black and white' problem but a human one, and we must be mindful of it beginning with ourselves.  Canada, then, with its many inhabitants and complex history, will never be the exception. We can't expect perfection among people, here or anywhere else in the world.  Even so,  I believe there are enough fellow Canadians who strive to treat people as individuals and are happy to make friends across cultures.  My life has been and continues to be a testament to that!  Whatever our troubles, we still retain a proud heritage of diversity and progressive ethnic harmony.  We do try, and for this reason I love my country.  I am deeply patriotic and immensely proud to be part of it!

I live in London but I'm not Brit and I truly love this Country,but there's no way a bunch of muslim can tell me not to have a beer while waiting for the bus.Should I visit some islamic town I'd never say a man hey don't wear those clothes or cut that beard.If you were not born in here but you want to live here well then respect the society who's hosting you and get a life.Muslims,get a life for god's sake and stop with the sharia bullshit.

Im sorry what part of the world givers the most aid to under developed country's? The west is superior to any Islamic country, you are blinded by your religion, brain washed from a young age. It's sad really because i can get on with most people, but the problem is Islam is not compatible with Western life and so theres this clash. And the thing is the West has had many internal clashes in the past the strongest system always won, so some backward religion is never going to change anything.
