If you get scammed no matter who it is, that is your own doing. You let yourself to be scammed because you wanted to come here so badly, and we know you guys will not leave our country. A tactics that has been exposed because thousands of you doesn't want to go back home. Your VISA is done you go back, You guys should be thankful you experience Canada while millions of other people cannot or don't have the means. STOP coming here there are other coutnrys besides Canada. There are hundreds of countrys around the globe pic one or two and go!

i'm happy there are people here who agree, but having your voice heard only as a youtube comment is not the answer. do you know how countries in europe managed to get ahead in healthcare? patients went to the press with recorded videos about their experience. and yes, initially the journalists dismissed this as non news, but it only needed one to go with it. and it made waves. now a 2hr wait in the ER in europe is met by the tv crew. \ncanadians refuse to do it. when i came to canada 25 years ago a 2hr wait was normal. now it's 9hrs and still no discontent voices. no politician is running on healthcare, but on cutting taxes and on giving back a few hundred dollars a year back to the families. and most are eating it up! \nbecause healthcare is public, doctors and their union have 0 incentive of allowing more professionals into the system, because they all share the same pie. there are families who do not have a family doctor and are forced to use clinics, even with newborn babies. my family doctor works a regular job, doesn't answer the phone after 3:30 (even though they are open until 4), has 2-half days (one is a golf day btw) and overall couldn't give a F about patients. on that high salary in any other industry, you'd be on call 24/7. \nand then there's housing, jobs, the education system is a mess - more and more people are worried about what these kids are learning and there is 0 incentive from any of the politicians to address the issue.\nand, of course, there is forced immigration. when we came it used to be a merit system, you had to bring in money to prove you won't be a burden to welfare for at least a year. it's definitely not the case now. \npeople look at PP as some kind of saviour, but he's not going to fix anything. usually conservatives are good for corporations, whilst liberals balance their policies with the needs of the common folk. how far they've fallen.

We could quite easily enforce hostile environment policies. Simply ramp up the legal consequences for employers and make the e-verify model mandatory nationwide. Cut access to public services for undocumented noncitizens and reinterpreting the 14th to require at-least one parent be a citizen in order to attain birthright citizenship. Encouraging them to leave voluntarily in tandem with ramping up deportation physically (i.e. hopefully 500k - 1mil annually) is the way to go.

It's a problem and the only way to not see it as one is to remove your head.\n\nI'm down to seeing whatever measures needed to get rid of all if not most illegal aliens. The Democrats have been wrong at every step on this issue and have done but incentives people to come at great peril (Democrats are the ones if who have treated these poor people as political pawns).\n\nThey are also WRONG about it being geopolitical issue in South America. Most people entering the US illegally have not even been from Central or South America (if they are from Mexico they don't even get let in). I also want to see Trump go after people who helped these illegals get here–not just cartels.

TLDR, I love yall but the time is now to stop pretending that Trump is constrained by what is legal. The Supreme Court and him owning the legislative can make whatever he wants legal within a week. And he obviously isn’t going to be deporting people, only the lucky ones will be deported. Everyone else is going into militarized camps, one might call them concentration camps.

And this is what we call, a ladder puller. Now that she was able to become a citizen, rather than helping her family members to get their legal status, which can be difficult, tedious and very expensive, she could care less if the lives they have already spent decades on building here are completely destroyed. She seems to be fully aware that it can be a difficult process, and I personally have seen that it’s not exactly a fair one either. I have seen some people spend not only years waiting on a hearing or a determination, but spend thousands they scrape together on lawyers and obtaining records, while others submit minimal evidence and get a determination in weeks. Instead of admitting that there are problems with the system and vote for people who are actually trying to help, she wants the same system that made it a difficult process for her to stay the same for them. In fact she voted for someone who is going to make it harder if not impossible for them to come back the right way in the first place. Is she not thinking? If they get deported, that is going into immigration records and when that gets pulled up when they apply to come back it will likely cause any legally efforts to return to be rejected. And who knows how long that will stay in their system? Could be years, could be permanent. Biden’s idea to help those undocumented who are married to citizens to be able to apply and get a temporary visa to stay here while they wait so that families wouldn’t have to be broken up by having the applicant return to their country of origin. That was not just a great idea from a humanitarian point, but they could apply for a job that wasn’t going to take advantage of them by paying below minimum wage, with no rights if they are injured. That could help bring local wages up. They would start contributing back by paying their fair share of taxes, and do on. Republicans in red states stopped it though and are suing the Biden administration for trying to do what? Help people and fix some of the issues that our broken immigration system has caused? \nSorry lady, but you earned your family’s ire and whatever treatment you get from the administration you voted for.

The Biden administration deported more undocumented immigrants in 2 years than Trump deported in 4 years.\n\nThey did it without hate speech, without divisive hate, without lies, propaganda, and ignorant rhetoric. They did it without separating families, without inhumane conditions, and promoting an environment of fear. They did it without breaking any US laws, without breaking international laws, and without violating the Geneva Convention. They did it without violating the rights of asylum seekers.\n\nThey did it without forcing a government shutdown, declaring a fake national emergency, and using it to steal $15 billion from the defense/military budget for a wall Mexico didn’t pay for, to be built when a wall already stood. $15 billion for 54 new miles of fencing? What’s the art of THAT deal? That money, OUR money, the military’s money, could have hired a bunch of new border patrol agents, and implemented a TON of technology, drones, independent monitoring centers, flood lights, high quality cameras….but nope. We got more of the same sh¡t we’ve had for 30 years. Walls. If walls work so well, then why doesn’t the wall that already exists keep people out? Fu€|<ing stupid use of our money. I worked at the southern border for 10+ years. I once watched someone drive a truck over a border wall with two thick boards on each side, which they just kept there for next time. It took less than 5 minutes. Because walls aren’t magical.\n\nTrump plans to terminate programs like birthright citizenship, DACA, migrant visas, green cards, military service….and he’s planning to deport people who were born here, have citizenship, but their parents weren’t citizens at the time, so he’s deporting them. IT DOESN’T MAKE ANY SENSE. But neither does Trump. Who, BTW married TWO IMMIGRANTS who were undocumented at the time. 4 of his 5 kids were born to an immigrant. Melania’s parents are here through “chain migration.” But, he’s taking that away now, too. JD Vance’s wife is of Indian descent. These are the 2 men who want to kick out immigrants. Undocumented immigrants contributed nearly $100 billion to the economy & social security in 2022 alone. They pay the same sales taxes we do. But they don’t have access to the social programs they’re paying into & they don’t get tax returns. WE KEEP THEM. But sure, let’s kick them all out. Any ONE of trump’s plans is going to cripple our economy anyway. \n\nThings are going to get really, really bad, guys.

How exactly do you expect me to fit in? I've spoken English and lived here since the age of 2. I celebrate Halloween and Christmas but not Pride Month, and I don’t eat Canadian food regularly. Greetings.from Italy. I don't mean to offend anyone, I just want you to know it's going on here as well. I like to go for walks and I must say that I get upset because both Indians and Pakistanis think nothing of pooping and urinating on the sidewalks. So one likes to walk on the sidewalks to avoid the traffic but it becomes impossible and irritating when the mounds of poop and the stink prevent you from doing so. This behaviour besides being disgusting is disgracing their countries of origin. I have also wondered how they clean themselves after pooping as there are no water taps on the sidewalks. Well let's hope that they come to their senses.

Ohhh if it was her own child I’m sure she wouldn’t be saying that’s ok.., there are many like her out there. They get those papers and they think they work for the White House. If she would’ve visited Mexico and had a kid while visiting and didn’t have the money for a green card it would have been a completely different situation. For those just because you got your papers do you not think that there are people that came here as infants or kids to immigrant parents that came to work to provide for their kids it’s not that easy to get your green card it cost thousands of dollars. Many immigrants that I know and worked with including myself, I came here as a refugee. Immigrants are the hardest working people I know. Unfortunately a lot of the ones that came here as kids grew up in some neighborhoods that are not so great and mainly are kids that were born here that are in gangs or doing drugs or violent so don’t blame immigrants saying they bring all this with them it was already here … drugs gangs violence was already here. Gangs started in the White House with their red and blues. Then they say they are taking all the jobs.. the jobs have always been here but people that are citizens are too lazy to go get jobs or keep jobs ( not all citizens) but the ones that are complaining immigrants usually come from villages without any media or drugs or gangs ect. They simply come here for better opportunities or for jobs. What most MAGA supporters don't realize is that we're currently living in Trump's economy. The reality is that while he wasn't in office, he used the House as his own personal veto to block any substantial legislature from passing under Biden/Harris, so it makes them look incompetent. The economy bottoms out, countries go to war, the border explodes. I won't say it's all Trump's fault, however. As with the border, just like when Trump wanted to get rid of Obamacare but didn't have anything to replace it, Biden removed Trump's border policies with nothing to replace it. Trump is not going to deport people to have their legal status here as permanent Green card holders, but what his policies can and will do is make the lives of both legal residents and illegal ones very troublesome, with people constantly having to prove their status.

I am a double hater cant stand Trump and I am a farmer, i dont use immigrants because i just grow crops that can be mechanically harvested and I have a small farm, But in the past I used to manage large farms where we had a lot of immigrants most were illegal and people don't understand why they're illegal It's because there is an arbitrary cap on how many migrants can come from Guatemala and Mexico if they wanted to come legally just a normal worker They have a 60-year waiting list so it's just impossible to come here legally. Most of these people are very hardworking good people that come here to work for 5 to 7 years save up money and then go back to Mexico or Guatemala build a house and start a business in their own country. \n\nThis year i begrudgingly voted for trump because for me the biggest issue is with the federal and state regulations that make farming much harder than it needs to be especially regulations on diesel engine emissions that cost me tens of thousands of dollars a year and many months of not being able to use my equipment that I spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on. And Kamala was the one who enforced the CARB emmisions standards that diesel engine manufactures have to comply with to sell into California which is the biggest consumer of these engines. \n\nLike right now I have my pickup truck that's been down for 6 months because of emissions problems and so many of the vehicles have emissions problems that the parts to fix it don't even have an ETA because they need to fix so many trucks and I have two other tractors broke down that I can't use all my friends that are farmers have a lot more and dems want to significantly increase emmisions standards in 2026. \n\nYou simply can't grow food at scale without reliable diesel engines There is no alternative The vast majority of food is planted and harvested mechanically in the US The bigger issue with food is not well illegals get deported It is will the diesel engines run to harvest 90% of the calories in plant them. \n\nWe have robots that can milk the cows most of the things that migrants harvest can be harvested mechanically and they are in other parts of the world It's just cheaper to do it with labor once that's not the case it will be mechanized. I would prefer to keep migrants here but give them legal working status if they have productive jobs and they pay tax.

I am a third (if not more) generation Ontario resident. I’m almost thirty and I have little to show for it. No, I haven’t always made the best decisions, but even friends of mine who have are in no better shape. You can have one thing in life; choose kids, career, or house. You cannot have it all without running yourself into the ground. As much as I don’t want to leave everyone I know, I can see no desirable future here. It will be more of the same; work and go home to dream. I don’t plan on leaving the country, but I’ve just about resigned myself to the reality that I can’t stay here.

I am truly disappointed in a lot of immigrants who after becoming citizens have that tupe of attitude . They’ll charge them rent to sleep on the back porch. Even in the dead of winter. I can honestly tell you that I have spent the majority of my 47 years of life helping people, doing favors for people, helping the homeless, feeding and rescuing stray dogs, lending money I didn’t have, an in essence helping my fellow neighbor. It is in my nature to think of others before myself, but guess what? Guess where that got me? No favors returned, the money is never paid back, when I needed a favor, no one was available, and when I rescued the dog, no one can help me find a home. so I think the lesson here is help yourself as in the flight attendants say before you can help your fellow neighbor if you don’t believe me question yourself how many people have you helped in your life returned the favor? SLIM TO NONE. if you don’t believe me, go ahead and ask people around you to help you pay your rent next month and see the turnout you get. This is your responsibility. They keep saying: we’re going to deport every single one. They have never said how. \n\nThey need to detain them, have them processed then deporte them. I wonder how much would that be for 13 million people?
