Stop giving home to these immigrants and make room for our own people that are homeless seriously sending them back is the right thing to do and what need to be done ?

Employers dont hire people without experience because of Justin Trudeau and his dam skilled immigration crap. Now there is too much skilled people looking for the same jobs. I went to a local job fair in a small building and it was overloaded with immigrants. There was only 7 employers hiring and in a room about the size of a classroom for 30 students. Yet there was 500 immigrants. You couldn't walk without pushing people. Even the hallways and the outside parking lot was crowded.... This is ridiculously way too much! We not to put a stop to the immigration and start making people go back to wherever they came from! And Justin Trudeau needs to be put in jail! I am a bilangual white french Canadian with perfect fluent french and english. I was born here in Ottawa and even i am struggling when trying to find a job and Justin Trudeau keeps trying to get more people in. That guy is seriously mentally unfit to be prime minister. He only got in because of his father's connections!

I think the best reasons for people to want to live in Canada is for the safety. Laws of no violence and no weapons in public. Our rapid response of Police, Fire and medical (there are bills for the Ambulance and Fire response so we do get billed at times, which also can be brought to our judicial system and potentially the bill can be dropped). \nAll across the world people need safety for their families and Canada takes refugees in large quantities. Refugee families are given a sponsored house, vehicle, paid for bills (including medical and educational) and a paid food allowance to live in until they stabilize themselves with full time work and when they are ready they can make room for other refugee families in need. \nWe have a huge area of land that is underdeveloped and there are plenty of opportunities for work in the infrastructure field. \nCanada is known across the world to host friendliness amongst its free citizens. \nAlso we aid any country in need and are the first country to respond to any natural disaster world wide. \nWe have our flaws but we feel safe and cared for with those flaws.

Talk of arming teachers, and lockdown rooms and bulletproof backpacks in GRADE SCHOOL is just ridiculous. The mere suggestion of any of those should show you how lost the country is.

I was a teenager when my church youth group went on a trip to help repair houses for poor Americans, while I was there I had a crash on an atv and it didn’t appear life threatening so I didn’t go to the emergency room while I was in the states. I am on disability, the government gives me enough money for food and rent. I am currently working with my health care team to figure out if I have brain damage and if that brain damage is why I have problems that make it so I can’t work. My family wouldn’t be able to afford to get proper health care in the United States.

Many canadians are homeless or can't afford housing , why are we allowing so many ukranina refugees in hotel rooms all over the country ? But africans and others are in shelters ?! Why does the goverment disriminates?

Where are you going to put these people? I know that in New York City and I believe in California, imagine my shock, they’ve kicked homeless vets out of the rooms that were being provided for them in place of the fence jumpers because they can get $100 more a night from the government or from us because the government doesn’t have any money. The money they have is ours and they’re killing us with it.

Im homeless but they will give them \nHotel rooms ,my dad did 2 tours korea ,3 in Vietnam, but they get better treatment than i do, i worked all my life but i live in woods and sleep on ground.

I’m 52 years old and have never witnessed outright racism against blacks. Yesterday I went to see a doctor. I have fibromyalgia and can barely walk but I had to cause I don’t have a car atm. The waiting room was PACKED. I asked about seeing a doctor and was told “ he’s not seeing patients today”. I asked “what about all of these people”? She said “they’re all immigrants and he is seeing them”. I’ve lived here my entire life but I guess he wasn’t seeing Canadians. I find the black people that complain and cry racism haven’t done much with their life. I have friends that are VERY SUCCESSFUL black people and they never talk like this. You just wouldn’t not hear it out of their mouths. And they live in Edmonton . Hard working, decent people they are. I’m facing homelessness come July 1. Ain’t nobody coming to save me. Rent increase of $430 dollars will do that tho. Everyone is struggling to some degree. Instead of further dividing us, we should be coming together to come up with solutions to help each other. Finally the truth about this ruthless business of making money off poor kids who are sold a dream of good life and send to live a life which is actually a nightmares. I was a student in Canada and seen this first hand. Students packed in rooms and colleges cancelling semesters for new students. This is all true. Even the best colleges do that. Every Indian who wants to go to Canada take this as a warning plz. And for me i came back to India and setup my business here and never wish to go back to Canada except one day with my family only to visit. Hope this msgs helps ppl who are confused. Take care

The UK is pretty much like Canada, now. There is only room for the 5% who are rich (the capitalists & rentiers) and the 35% of people on Benefits (the 35% of population who live off welfare paid for by the State using the hard-working tax payer's money). The honest, hard-working middle-class (about 50 to 60% of society) are absolutely screwed and doomed, because all they can now do is keep working their guts out till they drop dead, and never hope to have a decent life. The culture of state-funded Welfare has now gotten so bad that I now live in a street where some 30% of the people who live off Welfare have been given State funded houses, and those houses which are bigger and better than mine (all paid for using my tax money). And I have slogged my entire life (I am 65 now) to pay off a large mortgage on a house that eventually has lower value than the houses that people on Welfare are given on the same Street! Worse still, now that I am approaching the stage where I might need to go into a Care Home, my house (which I worked for my entire life to attain) will have to be sold off to pay for my Care Home costs. While my neighbours who never worked a single day in their life (and whose life was subsidized using my tax money) will again get free state-funded Care Home facility too! It utterly beggars belief. \n\nWhen state-funded Welfare gets to a point that doing an honest day's work actually penalizes you, because all you are doing is funding the lifestyles of the other half of society who wish to sponge off State Welfare (due to the high taxes the Government is forced to impose on the working middle-class to support the 35% on State benefits), then that society can never prosper, firstly because it removes the motivation to work hard, and secondly because some day the Government will run out of money to continuing funding the lavish lifestyles of people on State Welfare. And that is very much now the state of affairs in countries like Canada, the UK, and much of EU. It is an unsustainable model. \n\nBy contrast, in countries like the US, China, India, etc. there is a much greater correlation between hard work and reward. Choosing to not go to work and sponging off Governmental welfare is simply not an option. And that is precisely why countries like these will continue to prosper in the coming years - because they have some form of Meritocracy. Unfortunately, I think countries like the UK, Canada, and most western EU countries are looking at a downward spiral, and there are no easy solutions, because their Welfare model has already created these huge segments of society which depend on it and will not allow it to be demolished - but the day is fast approaching where they will all soon run out of money to continue funding it (most of these countries are already facing huge Debt-GDP ratios, and there is no conceivable way of them coming out of it).

The sad is were accommodating them meanwhile we have our own homeless people still living on the streets while they give them hotel rooms SMH
