Of course Trudeau is going to lie about what Trump is doing. Trump knows Canada has been a close ally since Canada and U.S. were countries but when Canada and Mexico are taking advantage of the U.S. economically speaking and called out by President Trump, they don't know what to do. Can Mexico and Canada make it without U.S. as a trading partner? Can U.S. oil producers make enough energy for all the needs of U.S. citizens and their companies? Can U.S. farmers provide enough eggs, milk, chicken, beef, grains, etc. without Canada or Mexico?

I love Canada and I love all of the Canadian people as an American I feel really bad for you guys because you’re going through what we went through in the Biden administration. Canadian here....appreciate JT's message, and stand by him in this situation, but sadly know that our long friendly relationship with the USA does not matter at all to this administration. JT's message does not matter to that administration, or their MAGA followers. Fentanyl from Canada isn't a real issue - in fact, significantly more comes into Canada from the USA, along with guns, than the other way around - but that fact doesn't matter at all to the administration or their MAGA followers. Facts and logic are not involved in this. Canadians are quiet and peaceful people who are proud of their country, and we are coming together over this shared cause. Mexico and Canada's exports are 70-80% to the USA while we only export 13-14% to them. This means most of their economy relies on the USA and only a small of ours rely on theirs.

I feel like this is Trump’s move to apply pressure and instability to the Canadian people in his bizarre quest to obtain Canada as another state. If you know history, you know what happened the last time America tried to take Canada.
